I’ve had quite a bit of issues with my heat pump and HVAC system since buying my property 5 years ago, Ben has always responded quickly and helped with any issue.(get the annual maintenance membership trust me!) Now, with having to replace what I was told was an entirely new HVAC system when I bought my home, (it obviously wasn’t) I reached out to Ben’s company and within just a couple days, they were able to install the attic heat pump (not an easy feat) and the central air unit all in one day, which was awesome because temps were in the teens this morning. If you’re looking for quick, reliable service, look no further!

After calling Bens, a technician was ready to come within an hour to look at our AC. Vince was able to fix the AC within 30 minutes for around $350 including a new part (the fix had been quoted by a prior company at $1800). He was very informative about issues we may have down the road and our options moving forward. I will definitely recommend them to others in the area!

Got told by another company they had no room to look at my furnace. Bens team understands that not everyone is fortunate enough to have a fancy house. They came out within 20 minutes after I called. They checked everything. They were knowledgeable about what was going on with my furnace and helped me figure out the next steps.If I could rate them higher I would. Very professional and prices are reasonable.

The best professional tech service since we moved to this area 8 years ago. Listened attentively to the issue I had with a mini split HVAC unit and responded for service in a very timely manner. Ben and his two crew members were above all skilled, but also courteous and professional. Ben patiently answered my (many) questions and volunteered his expertise to ensure long term efficient and safe operation of the unit. I’ve already referred him to my sister for her new whole house system.

Choosing Bens was the best decision Ive made this year. Ben and his crew were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They removed my old furnace and AC quickly and efficiently. I watched as these guys installed my new furnace and AC and was BLOWN AWAY by the level care and attention to detail as they worked. Best of all I saved $ thousands by choosing Bens and they left my home and yard cleaner then they found it! Now, I have a quality HVAC system and peace of mind because I also joined Bens maintenance program. Our air conditioning broke and a friend recommended Ben’s Heating and Cooling. I called, thinking I was starting the tedious process of calling a bunch of places before I could find someone who could look at it soon, or finding someone with prices we could afford, or even finding someone who would answer the phone!Ben answered my call after just one ring and said he was just finishing a job and could be here within an hour to check it out. That seemed too good to be true, but sure enough, he was!Ben and his associate Zach rang the doorbell wearing masks and were polite and professional. I very much appreciate that they showed up in masks and didnt have to be asked! That was extremely respectful and it made me feel comfortable inviting them into the house to access the thermostat. They were masked even when we were outside. Thank you!They had the system diagnosed very quickly (five minutes), and quickly identified exactly what part they needed to repair it, then went and got the part from their shop AND still had the system fixed within an hour.In addition, Ben explained everything they were doing because I was clearly curious. I like to know stuff... I always worry that service experts might think that I don’t trust them, but really I just like to know what’s going on inside because machinery is cool.I thought the price was perfect, and I REALLY appreciated the same day two hour service, the masks, and the information! Definitely give Bens a call if you need your A/C or heating fixed or maintained!

Called on Friday because a furnace in one of my rentals was not working. Ben offered service over the weekend but I opted for Monday morning. He arrived on time, 9am, and diagnosed the problem quickly. I was given a full overview of the diagnosis and a quote to repair the current issue + estimate on replacement for future reference. Ben was able to replace the part and have the furnace back on in under 2 hours. Fair price and fast service. I will definitely be using his company for HVAC service at all of our properties.

It’s the middle of summer and my ac unit wasn’t doing the job. Ben came out quickly and on time. He added some extra coolant to my unit at a much better price than I previously paid and he didn’t try to up-sell me stuff I didn’t need like the previous company did. He even cleaned my unit so it would run more efficiently. Instead of spending 3k on an a new unit, I spent around $200. It’s great having someone you can trust. I’ll definitely be using Ben’s heating and cooling from now on.

I called them late on a Friday night with my AC not working. They sent out someone immediately the next morning which was a Saturday morning. They showed up on time and fixed the unit in about a half hr or so. Overall good service. I will use them next time I have any AC problems also.

Called this company out for A/c Repair, Upon arrival Ben was able to diagnose my problem almost instantly ( lines were leaking refrigerant which caused the air conditioner to be empty) He repaired the leaking lines and recharged my unit , While also warning me on what to watch out for on the unit.
