Weve used JFK Heating and Cooling several times. Each time they are prompt, courteous, and professional. They understand heating and cooling well, and they work hard to make sure the entire experience is easy. JFK is by far the best company of its kind, and Id recommend them without reservation. They are our familys go-to for all heating and cooling needs.

If you need work done on your AC, furnace, etc, CALL THESE GUYS!!! They saved our bacon for the summer. Our AC decided to die on us and we found out our furnace was also on its last leg. Luckily, the weather cooperated since we had to go without AC for a week or so with scheduling and getting all the parts needed for a whole new heating/cooling system. They offer flexible payment options on their site, which is great if youre like us and werent planning on any large project purchases. The technicians were super nice, answered all our questions, cleaned up, and were great with my large dogs needing breaks, (the area were they were working is right by our back door & I kept them in another part of the house so they werent underfoot). And again, thank you, thank you, thank you!!

We had an excellent experience with JFK. The water heater install was great, but I want to focus on the customer service. It is, in my opinion, unmatched. The technicians are very knowledgeable. They also had to stand up to my warranty company, who in contrast is very difficult to work with. JFK advocated for me the entire time. Ember was so great to work with, and she made the process so much less stressful. THANK YOU JFK! 11/10 would absolutely recommend.

Having your A/C go out in the middle of the summer is not a great thing. Having a home warranty is helpful, but the timing can be tricky. Being honest, the last month has been brutal at times without air conditioning, but the fine people at JFK Heating and Cooling worked with the home warranty company and got us on the schedule as soon as possible.Jim and Nick were talented, quick, professional, and friendly technicians who ensured that the work was done correctly and in a time efficient manner.From phone conversations with office staff, to conversations with the technicians, it was a great experience from top to bottom. Would recommend them to anyone.

After having countless issues over the past year on a new system installed by a different company, I called JFK and had them out to diagnose and fix the problems found. Rick called to say that he was running early which was great news since I had been without heat since the night before. He found two problems, one he easily fixed, and one that requires an installation. Hands down THE BEST HVAC Company I have ever dealt with. Ever!I have known Jason and Ember for years and they are wonderful people! Friendly, dedicated and trustworthy! Jason has been in the industry for as long as I have known him. This guy knows his stuff. Very prompt and curtoeus service. JFK always takes the time to answer my questions (I always have a bunch!). Excellent price and their work comes with a great warranty that covers labor too. Very happy with our new Bryant furnace. Hope the new air conditioner works just as well next summer. This business clearly values their customers. I have two friends who also had complete systems insted by JFK. One in 2018 and the other a few years ago. Both have nothing but good things to say about JFK and both of them are not easily pleased like myself.

This was a home warranty claim for our A/C unit. Received a call from JFK the same day as the claim was made. Wed never heard of this HVAC company before and weve had some bad experiences with some fly-by-night home warranty contractors before. However, scheduling was easy, the person who called was polite and professional (might have been the owner), and the tech who responded was very experienced in the field. Fixed our problem within a short time. Our experience with JFK was outstanding and we will use them in the future for both warranty and non-warranty issues.

I recommend JFK Heating and Cooling to everyone! Hes very knowledgeable and always willing to answer my dumb questions. We had to put in a whole new heating and air system when our 19 year old system finally kicked the bucket. He didnt try to over sell me the most expensive system. Instead he found the one that would work best for my home, and explained my choices, even down to the thermostat. They are very reliable, coming to my house 45 minutes away, in almost a foot of snow so my family could be warm. I was so impressed by how quickly, efficiently, and neatly they put in a brand new system. Not leaving behind any mess, just a nice new furnace! Thanks JFK! Ill never go anywhere else.

JFK was the 3rd hvac company to come out and look at my issue. I already knew it needed to be replaced but Andrew my tech showed up at the exact time he told me he would. He was very knowledgeable and honest with me about the need to replace the unit.That very same night Jason the owner called me to talk and review everything and talk about proceeding with the replacement.They quoted me a very reasonable price and I gave them the green light to get started. Within 3 business days from me telling them to start they had the new equipment on site and installed.I cant say enough good things about this company and I went through 2 others before them just to get to JFK HEATING and COOLING.

Absolutely phenomenal service. After a run around with the insurance company and other contractors I was desperate for help to get my furnace replaced. I was pointed in the direction of jfk by a family member and I wish Id have taken there advice a lot earlier. JFK was literally at my door the very next day and ready to roll. I felt so bad for the workers because my furnace is in a crawl space and difficult to get to but they kept reassuring me that its no big deal thats what there here for. They also kept me and my wife informed on every step of the process. These guys were amazing technicians. In and out in no time... not to mention they absolutely blew everyone out of the water on pricing. After the work they did for me I send my parents to them for help. I will use them for any and every hvac needs of mine in the future. If I had to describe them with one word it would be PROFESSIONAL!!!

Appears to be working fine now. Another contractor I had look at it said the whole AC system needed replaced and wouldnt fix it, but Gary managed to squeeze more life out of my unit. Thanks!

Bob is the man!!! He came over to my home and was able to salvage a botched HVAC installation initiated by a previous installer. He was very punctual and could very well articulate to me what was wrong with my HVAC and he got it up and running in record time. This review is long overdue...During a heat wave in summer of 2019, our A/C failed. I had experience with numerous HVAC contractors over the years patching our system, none of which stood out as stellar. I did my research and choose JFK Heating and Cooling when my system failed. I promptly had a gentleman out to assess the situation, and he gave me a full explanation of what had failed and what my options were. He did NOT immediately try to sell me on anything! Shortly after, I received a call from Jason Kirby, the owner. Jason took the time to fully explain what his recommendations were. Ironically, when I was thinking I should upgrade and actually pay more, Jason was genuine and told me that there were easier and less expensive ways to accomplish what I wanted. I asked a lot of other questions, and Jason answered everything for me thoroughly. He also told me what he uses at his own home. Jason assured me that his suggestions for how to improve the temperature disparities in my home would be exactly what I was trying to achieve. And it would be almost $1k less! Well, Jason was right, and I have perfect heating and cooling in my home, upstairs and downstairs. And the installers, both Bob and Nick were GREAT! They called me in the morning to update me about arrival. During installation, they explained everything to me, and happily did an extra adjustment to the installation that I requested. During the day, they kept me informed of the project and their timeline for completion. The final project was perfect, and I could not have been happier. There isnt nothing bad I can say about JFK. They are the best. They had to order a part and told us that they would be here on a certain day and they were here. Gary had gotten our furnace up and running in less than 10 minutes. If anyone out there have any problems with there heat or cool they are the ones to call. Thank you jfk I also want to add let Joe and Robbie came here to my home and put in a new heating system take a note Im at all in our house is so nice and warm they are awesome you cannot go wrong about going to these people they are awesome highly recommended
