I just have to give a huge thank you to the incredible team that installed my water heater, water softener, and iron filter. I’m talking about Tyler, Chris L., and Kaleb C. — guys, you are something else!My water system died in the morning—of all times, right? The system was old, sure, but right after Christmas? That’s just the worst possible time to be without hot water! But I called, and to my surprise, the team was at my place just a few hours later, ready to take care of everything.They were so professional and efficient, and they didn’t stop working until the job was completely done. They disassembled and removed the old system and installed the new one in just several hours. Honestly, it’s amazing how hard they worked without a break to get everything set up perfectly. These guys aren’t just professionals—they’re perfectionists too. The setup is so neat and clean that I want to take a picture and hang it on the wall. I absolutely love it!What really stood out, though, was how much they genuinely cared about ME and MY needs. They took the time to explain how everything works, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before they left. Our water softener stopped working. In need of having it looked at I found Seiter Services. I called and given a time for the same day! Chris was amazing- one look and we knew that it had to be replaced. As our appointment was probably his last stop of the day, he went to the office and brought back a new one installed it and was done by 9pm. I don’t know many young people that have that kind of work ethic. He was so knowledgeable and thorough. He’s a keeper Seiter. I signed up for the club and know I will use Seiter Services again and again.

He upgraded our old 80’s shut off valves and installed a new outside frost free spigot too. Well worth the cost to upgrade the whole plumbing area before our small leak turned into a big spraying mess. The price was very reasonable and now we have no worries ! Highly recommend

I am a trustee at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, Old Troy Pike, Huber Heights, OH. We recently had a failure of our main HVAC system for the church sanctuary. Seiter Services was recommended by a church member and subsequent telephone conversation and physical evaluation resulted in estimated corrections and a quote was provided. Chris Seiter, owner and manager, was notified of approval of the invoice quote and he provided a system replacement time frame. This company went above and beyond normal expectations to accommodate our needs and meet our financial boundaries. Throughout the installation process, their professional communication and attention-to-detail was first-class. I was extremely satisfied with the entire start-to-finish scenario and my resulting proclamation to our congregation of successful Air Conditioning revival was very well received. We highly recommend Seiter Services for any of your HVAC needs. New furnace. Wed been using Seiter Services to service our existing furnace for a while but the furnace finally gave out... on a Saturday. Seiter was out, took a look, and advised the repair would be expensive beyond the value of the old unit. Purchasing the new Bryant unit was relatively painless; Chris came out and gave us several options after surveying our house and asking questions. Bob and another tech installed the new furnace on Monday and finished on Tuesday. The techs were respectful of the house and stepped us through the ins and outs of our new system. Hank did a follow-up walk through a week later to make sure my husband understood what buttons to push and why. Very happy with the process, the system, and the attention from Seiter Services. Highly recommended.

He explained in detail every step he was taking to diagnose furnace problem and once primary problem was identified, causing the system not to stay on, repaired it quickly. He then went a step further and ensured the filter was clean and the heat settings were correct. He identified a problem that was there since installation from another servicer that didnt allow the system to operate most efficiently. It was a quick fix also. The cost was very affordable. I highly recommend Seiter Services. My boiler wouldnt start up and Seiter had someone out immediately. The technician they sent out, Mark, was a master of his craft. He not only fixed the issue, but also explained everything in detail. It was very much appreciated given the fact that boilers & radiant heat in a home is a bit uncommon unless you live overseas or in a large city.Their scheduling process also deserves some recognition. They kept me well informed with play-by-play texts confirming the appointment, reminding me the night before and morning of the appointment, and one last text to note when the technician was on their way. They also included a photo of the technician which is actually a great idea in this day and age. 5 stars!

