This is our third time using Alberts, I can comfortably recommend them highly. Everyone we have had interaction with is prompt, professional, polite, friendly and most of all knowledgeable and efficient. We have been giving Cody a work out this week with a ton of plumbing. He knocked out a huge list of tasks in a relatively short time. Very impressed with his speed and efficiency all the while with a sense of humor and a smile. Cody was such a delight to deal with as we navigated a very unpleasant situation.

Isaac is an outstanding, very kind and genuine soul! It was a very nice experience meeting him. Our fan looks and works great! To complete task, he troubleshot and fixed a manufacturing mistake which in my experience sets him well apart from most technicians who would not think to use their skills in this manner, they would walk away from what he quickly resolved with great knowledge and great attitude! No doubt this young man will enjoy a very good and long career doing work hes great at!

When I call Albert Services I was greeted by Patrick, whom was very kind and helpful with setting up an appointment. Brett was the best I do not anyone could of done a better job and he wasnt going to leave until he fix my problem. 11/10. I highly recommend Albert Services for all your plumbing. Isaac was very thorough, honest and helpful. Even though I thought something was wrong, he taught me about my system and showed me the best way to avoid the noise my heat pump was making. He did not try to sell me something or fix anything, because there was nothing wrong. Just gave me useful advice. I will refer him to all my family and friends!!

Albert Services is the superior HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing service in the Dayton area, The service techs are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The company offers a maintenance plan that surpasses any offered by another competitor in the Miami Valley. Albert Services do not oversale, overcharge, or hard sale product or services. You will never feel like Albert Services is a get in, get your money, and get out company that delivers a product or service that requires a callback every 3-5 years. I highly recommend Brett (for plumbing) and Isaac (for electrical) from Albert Services.

I had an electric panel replaced at my home by Isaac. I work for the company so I am a bit biased, however I still appreciate working at Albert Services, because they take care of us too. Isaac completed this panel replacement at my house for me, which clearly was a disaster beforehand. I paid for the materials but he went and got everything for me and the time spent at my home was done at no cost to me. The company is here for us, and I appreciate that. On top of that, the work was done quickly and cleanly, and now when I do laundry I don’t have to worry about hitting my head on random dangerous wires. I’ve spent a lot of time telling our customers how great our techs are at what they do, but now I can speak from first-hand experience and say it really is great work.

However, noticed that the shutoff valve was very corroded (the original; house is now 30 years old). Replaced it with a more modern valve.No problems with either installation. I have used this company for several projects in a couple of my houses in the past because they do great work. This time pretty much soured and possibly severed my relationship with them. The price for the removal / replacement of a bathroom vanity was extortionate. I had ALL products, and they supplied a pipe and water handles. I paid because I was desperate. I also wanted a toilet installed and they quoted nearly FOUR HUNDRED to do the work! I will most likely not use them for a service like this again. However, Cody was very professional and kind. He came right in, placed his shoe booties on, and went to work. He even discovered an issue within 10 minutes that I had paid other companies to find. He is excellent in his craft.

Very pleased with every aspect of the service from Albert’s. From my first call to the workers leaving my house, it was all very professional and I felt like a real customer. I had two other companies come to quote my job. Not only did they quote me twice as much, but they could barely explain their plan to tackle the job and tried to sell me on additional work. Brett and Isaac were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I will definitely be going back to Albert Services for any repair needs in the future. This is a new review for Albert. My technician was Riley. He arrived on time and it took only a few minutes for him to diagnose the issues I was having with my AC. He provided me a quote, made the repairs and got me back up and running in a very short period of time. I also have to say that they got to me very quickly so I didnt have to spend Memorial Weekend without AC.This is an additional reviews for Brett. Weve been using Albert Services for years, and they are amazing. We are also on their maintenance monthly plan. Over the weekend, we discovered that the AC in our home was not working. Loud squealing noise coming from the outside part of the system, and the house was definitely not keeping up with the temperature. Had them come out (and they came out same-day, with us on a waiting list). Compressor was bad, but this is an old unit that had the old refrigerant, so we needed a whole new system. (for background, we knew this was coming when we did the last install, and didnt upgrade this piece). They managed to get us in the next day, and got the new system up and running. Update: The next day, we werent keeping up with the temp, and they came out within 2 hours of calling, and the system simply needed more charge. Took care of it and things are running beautifully now. VERY HAPPY with their work and customer service.

