Service was same day which was very much appreciated. Work completed quickly and service person was professional . Was somewhat unhappy about price but felt trapped ( not your company’s doing) but work needed to be done. Could have called someone else but really couldn’t wait.

I had to have a new water heater installed by Huber Heights Plumbing. Although it was in a difficult place to access, the professionals they sent out did an excellent job replacing the water heater. I am very pleased with this company and the work they performed. I highly recommend them.

If you’re looking for a plumber, please call Huber Heights Plumbing and Drain!!!! I was so sick yesterday and I’ve never used them before. When I called the office I explained that both my toilets and showers were backing up. The young lady that took my call was so kind and professional. She had me booked and someone at my home within the hour! They came and conquered the issue and were so polite as well. Not only that, but the price was reasonable too. I will definitely be using them in the future if need be!!!!!

That said, he understood the limitations of his investigative abilities, directed us to others who might be able to properly identify the issue, and suggested a remedy that has, so far, reduced the bad effect of the unknown water issue.

Jake, the person who took care of my issue, arrived well within the time window scheduled, took care of the issue quickly, did good work, and even provided insights about causes and prevention of future similar issues.