Seiter Services went above and beyond from start to finish! Our AC went out during the first hot weekend of the year. Seiter was able to send someone out to service it, unfortunately we knew it was time to replace it as our old system was almost 30 years old! He explained everything perfectly!On to the install…Robbie, Josh, and Leyla were fantastic! We did run into a minor hiccup and ended up having to replace our water heater during the install! We subscribe to Seiter Services annual spring and fall air conditioner and furnace checkup services. Jim from Seiter Services came to our home yesterday for the furnace checkup. Seiter advised us when to expect him, and their notice included a photo of him. He arrived right on time, completed the furnace checkup and assured us that both our Seiter (previously Southtown)-installed furnace and digital thermostat remained in excellent condition. Jim has been to our home before, and as has been the case previously, he was thorough in his service and advice, and was both extremely courteous and professional.

A couple weeks ago during the cold weather, We were in a jam when our furnace went out Dave was able to get a new unit and installed by the end of the day. They will also installed in new central air. Not only did everything happen the same day, but we got a great price as well on a high-efficiency unit. My furnace went out on Christmas Eve. Seiter Services came right out to fix the issue. They couldnt get parts that day, so they went all the way back to their shop in Moraine and brought back 2 space heaters to use until the Christmas Holiday was over. These kept my house warm and I was able to keep my Christmas Day celebration as planned. Once the supply houses re-opened, Bob drove down to specifically pick up my part and got my old furnace fixed and back up and running. Bob was great to work with and Ill recommend Seiter Services.

My hvac tech, Jim, inspected my two systems and recommended replacement for one system. Within days I had estimates, and within a week my system was replaced. I always request Jim, and he always does a nice job for me.The installation team did a very professional and thorough job of installing my system. I spoke mostly with Jonathan. He did a nice job. The only catch came when he tried to get the new thermostat installed. Another team member was required to handle that. He (Chris) came out and did get the system up and running, but honestly, he never said a word to me, or introduced himself. Since the job went over by a couple of hours I think he could have at least apologized for the delay.Hank handled the sale and follow up with professionally.Other than the thermostat glitch, it was a good job on all counts so far.

I cannot adequately express my gratitude to Chris, the owner. I had an emergency situation with an exposed wire in my breaker box and power out in several places in my home. I was going to lose everything in my fridge and freezer.Chris initially tried to find one of his available men. When he couldn’t, HE TOOK THE CALL HIMSELF and had me up and running in 15 minutes.In a day and age where customer service is obsolete, a company and owner that goes this above and beyond is a RARE GEM! Another company was going to charge me $345 to come out just because they could. Chris charged me $199, came quickly, REFUSED my tip, and recommended follow up (apparently my breaker box was built in the Stone Age).Do yourself a huge favor and patron companies that care about their customers. When I woke up this morning I found that my furnace was not running and I could not find the problem so I called Seiter Services, who is a top-rated Bryant dealer (according to Bryants website). I was not an existing customer but they dispatched a technician (Mark) immediately to my house. He not only replaced the defective part but also looked into why the problem popped up in the first place and repaired that issue as well. Most other technicians would have fixed the main problem and left but I really appreciate Marks dedication to finding the root cause of my furnace failure to make sure that same failure didnt happen again.I am now a fan of Seiter Service and will be calling them back this year to install a humidifier.

Im the kind of person that does a deep dive into anything I purchase that is costly and Im going to have for a while. First, I looked closely at all manufactures of HVAC systems and compared based on quality, price, experience, and reliability. The result was Bryant.Second, I researched a company in my area that installed Bryant, had certified technicians, A+ with the BBB, and had positive reviews by others. From this I invited several companies in to give me a quote. We selected Seiter based on several criteria. Trust is very important to me and Hank knew his product, explained HVAC in detail to me on the initial visit, and left me with a strong feeling of trust.The installation guys, John and Dillon were exceptional. Our system was not a simple installation and the guys work hard to get everything installed perfectly. We purchased a 2 stage AC and 2 Stage Furnace.We have had the HVAC installed for 2 weeks and everything Hank said has come to fruition. The humidity and temperature is managed much better and we actually set the temperature higher in the summer now because the humidity in the house is lower.I would strongly recommend Seiter and Bryant for your HVAC installation.

