    Ryan really helped me with a lot of my plumbing issues, today.He was very professional and friendly, and addressed most of my needs.He installed a new water softener, and a new garbage disposal, that was definitely on its way out!     I was greeted so friendly by a young man named Jordan Britt. He was so informative, helpful, and explained everything involved to fix my problem. He offered lots of good information to help me better understand some plumbing issues with my pipes and drains. He really knew his job when it came to explaining everything.     The technician, JT Stevens and his apprentice did a great job. They both were professional, friendly and helpful, and respected our property. JT explained everything to us that was wrong with our plumbing and explained what needs to be done. The fix was not easy, and they spent almost 4 hours and did an excellent job.We definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a good plumber!

    Arrived from work and my basement had 3 inches of water I looked up plumbing company’s that provided emergency services and Benjamin Franklin plumbing company was here in 15 minutes after the emergency repairs I am having a new water heater and water softener installed the plumber also showed me that some of the plumbing was not up to code the issue could have caused a house fire I just bought the house and obviously the house inspector did not catch the issue I am very happy with the company and they also gave a great discount since I am a vet and the water heater is made here in the USA tomorrow the work begins

    Very easy scheduling them to come out. They were able to come out same day. JT was very nice and patiently listened to us explaining the problem and asking the questions. He was unable to fix the problem, as our leach field seems to be failing. But JT provided us with some recommendations to reach out and get our problem solved. Bless his heart, he was face down inhaling all our poo. But he was providing great customer service.

    Ryan was a super nice courtesy guy. Very knowledgeable and a hard working guy. He immediately assessed the situation and gave me a more than a fair price. He went to work and fixed my issue in a very reasonable amount of time. If I need a plumber again I will definitely be calling them again. I can’t recommend this company and especially Ryan enough.     Troy always does a great job! He is professional, courteous and a perfectionist about making sure he leaves everything in the best possible condition. He installed a new valve to shut off water to the refrigerator, along with a heavy duty stainless steel line. I have a commercial grade refrigerator and freezer so this was no easy task. I am completely satisfied with his work!

    I’ve been using Benjamin Franklin for almost 4 yrs now I think. My sump pump busted! Benjamin Franklin plumbing was able to squeeze me in on a weekend. Has a good military discount and excellent service in their Heroes Club with free annual inspections for military. Andrew Mannis was great calling ahead of time talking through options. Then when he got to the house (within 30min!) With the same main sump for replacement. Very friendly and professional, and talked through all the steps of what he was doing. I had a back up sump pump that may have also gone bad (but wasn’t ready to replace) and so when he redid the piping for main pump also redid piping for the existing secondary pump for if I want to replace in future will be much easier. Another occurrence Troy Hellman came and replaced valve that was clogged for a shower not letting the hot and cold water to balance and flow through. Replaced it and then it clogged again and re-replaced in quick response a few days later. Then this year Jordan Britt did our Heroes Club free annual inspection and did a great job explaining some of the concerns being very transparent about the work that would need to be done on my sink. All in all I have only had excellent experience with Benjamin Franklin!

    Ryan Manning of Benjamin Plumbing came out to flush our tankless water heater and do a house-wide plumbing inspection. Ryan was friendly, personable, and very knowledgable. He flushed our water heater and checkedour water softener first. He then did a thorough inspection of all our sinks, toilets, and showers/baths. He shared his findings showing us photos for verification. He provided us a quote on the spot to fix the problems. He gave us a fairly reasonable price, so we said yes.     After the recent cold snap, I noticed the outside faucet on the back of my house was dripping quite a lot. I tried replacing the little rubber shutoff inside , to no avail. This was the first time I have ever used the services of a professional plumber. I had heard many a horror story of exorbitant prices, long waits, and egotistic tradesmen, so, naturally, i dreaded the experience. After making a few inquiries to 3 different renowned local plumbing service providers, I settled on Benjamin Franklin because they took cash, check, or credit card for payment. They required a 99$ fee to have a professional show up and give a quote, which they would waive if you hired them. The polite, courteous, and respectful Mr. Troy Hallman performed a complete new faucet replacement including cutting several pipes. Total Time seemed to be about 2.5 hours including cleanup and a few short and amusing/informative chats and storys. The price was not only competitive, but i even gave him a small tip. I will use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again without hesitation.GREAT JOB!

They were very responsive and had Nick at the house within hours. The repairs were made without issue (Installed new Moen shower valve and trim kit with 2 year parts and labor with shut offs on hot and cold side).     With two small children at home and no running water due to horrible original plumbing by Ryan Home’s and only one mainline water shut off valve, I was in a pinch to get water restored. After trying to call multiple plumbing companies (some of which didn’t even answer their phone despite being within normal business hours), I was able to find Benjamin Franklin plumbing, who not only answered with a pleasant voice on the other end, but made availability for me given my situation. The gentleman they sent out was well-knowledged, was extremely polite, and listened when I explained the issue. He handled the repair well, repairing the section of pipe with better materials than in the normal plumbing, and explained his process.While the pricing seemed slightly high, they handled my issue almost immediately, with excellent customer service, a great technician, and they now lifelong customer.

