Chase did a great job installing my new hot water heater. He was very polite. 😀 Back in July our H & AC went out. Of course it was a 20 yr. old TRANE. I call this company to replace it with a new TRANE. The space is a very small closet. Tristan & Jordan cleaned everything up. Very polite. All work was done in a timely manner. I give an A+ to all the detail work securing the pipes & wires. I Highly recommend them. 👌 Tristan & Jordan did an A+ job. 😀

Called this company last Friday and Dominick came out that day- immediately diagnosed the problem, he quoted me a price which was a fair price. His crew was out here Monday morning and they immediately started their job. They were very professional, knowledgeable and “real” people. So my experience at first starting out really bad, but between Brendan and Dominick correcting the situation I decided they deserve a 5 star review as mistakes do happen.I had a hot water heater replaced and I believe the plumber sent out to do the initial job was a bit inexperienced. The install was not done correctly, was leaking after install. I promptly contacted the company once I was able to inspect the install myself and they got the area supervisor Branden to come out with the originally installer for what seemed like a training day for him. They did good on their end and made sure everything was installed properly and are also repairing some minor damage done while the install happened. Dominick, the plumbing manager, came out and had a very good conversation with me apologized about the inconvenience, and the originally plumber also sincerely apologized. All in all this was a hassle but mistake do happen and both Brendan and Dominick made the situation right and everything is now installed perfectly.So I just want to say mistake do happen and the quality of a company comes in fixing mistakes when they arise, and because they made everything right they earned a 5 star review.

Advanced Heat and Air began working on our unit after another company failed to complete the work to CORRECTLY fix our issue. That was approx. 3 years ago. We have had no issues at all until recently. I called Advanced, they came out and problem solved. This past weekend, a different part went out and again, they fixed our issue in a timely, professional manner. David is friendly, knowledgeable and kept us informed as to what was happening. Never again will I use a different Heat and Air company. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Called Dominick, of Advanced Heat AC & Plumbing, yesterday with a great need to do a HYDRO-Jet Cleaning of our pipes. He sent out 2 professionals, Chase & Jordan, the very next day!! They worked several hours to get the pipes cleaned. They actually ran a camera through the pipes before and after the HYDRO-Jet Cleaning, so we know our pipes are CLEAN--Literally!! We got to see it with our own eyes! The process was pretty cool. Chase & Jordan were VERY professional, thorough, & knowledgeable. After they finished, they cleaned up after themselves. Nice people that you dont mind having in your home. So thankful they got our pipes running freely the day before Thanksgiving. Happy Thanksgiving to you all!

Our home warranty company set us up with Advanced Heat, AC & Plumbing for a water heater problem. We had issues with the first company that our home warranty company set us up with. They came out once, the problem was not fixed, and repeated appointments to return were made but we always received a call telling us that they wouldnt be out. We felt like we never made it to the top of their priority list. One day they called us and told us they contacted our home warranty company and asked to be removed from the assignment. Our job was reassigned to Advanced Heat, AC & Plumbing by our home warranty company. Advanced was in touch with us immediately and came out in short order. They fixed the problem but when something else arose, they came back immediately. Justin and the other Advanced employee (and I forget his name at the moment) were extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with the service we received from them and highly recommend them.

ADVANCED had an impressive response time to my online service request. You know how youre hesitant to use the online request; you think you need to talk to a live person? Dont worry, they call you back within minutes; even though it was the end of their day. Clark arrived the next day at exact time I requested. I was sent a tracking link when he was on his way. He was a clean, knowledgeable and very personalable young US Marine Veteran. Clark diagnosed my heat pump quickly, explained the problem & the estimate and had my house heating in no time. Their service fee was $20 cheaper than another well known company; that finally responded to my request 4 days later. I cant say Advanced is the cheapest around, as their mark-up on Parts seems extreme. But in the dead of winter what are you going to do when your heat goes out? I would recommend Advanced Heat AC Plumbing in Knoxville TN (a family run business) for their customer service alone. Be sure to ask for the Vet Clark.

