    Our first floor half bath began to leak in a way that required urgent remediation. Working with Korrect leadership we identified the best methods to both modernize the sewer and supply lines as well as transform the half bath for future guest use. Tearing out and modernizing 100 year old cast iron sewer and galvanized water lines was not a trivial process. The Korrect technicians were both dedicated and creative (see the attached picture). We could not have been more pleased with the result.

    First time customer here... Our shower faucet wouldnt turn off at 10 pm at night. Unfortunately, this was on the day after Christmas with out-of-town company staying with us. We had to turn the water off to the entire house to stop the water in the shower.I called Korrect the next morning and spoke with Natasha. She fit us into the schedule that day and provided tips on how to be ready. Colton and Justin fixed the leak, changed two shower cartridges, answered a million plumbing questions, diagnosed an issue with the bathroom sink, and impressed us in less than an hour! We have now found our go-to plumbers. Korrect was efficient, fast, reasonably priced, ethical and knowledgeable to get the job done right the first time!

    Super friendly and quick response. Zach, Andrew and Colton came out and addressed our problems quickly. They were respectful, knowledgeable and very friendly. They did a lot of work in a short amount of time and really saved us from a lot of property damage due to a horrible home inspection. We are very grateful to everyone at the Korrect Plumbing team.     Korrect always does a great job and goes above and beyond. When I had the nightmare of a sewer line backup in my house, they came out that day to clear the line, gave very helpful guidance, and worked seamlessly with the contractors I used to clean up the mess and do the necessary renovations in record time. For instance, because they do both plumbing and HVAC, they were able to remove and re-install the water heater and furnace in one day to allow the utility closet and other areas to be cleaned, and they corrected some installation issues with the water heater. Today, they came out and did several tasks easily and quickly, and I was very happy with their work and the price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

    We had a major water back up to our kitchen sink. Korrect worked with our insurance company on the repair estimate. At one point we had 4 Korrect Plumbing trucks at our house. They diagnosed the source of the problem, brought in equipment to break up the blockage under our tile floor. They kept the tile damage to the minimum and were able to remove the clogged area, all within the estimate cost. We are pleased with the result.

    Our plumbing issues was a little complicated but Austin with Korrect was so helpful, knowledgeable and ready to do what he needed to fix the problem-which he did!     Fabulous! Our old water softener decided to begin leaking and shedding resin beads late on a Saturday night. Not an emergency as I simply bypassed the old unit, but it definitely needed replacing. Called Korrect on Monday and had the new unit installed and working first thing on Tuesday. The crew were professional, friendly, and on time, and their workmanship was excellent. The office called several times to make sure we knew the crew was on the way and that everything was proceeding well. Very low price too, so extremely pleased.     We have been a customer of Korrect Plumbing for approximately 30 years. Recently, we had a shower remodeling completed in late June with a tub removal and walk-in shower installed. My wife had a 3 month medical journey and Korrect got the new shower project completed so my wife could use it as soon as she returned home. We have been very pleased with the work completed by Korrect. In fact they just came back last Friday to add a second grab bar installed as recommended for safety purposes by the Kettering Home Heal aides who are assisting my wife.

DeVante came out quickly, found the main sewage line and located the issue and fixed it within an hour. He had a metal detector to locate the line and we are incredibly grateful.     We had an upstairs toilet leak that was coming through the kitchen ceiling. We called Korrect based on a couple of referrals. I was absolutely pleased with the results. On my initial call the receptionist went through the hourly cost breakdown, the plumber arrived on time and was very pleasant.     Korrect installed a new gas hot water heater in my home. I have spoken with JJ, Jamar, Kevin, and Michelle prior to setting up the installation. Everyone is knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Korrect does not oversell, which I appreciate very much. Setting up a date and time to install was easy as Korrect accommodated my schedule.The technician, Kyle, did a great job with the installation. After he swapped old with new water heater with Chases help, another Korrect Technician, Kyle got to work on connecting all the copper pipes. I was impressed with how he measured, prepared and soldered with close to 12 connections. (See the clean and professional results.)There were no leaks, after the tank was filled with water. Kyle turned the pilot on and the gas fired up smoothly. He also walked me through how to properly turn off/turn off the water heater when doing the annual tank clean-out.Kyle is personable and knowledgeable. He has a great work ethic.     The tech - sorry but Im bad at names, think was Greg - called ahead with enough lead time to allow us to be ready for him. Meaning the morning was later than we planned so we got dressed.     After having a really bad experience with another plumbing company, I was really hesitant to look again. Had 3 different companies come out to look at and provide estimates on a new water heater on a Monday. Korrect came out quickly, provided me options, answered questions I had and after an assessment gave me a quote on a new water heater (wh). The quote was comprehensive with no hidden costs or pushing more than I needed.     We hired Korrect to bring plumbing up into our partially finished (in-progress) cape cod attic. This involved connecting hot/cold water and a drain all the way from the basement (2 floors below) and installing a brand new vanity and fixtures.First, we chose them from a selection of 3 other quotes thanks to the thoroughness of their project estimator, Rick. He was prompt, thoughtful, and patient with us in figuring out exactly how we might go about this tricky project in a 100-year-old house. Their prices were comparable, but Ricks detail-orientation and willingness to explain all the steps of the process really stood out to us.Once they were hired, the team was quick to make an appointment (highly responsive) and they stuck to it, even calling to confirm the day before and the morning of to let us know they were on the way. They arrived promptly, as scheduled, and were very friendly and communicative. They put down extra drop clothes to prevent mess and alerted us with any updates and details as they went along. They did great work!Heres the best part: the project went so much smoother than anticipated that it took HALF the time they estimated.     Gave them a call for help with a disposer. I was told they could do it on that same day, they quoted me the out the door price for the install, and I agreed to have them do it. Let them know I would be home all day cutting grass and they said theyd call me when their guys were on the way. Before I could walk back to the mower, the phone was ringing!     Korrect plumbing review🖖🏻My sewer line needed to be replaced - it was original to the house, built in 1967, and had become a real nuisance with at least annual floods in the basement, from the sewer line backing up.Due to the age and condition of the clay tile a liner was impractical.I got a couple of quotes, which were presented in two parts: 1) tie into the main line on my side of the street, or tie into main in the street, which would be more expensive, and require me to pay for digging up and filling in.Korrect ‘s bid came to the lowest part 1 costs and since I was already satisfied with the work Korrect had done on other jobs at my residence, I chose them.I was not disappointed. Korrect was able to get the job done within a day, and kept the dirt mounded atop the trench to allow for settling.The new line has performed perfectly since the fall when it was put in, and the lawn service has done a fine job getting the dirt leveled and the new grass growing.

