Curtis was thoughtful about coming by wearing mask and staying 6 feet away. He was very polite and his services were very professional. It only took him 15 or less minutes and and there wasnt any mess when he finish. I will recommend him to all my friends.

Curtis is prompt and professional. He has done at least 8 jobs for me and will my drain cleaner always. The price is reasonable and the service is great. If you need a drain cleaning service this is who you want. Very honest.

Courtney gave me the time frame of 10-11am, and called me the morning of and told me the technician was on his way. Curt was early and my basement drain was clear of roots within an hour of his arrival. He was kind, timely, and the price was better than any of the other quotes I got in the area. This company is the only plumbing service I will use for my future needs! Look no further, call C. Burns!!

Dont go with a national chain or your average plumbing service, they just send out a sales person/plumber trying to sell you things you dont need. Curtis is the man, the true ideal of a small businessman, honest and trustworthy! He wont try and sell you a whole new $10,000 sewer line when he can bust through the toughest clogs.

Curtis was such a nice gentleman. He was prompt, knowledgeable and affordable. I called first thing in the morning, had a time set up the same day and they were able to come out to the house earlier than expected, which is awesome and much appreciated, especially dealing with plumbing issues. He didnt try to upsell anything and when asked a question/s for future maintenance, he was very friendly and honest. From calling first thing in the morning and talking with Courtney to set the appointment up to the end with Curtis it was a 5 star experience and I will recommend Affordable Sewer and Drain to anyone, hands down... Ill be calling them again!