Zach and Chris were both professional and thorough in the replacement of our well-worn, ugly kitchen sink. I also had Zach replace an in-line saddle valve for the fridge (because we know those are prone to fail!). Zach also removed the garbage disposal and correctly, safely stowed the electrical line to the disposal for any future use in an electrical box (in the event any future homeowner may want a disposal--I certainly do not!). The house I bought had a staged heating system where outdoor thermostats controlled how much of the electric furnace was turned on to supplement the heat pump, based on outdoor temperature. The warmer it was outside, the more the heat pump worked. The colder it was outside, the less the heat pump worked, and the more the expensive electric furnace heated up the house. Not too many HVAC technicians understood my staged system, but Seiter Services did!

25 year old blower motor was on its last leg. Dale checked out the furnace and found minor issues and resolved them quickly. Everything was up to specifications and furnace was working, however Dale checked out blower motor on the final inspection and noticed that it was very warm and asked if I wanted it changed. I agreed that if he did not change the motor now he would be back in several weeks to replace it. Upon inspection, after it was removed, it would have only lasted days. Thank you Southtown and Dale for a superior job again. The last time it was replacement of the heat exchanger, lots of work and no issues for several years with the furnace. The unit is a Bryant 90 Plus that is over 25 years old. Dale performed the replacement of the heat exchanger. If you listen to what Dale tells you about furnace filters, you will save money and extend the life of your unit.

We had an error on our thermostats for maintenance. We had the furnace checked and were told everything looked good. Then recently we noticed water stains on our ceiling. We had them out and no leak was found. We were told it may be coming from our chimney. It was not. We came home after vacation to find a lit of water leaked and our ceiling coming through. We opened the area and found it was indeed the furnace. We called them again and found out the heat exchange was leaking. This can happen from having a high efficiency furnace over 80% that has condensation as these tubes can freeze and break. Had no idea or we would not have had it in the attic. The GM came out the next day to give us an estimate on fixing the old furnace, fixing and moving the old furnace and also putting in a new furnace, removing the old one, removing the old boiler and relocating the unit. We chose the last option. The GM Joe was very nice. Gave us time to think and sent extra men to get the job done as fast as possible as we had not had heat now for a few days. The techs are wonderful. Very nice and didnt mind when I asked questions. They are also glad to have it out of our attic. Not easy to fix on small places. We has lost our faith in them after the previous experiences but they definitely made a lot of effort to make us comfortable and showed that they care.

This is a good, solid company. We own a big, complex, expensive house. Granted, they need to prioritize emergencies over nice-to-have upgrades. Understood as they cover a wide area with a number of expertises. There are, sometimes, delays and they arent always clairvoyant as to what will/could go wrong. They seem to work best on a cyclical maintenance or repair schedule (i.e. expect 2 to 3 wks for those on-order canned lights installations). The schedulers are ALWAYS pleasant and communicative and will explain what is happening. The techicans are all business but will take the time to explain if you are interested. Their experience, training and knowledge is apparant. We now know what to expect when they are scheduled to come and we are confident in their services. Oh, yeah, regarding price, if you have their annual HVAC/heating service expect GREAT prices on those services. However, their costs on other services are entirely reasonable and they ALWAYS will give you an honest estimate that you can take or leave. We took a chance with them when we moved in over a year ago and, ever since, they have delivered.

I use Seiter Services for furnace, ac and plumbing. I can always count on them to offer a fair price and not try to upsell me on something I dont need. Very honest company. Chris L was recently out for a faucet replacement that snowballed into a hot mess due to the way the previous faucet was installed. He remained calm, cool and collected the entire time and did a fantastic job. Very professional demeanor and I will ask for him if I ever need a plumber again.

One more time....heard water leak in walls while attempting to do master bath called Southtown and after a couple of days, found the leak and fixed without jackhammer my slab....so pleased with service and the tradespeople....thank you again southtown....you are the best!!!! wouldnt even think of calling anyone else!!!!
