Tommy with Sugar Plumbing came to fix a water leak that we had with our hot water heater. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They scheduled us very quickly when many other companies couldnt. And most important no more leaks! I wouid greatly recommend them and will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

We live in Maynardville by Hickory Star Marina on Norris Lake and it is difficult to get anyone to service anything when we need something done. However, Sugar Plumbing is exceptional at catering to us. We have been using them for about 8 years now and they have always been reliable and reasonable. I would recommend them especially Garret and Tommy for any problems you could have. I recently had a problem with a stopped up commode line and they were committed to getting us up and running. I can always count on them. But not only are they good at what they do they always leave the site looking like before it was a problem. I recommend them to anyone having plumbing issues.

Very highly recommend Sugar Plumbing for plumbing services! Pleasant and professional, they know what they are doing and do it at a low cost. Tommy, the service tech took the time to explain what he had to do to fix my leaking shower. AND they really do call you back and call for any changes. Awesome!

I have only great things to say. I had made an appointment. The tech arrived on time and fixed the plumbing issue in a timely manner. He cleaned up his mess and the price for repairs was very fair. Will most definitely use Sugar Plumbing again!

I also impressed with this company and the quality of their work. Not only was Tommy punctual, he was professional and respectful of my home. He drained my tankless hot water heater and replaced the gasket on one of my commodes. Tommy took his time and did the job right. I will be calling them to schedule my hot water heater service next year. I am recommending this company to my friends and family and will definitely give them a call for any other plumbing needs.Great job and God bless you.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! Being a first time home owner, a water leak is terrifying and uncharted waters. I first spoke to Garrett on Friday afternoon who assured me he would get someone out there first thing Monday morning but would try to get someone there tomorrow morning if possible. In comes Tommy who called me Friday to let me know he would be there 8:30 Saturday morning to assess the situation. He was very professional and really helped me understand more about troubleshooting water leaks. He stayed until the problem was found and I could breathe a sigh of relief. This company made a terrifying situation a breeze and I will be a forever customer and supporter of Sugar Plumbing.

They aren’t lying when they say they return your call and show up. After scheduling with another “highly rated” plumber, and they kept putting us off for 2 weeks and eventually never bothered to show up, I found this company. So glad I did. Garrett was personable and just awesome to talk to and he sent Sam out the next day. Sam texted me on his way and arrived on time, got to work fixing my washer valve, installing a line for my fridge, and took care of the very low water pressure. Done in a few hours and I was shocked to hear the reasonable and affordable price. So much I asked Sam, “Are you being serious? That’s all?” I would give them 10 stars if I could. Pick this company. You won’t regret it.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a plumber or any other tradesperson!! Showed up on time as promised. Took time to diagnose the problem (leaking garbage disposal) and then replaced the unit with equipment on his van! He came prepared and didn’t have to make a trip out for parts. Very cordial. Very neat. Everything cleaned up when job was completed! Also took time to give me the 411 on using a tool that was provided to use if anything ever got stuck. Also, cleaning it with dish soap and ice cubes! Who knew? Thanks! I would call them for any plumbing problems or new work!
