I am so pleased with the work that was done today. The couple that came out did an amazing job putting in our sink, and faucet. We couldnt get the counters replaced beforehand, but the gentleman did a wonderful job making the sink fit perfectly even though we couldnt get the sink clipped in.This is the 2nd time we have had them do work for us, and we already have another plumbing project in the works.I would recommend Trowell Plumbing. I feel I got a very good price for the lovely work that they did for us.

I first used Trowell Plumbing 30 years ago during a new home construction. I still use them for commercial construction needs, as well as my personal home and business plumbing repairs. The owners, as well as the employees, have ALWAYS exhibited professionalism in every way. When my service calls are scheduled I never have to worry about whether they will show on time. Many times their employees have gone above and beyond to resolve plumbing issues. Karen and Randy Trowell are two of the nicest, most honest, people Ive had the pleasure to work with.

Steve and Tyler were great! They came to the house, asked some questions, then quickly troubleshot the issue and found that my main sewer line had been installed incorrectly in the yard. They then resolved the problem quickly! Professional and polite, will definitely use for all future plumbing needs.

All I can say is this company is 5 Stars across the board!! Not only are they proficient at what they do; their Owners are great people AND PRICED FAIRLY. Their technicians are honest,(Steve is one) trustworthy, and respectful. We had them install a long, difficult water line; and used them again this year to locate a leak which turned out to be caused by a broken hose bib outside. We would never use anyone else!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Trowell pluming has been great to work with. We had a major back up last year after christmas. I called everyone in town and no one would come out to help us but Trowell sent Steve who was wonderful. Great customer service at affordable prices.

Ben and Luther were awesome. They came in undesirable weather. It was pouring down rain. They did a little digging, found the leak, and fixed it very quickly after siphoning a little water out. I also got a great deal. I can highly recommend their service.

I want to thank Trowell Plumbing for the work done on my bathtub faucet and pipes. Mr. Steve and David worked well as a team and got the job done. And it was a difficult job well- done!I had called 4 other plumbers in the Rhea County area before finding Trowell. Only one of the four returned my multiple phone calls and messages. And the one who did return my call hurt his back the day he was to come and could not make it.Professional, available and ABLE! Thanks so much!!

We had a water line break under our driveway earlier this year. I called SOOOO MANY places! No one would even come out and look to see if they could help! Fortunately, I called Trowells and they were able to come out and suggested moving our water meter (so we didnt have to dig up the driveway). They gave us a quote, I had the water meter moved and they came out, trenched a new line, laid the new pex piping, ensured all was working correctly, and covered the trench line! They also noticed our hot water tank leaking, so we got a quote for that too and they came a couple days later to replace that as well... These guys are AWESOOOOOME!!!! I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend them!!! They were WONDERFUL -- thank you for Everything youve done! Great job!
