I have used pleasant valley plumbing twice this year. Both times have been a very positive and great experience. They are quick even without extra charge. They have educated me on causes, repairs, and prevention. They are very fair and reasonably priced. Other companys have talked down to me and try to upsell me. Have a future project I will be calling pleasant valley for !!

One local plumber gave an estimate of almost $900 to install a new toilet . Pleasant Valley Plumbing did it for half that so When I decided to redo my whole bathroom, I chose them to do it. They were excellent , communicated well with me , and I am so happy with the results! They were awesome, respectful, and very capable. Love the results!

We used our home warranty company for a recent plumbing issue. Fortunately Pleasant Valley Plumbing was selected by the warranty company. They showed up exactly on time, were pleasant and very knowledgeable. They fixed our leaks, cleaned up the area and were finished in about 2 hours. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. It is so nice to have a pleasant experience with a home issue and nice that it is a family owned and operated business.

We bought a water softener through Lowes and Pleasant Valley was the contracted install company. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were on time and worked quickly. When we had a problem with the water softener (no fault of the plumbers), Pleasant Valley worked quickly with Lowes to rectify the problem to our complete satisfaction. Weve recently used them again for another plumbing job and had the same great experience. It is so nice to find a service company you can trust. Dont hesitate to try them!

I was happy when I looked up plumbers in my area that Pleasant Valley Plumbing is right down the road from me. Called to make an appointment, prompt answer, appointment made and they were actually early on the day of the appointment. I needed two toilets installed, dishwasher installed and a faucet fixed. All done very professional, I am extremely pleased with their service. I would highly recommend, give them 10 stars if I could.

I have used this company twice now for their plumbing services. Once to fix my hot water heater and the second to fix plumbing under my sink. Their receptionist is always friendly and accommodating.Both times the plumbers were on time, knowledgeable and professional. The pricing was fair and I appreciate their level of service. Very satisfied. Thru home warranty i called and they were able to setup an appointment for the day after. My toilet tank was leaking from multiple places. they came with 2-man crew, fixed leak, explained leak, and also did some extra work free of charge to improve long term performance.

I have been using Pleasant Valley Plumbing for several years now. They fix all my plumbing needs on all my rental units as well as my own house. I have used them for large complex plumbing jobs as well as small simple plumbing jobs. Each time they completed the job perfectly and charged reasonably. Usually they have all the parts needed on the truck. They work quickly and clean-up when they are done. They never over sell. If you are looking for a good family run business that will not rip you off and will do great work then give them a call. They are a great small plumbing business and very easy to do business with.

We had our well pump replaced 2 years ago by a different company, and it already went bad. PV Plumbing came out within a few hours after I called them, verified the pump was bad, and pulled it out. John noted that the old pump was not the correct size for our application, and recommended another model. We were back in business within a few hours, for considerably less money than the company who had installed the previous incorrect pump. These guys were great to work with, very nice and knowledgeable.

Pleasant Valley was the referral service from our warranty company to get our leaking water heater assessed. They came on time and prepared with a new unit that they replaced. We had to pay for an extension hose, but overall we were very pleased with their service and would use them again.