I had major issues with the house I recently bought being on a slab, all of my drainpipes needed to be replaced. Albert Services was the third company to give me an estimate and was a huge 7,000 dollars cheaper than the other two on the estimate and they ended up finishing the job a day early and around 3,000 dollars cheaper than their original estimate! Brett and his crew of Hank and Cody were great, very detailed oriented, professional, and personable. Instead of having a company come into my home, it felt more like I had friends over helping me correct a major problem. They went above and beyond my expectations! If I ever have another serious issue that Albert services can handle, I will definitely use them again!!

We just purchased a new house and needed to install electrical and plumbing for our washer and dryer set. The previous owners had their set in the basement. We wanted it on the first floor since we had the perfect room for it.We found Albert Services online and Brett was sent to our house. He was very friendly and professional. He walked us through what he would do to install what we needed. He explained what he would need and even gave us a date where he could finish it if we booked Albert Services. Their prices were reasonable (we did get two other quotes) but we chose Albert Services because they were able to schedule us when we needed it and Brett even told us how long it would take.He was right both times ( most contractors are NOT). He walked us through the work and even told us when he went across a snag and how he fixed it (our house is 100 years old).Brett and the other service person (I cannot remember his name), cleaned up (which is also rare amongst contractors).I will definitely use Albert Services again and I highly recommend them.

Veteran-owned is always a plus to me. I replaced my HVAC system with Albert Services when I moved to Ohio at the end of 2022. I just signed up for their Genius Club as they either didnt have it in 2022 or the tech didnt know about it. I am looking at having my electrical box replaced here shortly with Albert Services so I can easily identify the breakers and maybe provide some insulation to the outside weather.

Ive been using Albert Services for the past few years now and I have had the preventative maintenance program with them since summer 2022.TL;DR version: They are *so* thorough, responsive, and friendly; from the office staff to the technicians, I feel cared for during the whole process of requesting and receiving repairs and services. I have always felt extremely comfortable having them come to my home and assured that I have qualified people coming to help with various issues. I have several neighbors who use their services as well and we joke that when we see the truck parked in front of one of our houses that we think of something that needs doing at our own house!Detailed version of most recent interaction: Brett and Cody came out (6/26/23) to work on various plumbing issues we were addressing. As always, they were friendly, respectful, and efficient and I was very satisfied with the results. Later on in the evening my husband noticed a change in water pressure to our kitchen sink. We called and they had a technician out the next day and it was an easy fix--the water filter on the faucet had gotten a bit clogged from debris and it just needed taken off and rinsed out which he did. No charge because he considered it a customer satisfaction issue and this customer is certainly satisfied!A time when I had a major issue: I had my springtime HVAC check with Isaac (on 2/21/22) and he found a plethora of issues with my 25 year old plus A/C unit. At the same time another technician (Tim) noticed that my water heater wasnt venting carbon monoxide correctly. Albert Services tried to make an appointment that same day for Brett, a supervisor and plumbing expert, to come by and check on the unit to make sure it was safe but unfortunately I didnt call them back until the next day and he came out on 2/22. Brett made sure to discuss all of the options and he was very sensitive to the fact that installing a new A/C and converting our water heater to a tankless gas water heater (our preference since we had wanted to upgrade it anyway) was an expensive and complicated situation for us. He made sure he could do the upgrades ASAP and I was able to be on the schedule on 2/24. All of the techs who came by were professional, friendly, and focused and, as always, I enjoy working with Albert Services!