I recently had an issue with water leaking under my water heater, and I called for someone to come and check it. Advanced HVAC Plumbing sent someone over the next day which was an ideal time for me to be there. The problem was my old water heater going bad. Fred the technician came and assessed the situation and gave very knowledgeable information on the product. In watching his work I could tell he was excellent at what he did and highly respected his work and the customer. I was very please with the installation. There were also issues with my toilets and I decided to replace them. Fred also did a great job installing those as well. There was no waiting list to get these jobs done and the company respected and accommodated my time. Fred was very friendly, answered all my questions and made recommendations on other plumbing in the house. He could be a very good salesman for the company. 😊. We awoke to no heat on a 38-degree Saturday morning. Clark arrived at 12:30 p.m. and quickly identified the problem as a bad gas valve. On a holiday weekend, he went to get the part and had the heat back on by 2:30. He was polite, explained everything well, and quickly made the repair. It wasnt cheap but I dont think anyone else would have charged less.

Ultimately we decided our best course of action was to re-pipe the whole house. We had a plan to do it ourselves with the help of a friend who is a plumber but his schedule was just too jam packed. So after 2 weeks with no water we had to do something. Got numerous quotes and we chose Advanced. They gave us a great deal and were able to come right away. Zack and George spent 2 days at our home working on this project. They were punctual, courteous and did great work. After a very stressful situation of having a busted water main break on a 4 year old home (how this could happen on a new home is beyond me, but Dominick explained why) I had to do my best in a moment’s notice to pull together a team of plumbers (Pioneer and TurnKey) and a water detection company to fix the problem immediately. No water to drink or to flush toilets was a huge dilemma. I had no time to review plumbers to see who bubbled to the top, had the right credentials and experience to do the job. At the end of this nightmare, I asked the Pioneer plumber what his credentials were and he said “None. I just been watching plumbers for two years and here I am!” My jaw dropped, I couldn’t believe what I was hearing and he freely told me this. I was also told that I needed to have my water pressure valve replaced and this is where Dominick came in. I wanted another opinion for obvious reasons. It was because of the hundreds of glowing Google reviews that I chose Advanced Heat/AC/Plumbing.I’m from the Midwest where plumbers are union certified, trained and rigorously tested for their knowledge of the plumbing trade in its entirety. I expected the same here in Tennessee, but no, the difference is stark and highly alarming to say the least.From the moment I met Dominick he was honest, and explained things very simply to me so I would understand what needed to be done. He is hyper educated, union trained, and very experienced in the plumbing trade, and this is who you want working on your home folks! Dominick was so honest, he told me that unless you feel a difference in water pressure in your home that no, you don’t need to change a water pressure valve in your home. He could have said nothing and replaced the valve at a cost to me of $750.Honesty. Integrity. Educated. Experienced. Dominick and his company puts pride in their business. Advanced Heating, Air & Plumbing is now my GoTo plumbing company! Prior to calling Advanced, we hired a small Bathroom Remodeling Company to remodel our two upstairs bathrooms. The work which this Remodeling Company actually completed in our bathrooms was so bad, we had to fire them before they destroyed our entire house. It was like living in a bad dream and our whole family was stressed out from the experience!I immediately called Advanced Heating, Air & Plumbing and told them about my situation. They told me they could help me out with our issue, booked me in their schedule and arrived at our home within a week.The service technicians all arrived on the day as promised, were prompt and were courteous and on time every day. They did a repipe job (copper to PEX) for our entire home and completed the job within 2 days! They fixed the plumbing issues my previous contractor messed up. The entire crew made our family finally feel like we made the right call and had true professionals working in our home, who knew what they were doing, and were doing it the right way!!I have to give a special shout-out to Zachary! Our furnace quit working unexpectedly on a Thursday night. After doing some online research, I called Advanced on Friday and Josh was here within a few hours. I watched him work and he explained everything involved in his diagnostic process. After determining that the unit needed a new circuit board, Josh made some calls and let us know that the part could be obtained locally, but not until Monday. As promised, he returned Monday with the replacement board and had everything running within 15 minutes. I am totally satisfied with this company, as well as Josh’s honesty, and have found our new HVAC maintenance and repair service.

An hour after calling the tech (Loren) showed up and in within 15 min he had discovered the issue and fixed it. He was very nice and easy going and made the process so much easier and comfortable. It ran constantly and was barely able to keep up so I called Advance.Loren was my technician and Eric came out to do a Free Air Quality Test for me as their July Special.Both men were very nice. Loren was able to figure out my capacitor was needing to be replaced. Eric was very nice and took time inspecting my ducts to see how filthy/clean they were.I am so glad they were open and able to come out on the 4th of July while I was off work! That definitely made my life easier.While they were there they noticed my builder didnt do a very good job sealing up my Air Return. I wish they would have went ahead and taped up any remaining gaps while they were there instead of just pointing it out to me...Overall they were great and got my AC working again.So Id definitely recommend them! ☺
