I have used Heeter Plumbing twice now. Once for a new Hot Water Tank, this last visit to my money pit was to replace a garbage disposal. Called Heeter Plumbing after getting home from vacation and discovering we had no hot water. They set up an appointment the next day. Jake came and diagnosed the problem - issue with the pilot light staying lit. Our water heater was over 25 years old, so rather than wasting money on new parts, I requested they install a new water heater. They gave me the quote, called the office back, and they were able to get me a same day install. Mitchell came to do the install. He called 20 minutes before arrival to say that he was on his way. Both plumbers were very professional, polite, and made me feel comfortable with their advice and workmanship.This is the second time we have used Heeter Plumbing and have been extremely satisfied with their service. Highly recommend if you require plumbing services.

We had Jacob install a kitchen faucet our old one was starting to leak so it was time for a new one, it had been in for 20 yrs. Jacob did a great job courtesy from start to finish didn’t take long at all and the price was reasonable & he cleaned up afterwards, nice to see there are good plumbers out there. We would recommend Heeter Plumbing if you’re looking for a good company, nice people, good office personnel, reasonable price, that matters today.

I contacted Heater plumbing to install new plumbing for a basement build-out. They did a great job they handled all the permitting and they completed the work ahead of my schedule.I will definitely use them again.I also contacted Heater plumbing over the winter to take a look at my hotwater heater. The problem was diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes. Mitchell was great! Didn’t take too much time to take care of the issue! I did not see that he used an excessive amount of my good toilet paper to clean up whatever water he spilled until after the beginning part of my review so I came back. I really didn’t appreciate that, I yell at my children for using too much toilet paper and for someone to use it to clean up a mess smh. He could have asked if I had any cleaning towels, which I do.

Jake and Frank were awesome. They were prompt, very professional and very friendly. I was completely satisfied with their work and clean up after it was completed. They explained everything they did. There was a leak in the wall and it was not an easy fix. I would definitely recommend these two and would use them again myself.

He installed a new water but the new one was a couple of inches shorter than the old one which required him to reroute some of the copper piping and modify the gas line. Heeter plumbing came out to give me a second opinion to see if I need to have my sewer line replaced. Roto-Rooter came out in the beginning of the week and told me I needed to spend 15k to have my sewer replaced. When heeter plumbing came out they took a camera through my sewer and saw that there was nothing wrong with it. I will always be a heeter plumbing customer

Heeter Plumbing came out and replaced all of our old galvanized pipe throughout the house. They did an extremely good job, and we paid a reasonable price for great work. It’s difficult to find companies in Dayton who provide services that are willing to show up and get the job done right. Highly recommend giving them a call for all your plumbing needs. Professional, answered every question and explained the steps they would take to complete the job. We’ve been wanting to plumb a toilet in the basement, we will definitely give them a call when the time is right.

I was very nervous about calling a plumber but several of my friends recommended Heeter and we had a water pressure problem so I called and it was the best decision EVER!! Rob Heeter came out and was very friendly and listened to our problem and then checked a couple of things. He fixed our problem very quickly and only charged a small service call fee. We have had this problem for almost a year and put off calling a plumber thinking it would be a huge cost and hassle but Heeter Plumbing made it a quick, painless and inexpensive event. I will use them again for sure!!!

I cannot rave enough about how much I enjoy working with Heeter Plumbing. I flip homes so my plumbing projects can range from Dishwasher installation to installing completely new draining pipes for laundry room additions. Everyone on their team is extremely pleasant to work with (in the office and onsite). They are quick, informative, and priced competitively. They are not a business out to nickel and dime you, and they will provide genuine advice regarding services needed. I would highly recommend Heeter Plumbing to anyone. As long as Im flipping homes, theyll be my first choice for plumbing work.

Fantastic turn around for a meter vault repair to pass county inspection to close a sale. We work with 3 other plumbers in the dayton region on a regular basis, heeter was the only reasonable contractor and there the next day. Grinder/pump stopped working at our office and toilet in basement stopped working. Plumber from Heeter went out of his way to clean out the pump and get it working again. Plumber went out of his way to work in the horrific smell. When he left the smell was gone and everything was cleaned off. Not many people would be willing to do what this guy did without complaint. Great job!

He came out on Christmas Eve at 3:30 in the afternoon. He was friendly and helpful. He fixed our problem quickly and gave me good advice on how to prevent the problem from occurring again. He struck me as a decent and fair man, one who would not mislead you or overcharge you. I dont know about charges for coming out to a home to repair something. His charge for that seemed a little high to me but I may not be very well informed about what it should be. In any case, I would recommend him!

I contacted Leah at Heeter Plumbing for a free 2nd opinion. I was told by another Plumbing Company that I needed a complete new sewer line for thousands of dollars. Heeter came out immediately and used their camera and showed me that my sewer line was fine. The 1st company told me that my line was cast iron which was not true either. Heeter was so nice and professional I recommend them to everyone. They saved this old lady from a very expensive scam. I cant thank them enough.

In the past 6 months, I have had plumbing work needed twice. Heeter Plumbing was recommended to me by someone who had employed them both for his business and his home. I had them install gas lines for two fireplaces the first time. When my water heater died, I did not hesitate to call them again. On each occasion, the work was performed as promised, on time, and by professionals. I have been greatly impressed by the diligence, politeness, and expertise of their employees. Did you try Heeter Plumbing in Vandalia? If you haven’t, you need to! I own a restaurant in the area and needed backflow prevention check up every year for past 10 years. Every one I used charged me twice of the fee for something they didn’t even do. Heeter is very honest and efficient. They told me although there are 2 sections but only one is in use, we will write a letter to city and only charge you for one. NO OTHER PLUMBER in Dayton we used did that or even bother to tell us that and charged us price for two when they only need to do one.Highly recommend them because they are local, genuine and on time.