Albert Services is the company to call for fix anything - HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issue your husband tried to repair. Gary, Matt, Hank, and Isaac superbly removed the 23-year-old 80%-efficient Brant furnace and replaced it a 96%-efficient Ducane furnace...IN ONE DAY. My 56°F house was 70°F within 30 minutes after the team turned on the unit. The quality of work, workmanship, and product are above expectations. Albert Services is and will be my go-to HVAC provider and more so after having used other HVAC providers to install new systems in my first home.

After striking out several times where people were asking for 400 $450 to change the faucet, Albert services not only took in consideration her meager income and gave her a very great discount And promptly came out the next day first thing in the morning!They took care of the situation. My water heater let loose Saturday morning and was spewing water all over the floor. I called this service, never having used them before and Brett got here as fast as he could and got the water problem under control. He was back on Monday the time he said he would be here and installed a new water heater, replaced the needed pipes and removed a few pipes not needed that were not properly taken care of before. Brett was very efficient and friendly. I would recommend using this plumbing service.

We scheduled work to commence on a Tuesday, and they had to reschedule twice. Moving our schedule around was a bit annoying, but (they told me) it was due to an illness, and thats understandable. When Cody and Nathan arrived on Friday, they were very professional. (Nathan has been here before to install a water heater and he did a solid job then). They came around 2pm and finished (I think) around 8:15?This was not an easy job. access was very difficult, and in a tight space. However, after they finished, and had left, about an hour later, we discover the bathroom floor had flooded, (it was around 9:50 pm) I immediately called back, and their dispatch said Nathan was able to return (around 10:30pm) and look at the problem. I was very worried something else was broken. it turned out the solder wasnt complete or something. Nathan was able to fix the solder and the leak. he hung around to make sure it didnt leak again. the job was priced a little high I thought, but because it was a compromising location for the repair, I didnt mind paying it. The next morning, Nathan called me back to ask how things are doing. No Leaks! I thought that was a nice touch (checking back).Bottom line is, Ive used Albert Services on several occasions, and they have always (in my experience) done a solid job, (After the job is complete). The technicians all seem knowledgeable and professional. Even though we had to call them back out, and we had to reschedule I would still recommend them. However, if we have another experience like this one, (the schedule changes and the scary, hurry and call them back moments) I would have to look elsewhere.

We have used Albert Services for about 6 months now and love the quality of service the team has provided. Brett has patiently endured manufacturing issues with Moen products to repair a recurring tub leak. He also did an outstanding job with rerouting plumbing pipes that were poorly installed with the initial build of the home. Isaac did an outstanding job with installing a ceiling fan and the electrical work. And Mike was great with replacing the control panel in our furnace, with a quick turnaround considering there were only four places in the nation that carried the kind of control panel needed for our brand of furnace. These guys are fantastic and we fondly refer to them as our plumbing guy (and we can say that same thing about our electrician and our HVAC guy!) We cant endorse the team enough and have been extremely pleased with Albert Services!

When our water heater stopped, we called Problem Solvers because they had serviced the water heater previously. I was promptly scheduled and Aaron, who was the technician dispatched to our home, remembered that he had been here previously. He had everything he needed to replace the water heater but expressed concern about the condition of the chimney that the water heater and the furnace fumes went into. The chimney exterior was crumbly and there were holes in the masonry and what appeared to be a next of some sort. He was surprised we hadnt had health issues with possible higher than normal levels of carbon dioxide in the house. He gave me a list of what he thought should be done to resolve the problem, which I was able to do within a few days by calling a chimney expert. Aaron then called back a few days later to make sure we were alright and to see if we had been able to resolve the issue. He also found a potential problem with some piping and promptly gave us a quote but insisted it wasnt as big a problem as the chimney and could wait. He also left his personal cell phone number so we could call if we had any additional questions.It is the service from individuals like Aaron that will keep us coming back to Problem Solvers with all our plumbing needs.
