We needed a plumber and asked a friend for a recommendation- he told us he used Honey Go Fix It and we trusted his judgment. I’m SO glad we did! What I was hoping would be an easy/cheap fix turned into a major plumbing overhaul. 😅🤦‍♀️ But Raphael was extremely thorough, explained everything, and I was confident not only that he knew what he was doing- but that our house would be much more secure (leak free/water damage free) with these updates.Raphael did the bulk of it today and there’s one more job we need them to come out and do.In addition to doing a good job (the most important part obviously) he was also just really nice and comfortable to work with.

We had a clogged floor drain in our basement on the Saturday after Christmas. We called Honey Go Fix It and someone was out within an hour. The job ended up being a total pain - and another employee had to come out - but these guys stuck it out and got us all fixed. Our techs were Michael and Maxwell. They were polite and professional. I would highly recommend and will to anyone that asks….

The Lady on the phone was very nice, she got us an appointment the next day. Our water heater had quit working due to the fact that our water softener had stopped working. Max came out to give us a an estimate, we wanted to go from electric to gas, he checked water lines and gas lines, he was very informative. Wrote up a couple different options explained those to us. We wanted to sleep on the info. Next day we called and the nice lady set up the appointment for the following day, Max and Evan worked all day and did a great job. Had untimely clog in kitchen that I was unable to clear with snake. Called several companies. It was Friday early afternoon to no avail. The only company to return my call was Honey go fix it. I was in panic mode b/c it was Friday and was probably going to be without water in kitchen til Monday at earliest. HGFI was the only company to return my call and would have someone over Saturday at 0900. I was so surprised and happy they were making my problem their priority. I was able to have family over as planned for the day, thanks to HGFI. Raphael was polite, conscientious and was able to tunnel through a tough clog. He was the best contractor I have ever had in my home. They (HGFI) will be replacing my previously utilized company because they were available and interested in my business even when inconvenient for them to do so. We were remodeling a mid-century ranch and called HGFI to look at the plumbing. We wanted a few water lines moved as we updated faucets and fixtures. HGFI came out within 2 days, gave an estimate and scheduled work for 2 days later. The office workers were very friendly, and when we encountered a tile/moisture issue, they rescheduled the work for a few days later. They came out on time and did a magnificent job. I had more work to do, so they capped everything and will be coming out to install the fixtures as soon as we are finished with some tile work. I would highly recommend this company!

My landlord found this business but she’s out of town so I didn’t know who or what to expect but Tyler and Shane showed up and they were very professional, very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. They called and let me know they were able to fit me in to their schedule sooner than expected and were here within the hour and done within the next hour. Pulled tree roots from the floor drain in the basement and even cleaned up after. We’re able to run the water now, I’m so grateful! I’ll recommend them to anyone who needs their drains cleared.
