We had an incredible experience with Spartan Plumbing and cannot recommend them enough!After living in our home for only 65 days, we discovered a major issue with our sewer line. Alex and Austin worked tirelessly—nearly 12 hours a day for back-to-back days to ensure we had functioning services before they left. Their dedication and work ethic were unmatched.Though Spartan Plumbing is on the pricier side, they were the only company in the area equipped to handle underground plumbing. In just three working days, they excavated our land, replaced the failing sewer pipe, and even hand-dug under our house to lay new piping, called for city inspection AND filled in the trench to keep the land as level as possible. (Alex even laid boards down for our dog to use the bathroom so he wouldnt get muddy).Throughout the process, they kept us informed every step of the way, showing us the poor condition of the old system and explaining why we had been smelling sewage since moving in.Their professionalism was top-notch, and their team—especially Taylor, who handled the drains—was beyond amazing! Taylor’s expertise and genuine kindness were so refreshing. Everyone that helped are some of the nicest people weve ever met, and their hard work in freezing temperatures to get the job done perfectly left a lasting impression.Spartan Plumbing not only fixed our plumbing issue but made us feel like wed known them for years. Taylor P. came out and was absolutely wonderful to work with. She is informative, friendly and knowledgeable. She made sure I understood what was going on every step. On top of it all she was very patient with my dogs who wanted to help her. We have other projects around the house that we will be calling them about when the time comes to pull those triggers. The team that was consulted during the visit was also very professional and helpful. I found them on Google and was worried at first being a first time home owner but all that worry was for nothing! Caleb, Isaac, Jason, Kaden were all great to work with. I had all of my toilets replaced and a new bathroom faucet installed. They were all friendly, professional, and fast.I have a few critiques. Like many of the lower reviews have stated, they are very expensive. I just wanted new toilets, but probably wouldve benefited from shopping around or just doing it myself. To replace four toilets and a faucet with very standard replacements, it cost me over $4.3K...and that was with a member discount. At that price, I was pretty disappointed with the cheapness of the toilet seats. I ended up shelling out more money for new ones.I also need them to come back for a follow-up because one of the toilets isnt level and keeps wobbling back and forth. The seal around the toilets is also coming up. At $4.3K+, I do expect a higher quality of work and materials.

My husband and I just had problems with our well that he was unable to fix this time. So he called Spartan Plumbing and we are ABSOLUTELY so satisfied with deciding to go with this company. We had Kade and Taylor doing our well repairs that ended up requiring replacing ALL of our well parts. We didnt have any working water at the time of their arrival and the job required them to come back after they had already worked hours but they made sure our water was working before they left that evening. Kade and Taylor maybe VERY YOUNG but they are both VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and worked very hard and lots of hours to get ALL of our well repairs done. Kade and Taylor are VERY professional but even more importantly they are so kind and friendly. We have 3 dogs and they treated our dogs as if they were their own and that speaks volume there for me. Thank you Kade and Taylor for ALL your hard work and kindness. We are very SATISFIED with the job yall done for us. You 2 definitely make an AMAZING team together and do EXCELLENT work. He was very informative in describing some bigger issues with how the previous plumbing was installed and informed his supervisor, Jamie. Had to replace part of a sewage line in the basement of a small business, in a century old building. The job took several days and visits to complete due to minor post installation leaks from the initial plumbing that was performed. Understandably, the location and age of the old plumbing made the task moderately more difficult.The follow-up plumber, Josh, made adjustments to correct the leaks, ensured the job was complete by running utilities and cleaned up the space where the plumbing was performed. He did an excellent job and the customer service team is excellent in regard to responsibility of performance.

Tech completed a whole house, inspection of plumbing items, including shut off bowels, hot water, tank toilets, water quality. other items were also evaluated in terms of buildup of corrosion and pipes in basement, etc. I would say it was very through . These guys are definitely the ONES you need to call when you have a plumbing issue! Well, in our case, a plumbing disaster!They quickly came to the rescue by finding where the pipe was leaking, shut off the main water supply , cut/ capped the old lines, ran ALL new Cooper piping & added a new shut off valve.Brandon, Kyle, Toby, Aaron, & SkylarWere compassionate, understanding & explained every detail of the job..Believe me, I had a TON of questions.So as you can see from the pictures, this was quite a big project to handle.The only unfortunate or disadvantage in my eyes is the mound.But I completely understand why it has to be there..And in 8 months we can level it down.Thank you SPARTAN PLUMBING COMPANY...

Water heater broke late Monday night. Alex came out Tuesday, inspected the water heater as well as the the whole house. Took the time for my wife to FaceTime me at work so we both could review options for replacement without any pressure or up charges. We made our choice and had the old water heater removed and a new one in its place the same evening. He was professional, friendly and efficient. They took care to keep everything clean and they were very careful removing the old water heater from the basement. Have used Spartan before and will not hesitate to use them again.

