Just recently we had a leak coming from our master bathroom into our kitchen below. I ended up calling Spartan to get an estimate and to see the cause of the leak. The same day I call the plumbers were out and determined that the shower was the cause of the leak and it was best to get replaced. Once pricing was agreed upon, the team started right away on the demo of the old shower and getting the new one ordered. As we waited for the new shower to come in Spartan recommended a good company to come fix drywall and paint what was damaged to keep things moving. Once the new Shower came in the guys were back at it again right away for install. I couldn’t have been more pleased than I am from start to finish on the work that had been done. From calls from the office to the guys who came and did the work, everything was done professionally as if it was there house they were dealing with, and everyone treated you with respect as if you were apart of a family. Thank you to Braden, Jason, Caleb, Josh, and others who helped make this all come together. I would highly Spartan Plumbing recommend to anyone looking for a good company to go with, trust me you will not go wrong!

We have always had a good experience with spartan. Nick came out today to try and clear the line. Jamie came out and found out the main drain was damaged by the house. Unfortunately this is an expensive job for us, but they both explained our options. My wife is the one who was home when these gentleman came by. They respected my home and my wife. Jamie had done our service two years ago. These gentlemen have always been respectful and honest.

Spartan plumbing is top notch! We had an issue with our water. Austin and Braden came out and explained everything to us and unfortunately it was worse than we thought. But they don’t try to push a sale. They explain all options, understand families can’t always afford everything at once. They helped us come up with a solution. We even hit a couple bumps and they still were courteous and understanding! Alex and Isaac were excellent with ours installs and troubleshooting. I feel grateful for them with how professional they acted and how clean and professional their work was! Every single person we spoke to was knowledgeable and patient with us to make sure we understood everything and had all our questions answered. Spartan took care of a leaking main shut off valve.Brayden came to diagnose and walk me through the process. He also pointed out a couple other things that might need to be addressed, but wanted to make sure I didnt feel pressured into buying anything extra.Due to where the issue was and how Fairborn handles shutting water off to a house, he had to call a coworker in to get the job done.Caleb and Jared showed up about 20 min after the water got shut off and fixed the issue.Very pleased with the customer service we received. It seemed like the price was slightly high, but they did good work.

My pressure tank inside of my basement sprung a hung leak, Mr kade and Isaac came out showed me through my entire system. They were very informing and professional. I had a water leak on the house side of my water meter that I was responsible for fixing. I called Spartan and they sent Josh and Sage to make the repair. They did an excellent job at fixing the leak in a small meter pit that contained two meters. I would recommend them again for this type of service. Not on them but be prepared for the required upscale of service required by the office.

The first plumber I called said it Iwould take a week To come out and fix our pinhole in the pipe in the crawlspace. Unacceptable. So I called the first plumber to come up on Google and that was Spartan. The customer service was flawless. Alex the technician plumber who came out was very thorough even found another issue with a vent pipe. I understood everything that he was going to do and he accomplished it in a half hour all done all fixed, I would highly recommend Spartan for your plumbing needs.

Spartan plumbing was called to install a new gas line for the fireplace. Alex was the plumber tasked with the job. It was not an easy installation with lots of quirky surprises which required re-routing pipes, etc., but Alex persevered and worked tirelessly (and without getting frustrated!). He was terrific! The new line passed inspection and we are all set for a gas insert fireplace. Thanks to Skylar (office worker), who also kept us informed, confirming appointments and texting arrival times. Having a plumber come to your home is expensive. Finding a plumber you can trust to come to your home is priceless. I think weve found that gem of a plumbing company in Spartan plumbing. We started using Spartan after moving into our home a couple of years ago. The home was built in the 1950s so its time for some updates and repairs. Spartan plumbing is professional, courteous, and thorough. The work may cost a little more than some places, but the quality and peace of mind that it is done right is worth it. In addition to appreciating Jamie and his work ethic and customer service, we want to give a shout out to the behind-the-scenes staff who coordinate and communicate so effectively...Skylar and Brennan are two weve talked to and they are always friendly and helpful with directing our calls / coordinating the always-tricky world of scheduling plumbing services. Our experiences have been very good with Spartan.

