I was extremely impressed with the meticulous service provided by technician Lake Evans from Pioneer Heating and Air. The semi-annual maintenance he performed on my HVAC systems was top-notch.Lake went above and beyond by thoroughly cleaning the outside units, a level of detail I havent experienced before. He even took the time to remove debris, including an old coke can, from the 4T unit.Furthermore, Lake identified potential issues with debris buildup in the air ducts and blower motor blades, providing valuable insights to improve my systems efficiency. His professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the entire process.Pioneer Heating and Air has definitely earned my business with this level of service. After calling 2 HVAC companies and getting the Ill work you up a quote and get back with you, weve waited over 2 weeks with no quotes to be seen. I made the call yesterday and Pioneer put me on the schedule for a quote today. I was really impressed with the quick turnaround and had a professional and courteous interaction with the scheduler.We just finished up with our system install quote with Hunter. He is extremely knowledgeable about the company, services offered, and the recommended systems. He definitely seemed to be a subject matter expert. Hunter was very kind and respectful, demonstrated active listening skills, and had a pleasant demeanor throughout the entire experience. My partner and I are very pleased with the extremely thorough knowledge about the system we are purchasing. We feel like we are becoming a part of the Pioneer family and that hometown family business type of vibe, where the business sees you as a family member and not a number or a line on a budget report, was created with Hunter. The price, for the quality and value of the system we are purchasing, is very reasonable from my experience. If Im wrong, Pioneer offers a price match guarantee. We are excited about continuing this pleasant experience when we get our system installed, which was already scheduled before Hunter left our home. My wife was very happy with the experience. Pioneer just completed my water heater installation. Chris arrived within 1 day of my inquiry and reviewed my needs. Shortly after, I was presented with different options to better suit our budget for this project. He was very professional and courteous. The very next morning Logan arrived for the installation. He was very quick and efficient with the installation and cleaned everything up after he was done. I have used Pioneer for our HVAC service and I have always been pleased. Our heating unit went out today and we knew that we were on borrowed time as our home is 20 yrs.old. We called Pioneer as they were the installer. Craig came out and inspected the unit and found it needs to be replaced. Craig gave us a quote and an install date within 2 days. Craig was very patient and professional with us throughout the entire process.This review is for installment of our heat & air unit. 11/14/2024 today Matt McDonald and his coworker Arron came and installed our unit. Matt and Arron did a great job today, they were very professional and knowledgeable of there craft. They did a 5 Star job today

Hunter Cox was our technician, and he did a fantastic job! I was very impressed with his professionalism. He was very informative and made recommendations on ways we could improve our system. There were no pushy sales tactics, and he left the worksite so clean that I would have never known he was there. Hunter even went above and beyond our expectations by leveling our outside unit and fixing the upper grill alignment, which was put on sideways by the company I hired to install our $18K system. This was a great experience all around, and Ill have Pioneer perform all of my future services ... Thanks Hunter on a job well done!

I was very pleased that they were able to get someone out to check the AC/heater at my rental in a timely fashion. They let me know when the technician was in the way and after Kenny diagnosed the issue, he called me and let me know what was happening. Kenny did a great job of communicating what needed to be done and it was great that he had the part with him and was able to fix it right then and not schedule another day to come back for the repair.

I set up for my two HVAC units to get a “tune up” while at Home Depot on Thursday (only cause I saw a special was going on) and promptly Friday morning. Pioneer Heat and Air was ready to fill that work order and came out Friday morning, at my availability. My tech Tyler Jenkins was amazing!! He came in and started off very professional and explained everything that he was going to do. When he was finished he still kept his professional demeanor instead of getting relaxed and complacent and he went and described what he did and why he did what he did. He was great. If you’re looking for a great heating and air company to come and take care of your house I highly recommend you use Pioneer. I put my trust in Home Depot for tools, supplies and services. So if Home Depot trusts Pioneer I can and definitely do after their first visit. I will definitely call Pioneer for all my heat and air services I will need. Called over the weekend when my elderly parents heat stopped working during one of the coldest weekends so far this year. Pioneer was prompt to answer and respond by sending out a technician. When the technician arrived ( Kenny) he was patient and showed compassion as he explained the unit was cracked and needed replacement. Later in the evening he continued to work on putting a plan together to replace the unit.I talked to Kenny several times over the weekend who was always kind and explaining different options.Although we did not get a unit from Pioneer (we sent an SOS out to family members and found a cousin to replace the unit) I would highly recommend this company and Kenny thank you for your time,dedication and patience with my parents and son.