He was proficient in explaining a good, better, best proposal for our situation and worked with us to make it cost effective. With this issue taken care of we easily saved 10s of thousands of dollars in water damage not just water but that smelly sludgey kind you flush to never see again! I was extremely impressed with how quick Spartan Plumbing was able to come to my home to assess the issue. I called and within 20 minutes, the technician (Taylor) was at my house working to fix the issue. Spartan Plumbing was very clear about pricing and the assessment of the issue was free! After Taylor completed the fix, Jamie and Lance responded to my home to run a camera through the drain pipe to assess any further issues and establish the warranty on the completed work. All three technicians (Taylor, Lance, and Jamie) were respectful, engaging, and confident in what they were doing. What I loved most about Spartan Plumbing is that they specialize in just Plumbing. This is unlike some companies that do a combination of things such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. I appreciate the peace of mind the company offered me and their willingness to respond timely! We had a sump pump failure after a rainfall and our basement was beginning to flood. I had been carting buckets of water up my stairs for over two hours to keep the water level from overflowing and I was barely keeping up. Aother big storm was expected, I was alone, exhausted and unable to find any plumbers to help me, even the company who installed the sump pump system in the first place. The Spartan team showed genuine concern, not only for my health and welfare, but also for my home. They called all their plumbers, rearranging some assignments to be able to get to my house as quickly as possible and arrived within 2 or 3 hours of my phoning in the emergency, even though I had not been a previous client with them before. The plumber that came to assist me, Braden OConnor, was honest, straightforward, kind, respectful and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and efficiently to fix the problem and was as thorough as he could possibly be within the limited daylight hours, putting off a very important personal appointment (to put a down payment on a new home!) To the very last moment so he could stay as long as he needed to finish the job. The pricing for the system and labor was completely fair and I would definitley hire Spartan again.

Alex and Gio were phenomenal and did such an amazing job explaining everything to my husband and I about the repairs needing made in our home. One thing I hate is being pushed for something I dont need or trying to be sold extra stuff that isnt relevant to the issue at hand. Alex was simply amazing at breaking down the issues he found with our plumbing and why the repairs needed would be beneficial in the long run as well as explaining the financing options at our disposal. Braden was my technician and you can tell he knows what he’s doing. They had the new pump and lines installed in no time and got us running water again. He had a tank dropped off and installed right away. Now everything works perfectly. The pricing was a little high, but you get what you pay for. This is the first time I have had to call a professional plumber. Like most people I was a bit nervous about how the experience would go as I have heard some horror stories from friends and family. First I will say that the dispatchers did a wonderful job of calling me in advance and giving me an exact time of arrival. Michael arrived right on time and was extremely friendly from the start. He did a quick overall inspection of my kitchen plumbing and did a great job explaining everything he was looking at and why. After that he told me exactly what he was going to do and gave me a few options for pricing, which was nice. He even noticed some plumbing under my sink that needed some attention and gave a second quote with that included. After deciding what I wanted done, Michael got right to work. After he was done he explained everything he did and showed me that it was fixed. My sink has never drained so fast! Lol. Michael cleaned up after himself and left the kitchen exactly how it was when he arrived. Overall a great experience. Michael was informative, friendly and professional. *remember that when its time for a pay increase...cough..cough.. As far as pricing goes, I dont have anything personally to compare to but I have been told that they are reasonable when it comes to plumbing so, take that for what it is. I will call them again if the need arises...hopefully it doesnt.

Braden and Kade came out to the house and they were awesome! Original issue was gas pressure which I did not know plumbers handled, but nonetheless, they came in, move the stove, and checked the gas. Everything turned out to be good! Since they were already out here, they followed up on a previous job to make sure everything was still good. During their inspection, they found that water pressure was a bit high which led to a couple minor fixes. Minor right now, but if left unattended, would eventually lead to bigger issues, so they were able to resolve those minor issues the same day. All in all, Im very pleased with their professionalism, their work, and their effort in making sure that I stayed informed on everything they were looking at, why, and what they were doing to fix it. Highly recommend!

They gave me an option for a time frame, told me exactly how it would go. The next day, their office called and told me when their technician, Toby, was going to be out, right inside the time frame. Toby showed up, introduced himself and got to work. He showed me what the problem was, gave options and his honest opinion. He fixed the problem in no time and was friendly the whole time (even though I have a dog that didnt stop barking the whole time). Not everyone is good at their job AND has good customer service. Toby is that guy. I cant recommend Spartan Plumbing and Toby enough.