This was our first time using Spartan and we will definitely use them the next time as well. We called in the evening for a clogged shower drain and they were able to get to us first thing the next morning. They would have been able to come out that night if we needed it, but it wasnt an emergency so we didnt feel like the need met the higher cost of coming on demand. They called in the morning to give a 15 minute heads up. Josh was our technician and he was very friendly from the start and introduced himself first thing. The best part was he put on shoe covers without having us ask him. Our son was still sleeping and he was respectful of that and amazingly, managed to not wake him up! He was quick, showed pictures and explained what he saw, told us of the drain cleaning price and special up front and then quickly fixed the issue. We will have to clean the shower floor but that is to be expected, theyre a plumbing company not a cleaning service. As long as the mess was contained in the shower, we didnt expect anything more. Price was reasonable due to a special they were running. Thank you, Josh and Spartan.

Spartan plumbing was very patient with me as I had to cancel my appointment a couple of times they never complained once and worked with me to get my repair complete. In the process I met three great technicians Sean Josh Taylor. All three were polite knowledgeable. I appreciate all three of your time and your skills and helping me out I like how you work as a team and Ill definitely be calling Spartan plumbing to finish the repairs that are going to need done in the future. I also want to thank the ladies in the office putting up with my phone calls. I got treated like a person not like a client when things go wrong with your home its very personal financially and emotionally and thank you for treating me with kindness and patience. Last but not least the price they gave me 2 weeks before the repair never changed and that is a big win for me!

We had a shower installed.We were given one price,then an added price was given! The plumbers were curtious and knowledgeable. The shower and new pipes are great! But... they didnt put any of the trim back up and didnt put in a plumbing panel as promised!! I called them back to voice my complaint. When they called me back,the gentleman wasnt very courteous! He told me the trim and plumbing panel wasnt in our new estimate. I told him usually when you take trim down,you put it back up,that should be part of the job.Once again he told me no,that it wasnt in our new estimate.I would NOT recommend Spartan plumbing! We will be finding a new plumbing company !!

Braden and Gary were extremely nice and very professional they tested things in my house to find out where my leak was coming from and wherever I did have a leak they fixed it and made sure that I was aware of the cost prior to, and explained to me exactly what they would do and tested it to make sure there were no leaks they found out it still had a leak somewhere they went through and found out that it was my pump outside that was leaking so they replaced the pump paid very close to detail on where my leak was coming from and when they finished the job they cleaned up. They will be the first people that I call when I need any other plumbing work done and they are going to install a walk-in shower for me. I would recommend them to anyone for plumbing repair.

He listened carefully to learn what we need to have done and answered questions clearly without any hesitation. His approach to planning our project is sound and should allow the work to be done without problems. A good no BS approach to the customer.Julius came to our house to work on a slow floor drain. Instead of simply snaking the drain and calling it good, he did enough testing to determine the real cause of the problem. Subsequently, Julius and Adam returned to replace the floor drain. They completed the job faster than the estimate and now our floor is staying dry.Julius and Adam also performed the installation of a new water softener which is working very well. They are very courteous/professional and made sure the installation was done right. Both Julius and Adam were also very good at explaining what was being done and answering our questions. My wife and I have found a plumbing company we can rely on to get the job done right. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber.

From the beginning of the call, when I spoke to Tia, told her what the problem was, and she referred me to Skyler the dispatch person to have someone be able to come out to the house. Tyler came within the hour of the phone call as I stated it was an emergency situation where the toilet was backing up into the shower. Tyler worked repeatedly going from the kitchen sink, to the bathroom to outside sewer drain. Tyler discovered tree root branches within the drain pipe that could’ve been causing the clog. Tia, Skyler and Tyler were all very professional, friendly, and prompt with getting me fast service. Tyler placed a call to his supervisor Jamie he will be coming out the next day to run a camera through the pipe to make sure there’s no damage. I will definitely recommend Spartan Plumbing to others. When another company didnt receive my request for a backed up tub for 3 days and when I finally called to check they didnt have any openings for 4 days but never checked my initial request. Called Spartan Plumbing and they had appointments next day (I called pretty late in the day) but I had to work so instead got the first appointment the following day. Ben showed up on time, was nice and professional. He talked to me like a normal person and didnt try to up sell me anything I didnt need. Was quick and thankfully easy to clear the clog and he made sure everything worked correctly before leaving. Will definetly recommend to others!

Julius was timely, knowledgeable, friendly, and, most importantly, fixed the problem! My expectations are pretty high for people who are in my house working. They are not the lowest price and wont be but I do believe there is value in their service that warrants some additional cost. I would tell my other family members to use them which is not something I have done with other service organizations.
