Sam has done an excellent job every time I have needed a plumber. He is knowledgeable, professional and communicates promptly about arrival times and explanations of issues and fixes. Their pricing is very reasonable and I will continue to use and recommend Sam and Northwest plumbing.

The day after Thanksgiving I had a major plumbing issue. I called Northwest plumbing, and that was the best decision I could’ve made. The technician was very professional and clear in explaining what needed to be done. He took the time to show me how he was determining what was wrong, and to point out exactly how it needed to be fixed. Then he went over every single item and the cost. He fixed my problem, and then showed me the parts that he had taken out and had me look inside and see where the problems were. He wanted to make sure that I understood the work. He did not leave until he was absolutely positive that everything was working perfectly. And I have to say when I got the final bill I was very pleasantly surprised. I expected the bill to be much much higher for all the work that he did. Highly recommend Northwest plumbing.

After being jerked around by another company for 5 months, I called around trying to find someone who could fix my sewer line. Some of the leads I had been giving could not get to it, but one of them referred me to Northwest Plumbing... And I am so glad that they did! They were quick to set up an appointment to come look at it, and when they did, it turned out that they said the repair was going to be over $7,500 less than I had been quoted by two other companies! In fact, they said that some of the stuff the other companies said needed replacing actually did not. At the appointment, they were very considerate and attentive and let me see the camera and explain to me exactly what I was seeing and what was wrong, and what needs to be done to fix it. They got back to me with an estimate that afternoon, and immediately scheduled me for repair only a week later. The guys came out and were done with the repair that day. 2 days later, the inspector inspected the job and they came back out and covered it up and finished. They also seated it and put hay on top of it. It was a very neat job, and while no repair like that is going to leave your property in perfect condition, it looks good. If I ever have another problem, I am definitely going to call them, and I would highly recommend them to anyone else. They are honest, reasonably priced, quick, efficient, and courteous.

I came home from work to a shower valve break that was flooding my crawl space. These were the only guys willing to come out the same evening. They are the most stand-up plumbing company around and truly do it the right way and treat the customer well. They don’t try to up-sell you or suggest unnecessary repairs. Stand up people and a stand up company. I will send all of my friends and family to them. The only issue was not remembering the name of the guy who came out because he was awesome!

Called on a Saturday ….Damion came out and quickly fixed broken pipe. Very nice, professional, and very reasonable price. So nice to have a plumbing company you can depend on!