From the first phone call the service was fantastic! Got an updated phone call the day before my service to confirm my appointment for the following day. The day of service I got 2 phone calls, one confirming the day was still good for me and the second call was to give me an eta of the representative that would be coming to inspect my water heater. He inspected my water heater and about 15 mins later laid out all my potential options in front of me allowing me to decide what best fit my need for the time being. He gave us several options to choose from and helped answer all of my questions. When installing, they were very respectful of our home and we had a very simple and clean install. This is the second time I have used Spartan. On both occasions, Braden was sent out and was excellent. The most recent event was when hot water came gushing out of my hot water heaters discharge pipe due to a bad pressure reducing valve at the main lines entry into house. This occurred on a Friday and Braden went above expectations, fixing everything that early evening despite keeping himself working later than usual. Greatly appreciate his proficiency and empathy. The first time was a failed ejector pump which Braden replaced within a few hours. We have had excellent experiences with Spartan.

We needed our hot water heater replaced and of course it went out over the weekend. Josh got back to us very quickly after leaving a message. We were able to make things work until he could get out to us on Monday. Appreciate the phone calls to let us know when hed be there and also when he was on his way. He did an outstanding job with our replacement and there was no mess! Josh has done work for us before and has always done a great job and is extremely knowledgeable. Brayden and Dennis from Spartan were amazing today. We were having issues with water retention in our basement. Brayden was very informative and walked me through the entire process of why it was happening, and how he would go about fixing it. Side note, it ended up not being a plumbing issue. But Brayden and Dennis took their time. Answered all my questions. Even going to extra mile to test the softening equipment while they were here. Brayden even took time to speak with my spouse over the phone so nothing was lost in translation. If you have issues with your plumbing, softener system or anything related call them! You won’t regret it.

Unfortunately, we had a major plumbing issue right after moving into our first home, and what was an extremely stressful situation was made as easy as possible with Spartan. I couldn’t image a better level of service.Their customer service was top-notch, and they went above and beyond to completely repair the issue. They had to come to our home many times within a 2 week period since it was a big project, and were extremely punctual every single time, friendly and professional, and understanding of the importance of our time.What could have been a disaster of an issue as first time homeowners, was made manageable, and I don’t think we would have felt the same way going with any other company.I can’t recommend Spartan Plumbing highly enough.

I had tried multiple plumbers during an insanely cold snowstorm when a pipe burst in my house on *Christmas Day*, and was told Id be lucky to get one in 3-4 days if that. Spartans Michael A not only fixed my problem, but the company got him to me in just 2 days, meaning we only spent about a day and a half without running water compared to twice that if wed waited longer. Michael fixed our burst copper pipe, and then found a second leak when he restored water service and fixed that before it could do worse damage. He made sure to clean up all the areas he worked in and provided us professional recommendation on future pipe leak/burst prevention.

Braden has helped us with every plumbing update we’ve done to the house this past year (fixing a leaking main shutoff, installing a spigot, installing a water softener and replacing the water heater). To put it concisely, I love him (and Skylar at the office!). They’re always super friendly and quick to respond. I also always get a call to confirm the appointment time as well as a call when the tech is en route (which is rare for most companies these days!) Today, we had to get a quote for some work regarding our sump and utility sink being brought up to code. Although it wasn’t great news, I can trust Spartan to do it the right way, and Braden is always straightforward and thorough in his explorations. I can’t say they’ll be the cheapest, but I can promise they’ll do great work, go above and beyond, and always be friendly and make sure you understand all of your options for the job. Sad to be moving outside of their service area because I truly love them!!

Spartan recently performed a complete replacement of all of the water lines in my home. The process involved me having them provide several quotes, as I wasnt exactly sure what I wanted, and also needed to coordinate their work around some other home improvement projects that I was tackling. Wonderful service! We needed someone at our home right away, and a team was available within an hour. They were able to diagnose the issue within minutes of arriving. Once another team finished with their job, they were sent to our house as well, so the large amount of work could be completed in one day. The team gave us options for each item that needed done and didn’t try to sell us on the most expensive thing - just gave us pros and cons. Would definitely recommend and we will use in the future!

The technician came over to look at why we had water going through the ceilings. At first he thought it was a piping issue and was going to recommend replacing some parts. It wouldn’t have been a small job. But then he took his time and prodded around some more and found the real problem that was causing the problem. Comes to find out it was a defective shower head that was spraying backwards into a little hole in the wall that was causing water buildup that had to go down through the ceiling tile. It was the right diagnosis and a simple fix that saved us a lot of heartache and money! Great job!

I am very satisfied with Spartans level of service. I asked them to install two new shut-off valves and a new faucet in one of our bathrooms. Toby arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. After he cleaned up you could not tell anyone had been there doing work. Overall price was reasonable, but I did think the faucet installation price was on the high side. Overall a very good experience.
