Shield Services does work on all of our rental homes for us. Recently, our HVAC unit went out. Evan & the team arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, and gave us multiple options to choose from from least costly, to most. We ended up buying a whole new system because the unit was extremely old and been giving us issues for a while. The team had the new unit up and running quickly and we have very happy and comfortable tenants. Thank you, Shield services!

Excellent, professional service. Shield moved our water heater from under the house to our garage and put a new tankless water heater as well as added gas lines needed for a stove and BBQ. They are professional and patient when problem solving and left our home in a safe and improved condition. We highly recommend their services. They believe in customer service.

We have used Shield Services a number of times now! Evan and his team are just so easy to work with. They have installed our Electric Car Charger, water heater and now they helped us replace our entire duct work in the home! Every time they had showed up on time and repaired/replaced whatever was needed!This last time Alec came up to get a parts list for our duct replacement and he even capped off some plumbing that we needed done! We are looking to make this room into a walk-in closet and I had thought the plumbing would have taken a long while. However, Alec came in and got it done with zero issues!They have a ton of talent on their team! The customer service folks are fantastic to deal with and super responsive. Pricing is more than fair and the folks that they send up are great! What more could you ask for in a local company? Double thumbs up from us easily and then some!

Shawn was amazing. He was professional and friendly, and was mindful and kind to my blind cat. He addressed all of the electrical repairs needed for my new home and I no longer have any fire hazards. He was thorough and kept checking for quality throughout the process. He switched the 20amp to 15, uncrossed wires from my living room to my porch light, and grounded two sockets in my living room. He made magic happen. I appreciate his work and quality.

Great experience and very fair prices. Shield was a 2nd opinion after we had another local group come over that i could rant about for 15 min...we will never be calling them or suggesting them again. I reached out to Evan and two other companies to see about replacing my hot water heater. Evan was able to get on the scene first. Jeremy was the name of the Shield Services rep that Evan sent out. Jeremy inspected the water heater and after feeling bad for a family of 6 heating bath water on the stove just to have warm water, he found a way to squeeze us in and replace our unit the next day. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and his dedication to go above and beyond means a lot. I would highly recommend Shield Services.