    Mike Morgan came out in March to first do my annual inspection and did such a terrific job he found and diagnosed a problem with my water softener. Which was having such a slow leak from the internal gasket when it would recharge every 2 weeks or so. They originally installed the water softener, service my house yearly, and in 2016 installed a new water heater.Ive never had any issues with any plumber or service.     I had a very slow draining sink in my bathroom and the plumber immediately was able to take care of it. He was very knowledgeable and personable and polite and put me at ease. I had a slight issue with a kitchen faucet that came with a lifetime warranty and it was taken care of immediately. He was in and out in less than an hour. Cant think of a thing he could have done better. I am very pleased with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, but then, Ive been pleased with them for m a n y years and service was wonderful as always!

    Ray T. came out to assist us with our water heater going out. Rays customer service and knowledge were excellent. He was a hard worker and got our new water heater installed quickly and neatly. Great service guy and friendly company! Will definitley call again!

    I know this company may not have the best reviews but we had Brad come our for an emergency service call and he was incredibly nice, had jokes to lighten the mood and did a great job. Explained everything to us. Hoping to not have to call a plumber in the near future but if we do, I will be calling Ben Franklin plumbing and asking specifically for Brad.

    Called at 8:00 am to have a sump pump replaced. Troy was here at 8:35 . He determined what I needed , he went to get the new pump , returned in a reasonable time . He installed the pump and cleaned up everything. I was very pleased with the service. Outstanding job and service.

    B-F responded quickly to my warranty leak issue. TJ was pleasant and respectful of our home and conducted himself professionally. He seemed to have (finally) fix the issue and in command of the root cause. He was identified by B-F scheduler as their “drainage guy” and it seems true. I would recommend TJ for another plumbing job, especially if it involved a drain problem.

    I had a leak somewhere that caused the ceiling tiles in my basement to cave in. Evie came and checked everything, only to find that I did not have a leak. After moving a couple of other tiles in the basement, she found a tarp that was holding water that she thinks is built up condensation from the air conditioning unit. Very thorough and very friendly.****June 10th update.*****A month after Evies visit, I found the location of the leak and Ed came out and replaced the faucet that was causing the leak, as well as fixed a drained that backed up the previous night. When I mentioned using baking soda and vinegar to clear it myself, he told me that the baking soda will cake up the pipes and even pulled the pipe to show me. Lesson learned. Thank you Ed.

    Very courteous on the phone when making appointment...same day! Got a call a few minutes prior telling me who was coming and when. Seth Smith was very prompt on arrival time. He looked at my leaking outside hose bib, and told me he could just repack it instead of changing it, which would have required tearing into our interior walls, because for some reason previous owners didnt make access panels. He had the job done in no time, and even anchored it to the outside brick wall. He was very informative, polite, and professional. I would definitely use Ben Franklin Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.

    This is the second time now we have called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing out to help us. The first time was because the sewer line was infiltrated by roots and we had a storm surge that flooded our basement. This time was for low water pressure issues. We had the same technician come out both times, and both times he fixed our issue, but also clearly explained what was happening, what was causing the issue, what he was doing to fix it, and what we needed to do for upkeep. They are fairly priced and also gave us fairly priced estimates for any repairs. They are very professional and we have had great experiences with this company.-2 brand new young homeowners that know nothing

    We have been using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Dayton for several years now. Recently, TJ came out to take a look at our leaky water heater and provided fantastic service! He first looked to see if the water heater could be repaired (it couldnt due to a casing crack) and then gave us all our options. He will be back out soon to install a new tankless water heater for us and do the annual service for the rest of the house. All the Benjamin Franklin plumbers that have come out have been very personable, knowledgeable, and more importantly, on time! We highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and will continue using them for all our plumbing needs!

    Our sump pump stopped working properly and water was backing up into the basement. I called them after hours expecting to get a voicemail, instead I got a very polite agent waiting to help me. The plumber realize the urgency of the situation, and made it out to my house within 30 minutes. He had everything he needed to make the repairs in the back of his work van. He saved the day. He was only at the house for 30 minutes or so and we had a working sump pump. He got rid of a couple bad connections that would have started leaking later, put a new valve on and did not charge any extra. He even wore those boot covers to keep our floors clean. What a pleasant experience

    Brad was very friendly & professional & honored his quote. He previously repaired & replaced a gas valve on water heater along with another technician replaced toilet flapper on 8-6 . Toilet was still running too much & Brad came back but had to replace the toilet flush system 9-30. Not happy about having to pay another $99 trip charge but Brad was great.

    We received absolutely outstanding service from Andrew and Shayn for our slab leak repair! Since the job included removing our hallway bathroom tub and shower tiling and excavating the concrete slab to access the leak, Andrew and Shayn were meticulous and ensured quality work throughout the whole job. As the job continued, Andrew and Shayn verbally communicated every step to each other and I could hear how they paid attention to every important detail to make sure the job went smoothly. They finished everything in two days without a hitch and left me and my family very happy with the results. Their customer service line is excellent as well. They were really responsive, scheduling was quick, and Andrew and Shayn showed up promptly and on time to begin work. Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat and we will be calling them again for any future services!
