Stone was wonderful. I had originally called for a grinder pump quote after a bad sewer backup and he told me that probably wouldnt solve my problem and that a new sewer line under the slab would - and then explained why so thats what we did. He was very professional, punctual, honest and his pricing was very fair. He responds to texts and calls quickly and made me feel like my project was a priority to him. I will not hesitate to hire him again in the future! -

Outstanding service, all the way around!! Needed to have a new water heater installed and was able to contact and schedule an appointment promptly. They also took care of a toilet replacement on the same day. They didnt know about the toilet and still took care of it at the same time with out hesitation. My mother had a pipe that was leaking under her crawl space. I called Stone on a Saturday. He answered immediately and said he could come out Monday to look at it. Later in the day, he called back and said that he could possibly come out later in the afternoon. I received a call from him later, and he said that he could come sooner than what he had told me earlier. I met him at my mothers house, he had already identified the problem, told me what it was and how much it would cost. He finished the job, called me to let me know what hed done and that he was finished. I would HIGHLY recommend Rocket Plumbing to anyone needing a plumber. I will be using him for my plumbing needs in the future. He not only answered my call on a weekend, he came and fixed the problem that same day, and charged a fair price. We had such a great experience with Rocket Plumbing! Our gas water heater went out and everyone was quoting us 2500 to 3k to replace it and wouldnt be able to do it for 3 or 4 days. We have 5 children and it was just not an option to go without hot water. Stone was able to come out same day and give us an estimate. He quoted us $1500 to replace it and said he would even come out the next day which was Saturday and replace it and wouldnt charge us extra for it being the weekend! He was very nice professional quick and even swept up after he was done! His price quote and estimation of the amount of time it would take to replace were dead on also. -

We had a leak in our water main somewhere between our house and the meter. Due to obvious and extenuating circumstances with our property, our best option was to just have a new main line run. After 3 estimates, there was no doubt Stone Melber and Rocket Plumbing gave us the best deal. While other companies claimed they would need a crew of about 4-6 men on it, Stone did the work by himself...in one day. I may not know much about plumbing, but I know a little bit about money, and Stone and Rocket Plumbing saved me plenty of it. Id highly recommend calling them for any plumbing needs. There a good chance they could save you some too! -

We cannot even put into words how grateful we are for Stone. We called every plumber in our area with no help and decided to start trying further away. Stone answered and immediately told us he would take care of us. He drove over 50 min same day to fix a broken pipe leaking in our cabin so we could host our guest the following day and ensure our cabin was safe and taken care of before any further damage happened. He communicated very well, sent pictures and kept us in the loop the entire time. Again, we cannot thank him enough for his professionalism, his expertise and his compassion.