    I needed my main water line cleaned out. The young man (Josh) that showed up was very professional, worked quickly, and most importantly CLEAN (both him and the work he did). My house is over 100 years old and he worked until the water was the color and pressure level HE expected, not what was common for the house.     Korrect will be our go-to plumbing company from now on. We had a water softener installed and the guys that came out were not only incredibly thorough but they were so nice! They walked me through how to use my new softener system and tightened up some other plumbing concerns that I had free of charge.     Nevin of Korrect Plumbing showed up timely and quickly diagnosed the problem. He made sure all drains were cleaned out and went to work on the stack there was a backup at the bottom of it, but they had to go in through the roof vent to get to it. Josh assisted with that. They worked efficiently and patiently answered my questions. I thought the price was very fair for all the hard work they put in. I will be recommending this company to family and friends.

    Used several times for drains and leaks. Good plumbers.UNDERSTAND, they are expensive, and charge for trip and time. Nothing will be free after the phone call. Be sure to communicate properly with them about this. They do quality work and you will get what you pay for. After dealing with mediocre companies, we use Korrect. Just get expectations set up front. If you have a problem, ask for Josh.

    I have used Korrect for years. They are a great company, they do superior work and the cost is reasonable. I can call and they can set up an appointment that day, usually. They are a great company, I am very satisfied w/ their work.Had Korrect HVAC do a tune up on my heat pump, the tech, Larry, was great. Very knowledgeable and was very nice to deal w/. Everything checked out fine and my heat pump is good to go! Another quality job well done by Korrect (6-14-2024)6-5-2024Korrect came out for what appeared was a plugged drain from my heat pump, it also turned out to be a bad switch to drain the water/humidity. The water had leaked down thru my kitchen ceiling and damaged the ceiling, water dripping down and had a serious mess to deal w/. They came out and replaced the switch and drained 13 gal of water from the pan. They came and did a great job on the heart pump, fixing it and stopping further leaking thru my ceiling in the kitchen. I am going to have a friend fix the kitchen ceiling, Milby Dry Wall in Fairborn, Ohio.I just wanted to give Korrect a huge shout out for working me into a really busy schedule! 5 Stars!!!

    I only use Korrect Plumbing because: they are prompt, professional, knowledgeable, experienced, polite, friendly. They have fixed a wide range of issues for me from installing central A/C in a 120 year old house to clearing clogged drains, installing a water heater, & numerous renovation projects.     Great experience. We were given different scenarios about the work to be done. Potentially could have moved to a second phase of repair based on findings during repair. We were informed so there were no surprises. We were pleasantly surprised that Korrect adjusted the bill after the scope of work changed and we came in under quote.     AMAZING customer service. We had a terrible experience with another company, and the next day we called Korrect, and they got us in the same day and we’re on time!!Nevin, Josh, and Wes were absolutely phenomenal.     We’ve used Korrect for 2 huge projects. Easily the best company we’ve ever worked with. For both projects it felt like working with craftsmen who took pride in their work and actually cared about how they were helping my family. They’re local, and it seems they’ve got a good culture within the company, and that translates to the customer is all those great intangible ways—all the stuff that’s often missing when you work with franchises from bigger corporations. E.g., never felt upsell pressure from them, just felt like they only cared about doing what makes practical sense. They charged a practical rate, did stellar work, and we got exactly what we needed with a human touch and a deeper sense of community. I think all business needs to take a page from their playbook. I told a colleague about them, and he had them do their HVAC work—he felt the same way. Hats off to Korrect.
