My husband and I bought and moved into a home in early April and began to experience immediate plumbing issues. We went through two other plumbers and wasted nearly two thousand dollars before we finally found 1st Call and got connected specifically with Jessie. In the last few weeks, he has found and fixed an issue in the sewer pipe in our backyard and helped us figure out exactly where our sewer lines run, which none of the other plumbers we had worked with were able to accomplish. Hes been extremely professional, kind, and informative, and 1st Calls prices are also far more reasonable than the other Knoxville area plumbers we have worked with. I feel so much more at ease about the plumbing problems well inevitably face in the future because I know these guys are just a call away and always happy and willing to work with us. If youre in search of friendly and thorough service at a good price, definitely call 1st Call (and ask for Jessie if you can!)

Went on Angies List to scout for plumbers to replace a pressure regulator, and, true to their name, 1st CALL were the first to call me. Jesse came out and replaced the unit in a friendly, professional manner, with a fair price. Without question we will be using them again when we have any plumbing needs.
