Have used Mikes services several times. Fixed my spetic pump tank and drain line issues. Also installed a new pressure valve. Great work done at a great price in a very very timely manner. Very friendly and listens and explains what is going with the work. Very great experience and will continue to use if there is an issue that needs to be done by a true professional.

Brian came to give an estimate, and they were able to do the job the same day! Since we were without water to the house until the main line was replaced, we greatly appreciated that they were willing to come so quickly… and at the best price we could find from the handful of estimates! They were even willing to negotiate based on other estimates, but it was not necessary. Not only that but they provided the service of insulating our pipes that were most in danger of freezing. They were professional, kind, and did amazing work. We will remember them the next time we may need service!!

Mike and team were 5 star from beginning to end! Quality work at affordable prices. They reworked my entire plumbing system because the contractor who refurbed my home used shark bites through out. Made a call to East Tenn Plumbing Solutions about my water heater leaking at the top requested a change out and they were to me with a new one and installed it in a few hours. I had a leaking and corroded copper pipe after a recent water heater install from a different plumbing company. I called East Tennessee Plumbing Solutions to get a repair quote and they ended up doing the repairs the very same day in under 2 hours. Their guys are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and do great work. The repairs ended up costing quite a bit less than their original quote, so that was a nice surprise. I am most definitely using them in the future. Thanks again to Mike and Beau.

I cant thank Mike and Beau enough for the septic system repairs to my system. I was really in a situation and they were very responsive, thorough, professional and went the extra mile to make sure the repairs were done properly. Mike and his crew came out to check a pipe for me. Once we realized it needed replaced mike assured he could get it done some day. They weren’t able to get started until late afternoon (bc of me) and I feared it wouldn’t get done in time. His crew didn’t stop at dark they made sure it was completely done before they left.
