    My installation was great!It was a tricky process, since it involved a return of a water heater to the store, in exchange for a replacement. Trey and Connor were very thorough throughout the process and carefully checked each water heater that Lowe’s might issue. They were able to identify existing damage to multiple water heaters, so as to avoid any further holdup. They were really good about explaining the process and there work in removal of old and installation of new water heater was very efficient and well-done. I’m happy to be back up and running

    I was super impressed with this company. I contracted with them through Lowes to replace a gas hot water heater and with only two days in advance notice, Justin from Five Star Plumbing contacted me the next day and was able to send a representative, Austin, out the following day when we were available to be there all day. Austin was extremely courteous, customer-service oriented, knowledgeable, and got the job done perfectly same day. AND while there, we discovered another plumbing problem (a toilet leak) and he fixed that for us too. I would absolutely recommend and use them again!

    Trey and Greg were very polite and knowledgeable. They replaced my water heater quickly but made sure everything was done correctly. I called Five Star and they made an appointment for the next day with a replacement and hauled the old one away. Their pricing is reasonable as well.

    An appointment was made on Monday for a service visit on our 11 year old tankless water heater, and Rob arrived the next day at 10am as scheduled and spent an hour on site. He identified the faulty heat exchanger, with some conferencing with the manufacturers technical group and also performed some filter cleaning in the unit. An order was placed for a replacement heat exchanger (under 15 year warranty), and we expect a return visit when it arrives in a day or two. I appreciated Robs explanation of the units failure. I believe that the $125 service charge was quite reasonable to have a knowledgeable and experienced service technician attend to this problem today.

    We needed a non-emergency 50 gallon gas water heater in Springfield, OH location. So we went to Lowes to select one similar to what is currently in use. The sales rep told us Five Star Plumbing would give us a call that day to schedule an installment. I was called within five hours by a very friendly employee and scheduled an visit to our home just 2 days later. I received EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION up to our installment day via email and text messages regarding the status and arrival of the two plumbers who performed the work. ROB and CONNOR were OUTSTANDING! They explained everything; draining the old tank, removal, and installment. They cleaned up and accepted my credit card on the spot. Im VERY IMPRESSED with this company and the employees that provided the service. Lowes is SMART to use them as contractors for hot water heater installments.

    I rent my house from my mother and when I noticed the water heater rusted and leaking I quickly notified my mother which in turn was quick to taking care of the problem. The next day which was today we were able to get 5star plumbing over to install the water heater. Trey was on time, gave me a courtesy call when he was on his way, and very professional.     UPDATED 18 April 2024: noticed a very small amount of water dripping from the auto-shutoff valve, 5-Star Plumbing very quick to send Rob back out to check it out. The shutoff valve was factor installed and isn’t anything that is touched in normal installation. Rob took the time to drain the tank, remove and reinstall the shutoff valve with the proper sealant, now we have no leak. HIGHLY recommend 5-Star Plunbing.UPDATED 11 March 2024: 5-Star Plumbing did a wonderful job installing my Rheem electric hybrid water heater. They kept me informed of the process, showed up on time and completed the instal quickly. They left the work area cleaner than it was to start. They were very professional and would use them again.Rob & Michael arrived on time, were very professional and were quick to complete the inspection to provide an estimate for installing our hybrid water heater. The communications from 5-Star were great, very much recommended.

They charged more than Crew2 quoted but explained their quote did not include a pan and expansion tank required by the county I live in. Their work however was top notch.     Great experience with 5 Star Plumbing! I got a phone call within 10 minutes of requesting an estimate online. The customer service was great and I was given a price right on the phone. I received a text the day before my appointment, and a text when my install crew was on the way, with a picture of the crew leader.     My installer Austin was absolutely phenomenal. He was straight forward and forward honest. He represented the company well. Maintain a very professional composure, the entire time and when above.And beyond to help me find a solution that would work with my dilemma. Sadly as with any homeowner we are faced with decisions we must make for the sake of the value of our home. New hot water heaters are larger than they used to be.Due to this fact my standard $1700 50-gal hot water hester install became a $5300 install! If im in a decent sized three bedroom two bath home. My options.. Put in a smaller heater that only serves two people and kill the resell value of my home or go tankless and increase its value by 1/2% and have enough water for the entire family, grandkids, and do the dishes.Austin scoured every online source He could find to get me a fifty gallon twelve year warranty to no avail. Only a 40-gal would fit. Austin, thelped me get the best tankless water heater for my situation without overkill to save money By calling in reinforcements from one of the companys up experts (Thx u to him too. I didnt get hus name... but I bought the same tankless he has in his home with more hot water demands).Austin did a great job explaining to me the wonderful financing options available with his company and even encouraged me Id likely qualify despite my situation as a fixed income Disabled Veteran.. and he was on point. He is partner Was even aware that Is their company offeted a military discount which was a $500 savings!I wont have to worry about not getting hot water for the next fifteen years.