We started an annual service plan with Pioneer H&AC and had our first visit from Sam Moore. Such a pleasant young man. He answered all the many questions I threw at him. This is our first time experience with a heat pump unit and he explained how the system functions. In addition to completing a thorough review of our HVAC system he also installed a new programmable thermostat at our request and ensured our system worked flawlessly. We are overly pleased with Pioneer and with Mr. Moore and highly recommend them for your home’s comfort needs.

The system was installed three days later by Bryan Vick who worked straight through without stopping until everything was completed (one day). This included removing the old furnace/AC unit. Sutton Elliott was very professional. He looked up the warranty on my four year unit and told me that it was only a 1 year warranty for the blower fan . the place I got it from R&M climate control was only a one year warranty on it and R&M was going to charge me 500$ to clean the blower fan. This is a New unit R&M put in for me also, and I paid them 8000$ cash and they just told me the unit is under 10 year warranty, I guess it’s just the unit outside, but all was replaced, maybe I need to check on that also. So I decided to change heating and air company to Pioneer . Sutton knew what he was doing. He checked everything that I asked him to check and before he left, he made sure that everything was working right. Told me what the problem was and I am very happy to say that he will be back or someone else to replace my transformer next week so thank you very much Sutton for. everything that you did for me and I would be very happy for you to come back to change out the transformer and I am happy and refer all of the people around me to Pioneer.

Pioneer Heating & Air is for sure a 5 star company in my opinion. We have used them previously and they have always been professional, kind and efficient. This current time was no different from start to finish. Our old HVAC unit quit the day before Thanksgiving. I called Pioneer on Friday morning and she sent Hunter Cox to take a look. After his inspection we all sat down and he explained to us what was going on. He showed us what Pioneer could do and what they could offer for a new HVAC. We signed the agreement. The next morning(Saturday) a Pioneer truck arrives with the equipment. Technicians Arron Kirkman, Justin Griffin, and Doug Maples went directly to work. They took out the old and replaced with the new, thermostat and all. Before departing they loaded all waste and old equipment onto their truck and cleaned around the area. It was explained to us that they would return the next week and install a heating coil what was needed. Sure enough, Jason Hubbs, Pioneer Technician shows up on Monday and installed the coil. He also installed additional wiring and a new electrical box with new circuit breakers. Let it be known that all 5 of the named techs were professional, courteous and efficient. We received a 5 star performance from each of them. I also want to give a shout out to the Pioneer H&A receptionist. She was extremely kind, helpful and understanding. J C

Dee was a great help with my electrical issues. He knew immediately that wiring two GFCIs on the same circuit was causing one of them to fail. He also knew that using LED bulbs inside an enclosure would cause them to barely flicker and eventually fail. Those are two issues I could not solve on my own, even with the help of Google. Max showed up on time to troubleshoot our package AC/HEAT unit. After analyzing the issues the issues with the 17 year old unit it was determined it would be too expensive to repair, and by the time Max left we had agreed on a brand new unit, and theyll be here first thing in the morning for the installation. Max did an excellent presentation, and the cost was very fair and with competitive pricing.

Richard showed up sooner than expected during a heatwave. We were so happy when he called and let us know that he was 20 min out. He quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it in under an hour. Richard was a really nice guy and great at customer relations. He answered all our questions. The cost was fair and we would definitely hire Pioneer again. They are now in my phone address book.

Hunter Charest just came to get my s/c up and running, loved the service he provided. Very pleasant to be working with. Over all incredible expierance!! Thought 285 was a bit pricey for a quick less then 5 minute job of unplugging a drain. But that wasnt on him. I recommend hunter to anyone!! Great job. But a bit much on the cost from the company. Thats the only complaint that I have. I do believe pioneer could do better on their prices. Not to mention like a $95 dispatch fee. That is crazy in my opinion.
