Steve and his crew tackled an all-day job for us, redoing our utility room essentially from scratch with new appliances, installing a new sink, as well as some other odds and ends around our home.The crew was prompt and friendly and happy to walk me through the work they were doing, answering any questions I had.After the job was done, Steve stayed in communication with me on follow-up items including some rebates and credits their installed units qualified for, as well as some referrals for an electrical item that came up. All of which I greatly appreciated.Additionally, an issue came up the day after installation and Steve responded within minutes of me reaching out. They had Chad back out to address the problem that same morning.They certainly take pride in their work and own it. Id recommend them on that last point alone.

Steve, Jason, and Jason with Premier Plumbing were incredible to work with! Honestly, could not recommend a better plumbing company. They are reliable, efficient, knowledgeable, and very reasonable in price, while doing quality work (We received quotes from a couple other companies around town for 2-3x what we were charged). From our initial communication through project completion/inspection, Steve and his team worked with us every step of the way. We did a complete repipe from polybutylene pipes/manifold system to PEX/manifold- so a lot of pipe and labor went into this huge project. I felt safe trusting Steve and his team with my home. Ive already told several neighbors about the quality work Premier did for us and I know from here forward, I will always use their services should I need them. Seriously, if you are looking for a plumbing company in Dayton- please give Premier Plumbing a call- you wont regret it!

We had an outdoor spigot damaged over the winter and ran continuously once we turned it on in spring. Premier was super responsive and was able to get an experienced plumber (Steve) out to help with the troubleshooting and replacement. I have had my basement floor drains start backing up at least once a year for years. Thanks to steve I know now what I need to do. Very professional and patient. I will be using Premier from now on. No other plumbers have pointed out the issues or really explained how things work like he did. I think the other guys name was Jason and he was also amazing. I will be contacting Premier for the updates Steve suggested.

We were extremely pleased with the work Steve performed. We had a water softener installed and 2 outside hose bibs replaced. Steve came out and quoted a VERY FAIR price and WELL BELOW all other quotes we received. We wanted to use a local plumber and we found him! Premier Plumbing did a great job. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves very well. Highly recommend Premier Plumbing!

We have been very happy with Premier Plumbing Services every time weve had a water/plumbing issue!Recently, our well pump was going bad and it would cause a surge that would blow 2 breakers causing all water in the house to stop and the furnace systems to shut down. Premier Plumbing not only helped diagnose the issue but they also connected us to a wonderful electrician for other issues we were having regarding the breaker box.Steve was out here very quickly, the new pump was installed and he made sure everything was in good working order, even sharing with us some information about our well we would not have known otherwise. The price was very reasonable and we always rest easy knowing Steve will not only help us diagnose/fix our water issues but hes also very informative with regard to why the problem occurred, the explanation of how the fix will help things moving forward, and any other items we may need to be aware of regarding our issue.Thank you again Steve & Premier Plumbing Services for being there when we need you!

A good plumber is hard to find until you call Premier Plumbing. Steve rerouted a hot water line above a slab leak in our basement after the first Plumber I contacted told me it could take days and He might have to jackhammer the basement floor. Steve did the job in a couple of hours. Cant say enough about the professionalism, knowledge, and workmanship of Steve, Lisa and staff.

I know many of you reading this have 2 questions:“Should I try to do my own plumbing work, or call someone?”“If I do decide to call, who should that be?”Don’t get on YouTube and investigate the problem and try to fix it. Save yourself the anxiety and dread. Just call Premier. No sense in doing it yourself and despite your effort, potentially making the problem worse resulting in the need for more costly repairs. Steve will assess your problem and work on reasonable solutions to meet your plumbing needs. He has a very practical approach. No need to be concerned about being told you need more work than you actually do. This will give you peace of mind as a customer. Highly, highly recommend!
