We recently had some issues with our upstairs HVAC unit and it was not heating. We called HEP and they came out diagnosed the problem. Let us know how much it was going to cost to fix, as we only had to pay for the labor since the parts were still under warranty, and it really did not take that long to get the parts in. In. Justin , one of the HEP technicians, just left my residence with everything fixed and working. I must say it was a delightful experience as he was so respectful my home and let me know everything that he was doing in good old plain English. HEP should be proud to have a technician like Justin. He was personable and professional. I would highly recommend HEP for any of your plumbing, electrical or HVAC needs.

Had a catastrophic fail of our main AC unit and boy was it a hot day. Jacob Newman came out to our rural location in under 24 hours, was extremely knowledgeable, got us fixed up with a new unit (our 20 year old freon system was unrepairable), and he even went above and beyond and checked our crawlspace, ducts, and our other systems while he was out here. Fantastic service from a very respectful young man. HEP will be our first call from here on out.

Extremely pleased with the speed of the service! Adam Foust came out to the house about an hour after I had scheduled an appointment to look at some plugs that quit working in my garage. Justin, Adrian and one other tech did a great job on a total plumbing line replacement. Justin we very informative and made sure that we were completely satisfied with what was being done. They cleaned up after themselves and removed all piping and trash from their work without having to say something. The only con I have is communication from with the office about the length of the job. We were originally quoted one day, but upon arrival the technicians informed it would be two days.

Dalton and Mike are the greatest! They were very professional and hard working. They did an awesome job of replacing all the 70 year old water lines in an 108 year old house. They stayed late on Thanksgiving Eve to ensure I had water for the holidays. If I ever have water issues again I will definitely ask for Dalton and Mike!I tried to do another rating but I wasn’t allowed to by google but I want to give 5 stars to Ryan and Edwin at installing the new HVAC unit and to Nathan who came early on this morning to check to make sure everything was running smoothly. I had several different crews here this week and I thank each and every one from the bottom of my heart!

Connor has been wonderful every step of the way. Hes been courteous, professional, and upfront with every job hes working on. Hes replaced a toilet seat, the inside of one toilet(soon to be two toilets), one bathroom sink, and is in the middle of repairing the pipes for the kitchen sink. The original estimate for the sink didnt end up being the only work that needed to be done, and as soon as he was aware of the work needing to be done, he filled me in and gave me a new quote and will be finishing(hopefully) all the repairs tomorrow (as of when I l wrote this review).

The plumber was very professional and nice. One issue, we do not like to be upsold to. Please address the issue you were called for, let us know if there are other issues, but if it isn’t broken-don’t ask to fix it! We are not in the market for tankless water heaters at this time! We let the person we called to set up the appointment know that, but the tech tried SEVERAL times to up sell that! Appreciate good customer service and him trying to sell a product for his company, but we ARE NOT in the market for one at this time.

Chase Rost came by today and fixed a pipe that had burst underneath my stairs, and let me tell you, it wasnt an easy job. There was no access to the pipe, so he had to cut an opening through the wall. He was extremely friendly, surprisingly quick, and he put up with my endless questions about the details of plumbing while working. Overall a great experience. My wallet is fair bit lighter, but I have peace of mind knowing that at least this pipe shouldnt burst again.

Patrick was awesome. A/C was working fine yesterday morning. I was in and out of the house working all day, but when I came in yesterday afternoon, the A/C was kicking on. I did some troubleshooting myself but to no avail. We just sold our home, and the home inspection for the buyers was the next day! Middle of summer and a home inspection the next day. Could there be a worse time for the A/C to go out? I called HEP and asked them to come out the same day. Any fee they charged me was well worth it if we could at least diagnosis the problem. They did more than just diagnose the issue, however, and spent the next three hours fixing the problem. Three hours in the middle of summer, on a holiday (July 4), and at night (9-11 PM). Patrick saved my butt. Before he left he had everything working just the way it was supposed to work. Thank you, Patrick and HEP!

I have cancer and will be needing a filtration system put in soon. Josh is the only one Id trust to do the installation. They worked hard to get our new heat and air unit put in! It was a split unit and I felt sorry for them cause they had to put the heat unit in the attic! We initially had a poor experience with one of their techs, but once we spoke with management, they made it right. I could tell that I didn’t have an experience with a bad company, but I had an experience with a bad employee. The management made it right and sent out a new tech to leave it better than it was originally. Corbin was the tech that came out and finished the job. He was professional, considerate, and timely in his work. I would definitely use them again knowing how they value giving a 5-star experience. While it didn’t initially start that way, they owned up to the mistake and made it right.
