Scheduling the appointment was simple and we appreciated the introduction to our technician as well as the ETA updates prior to the appointment. Ben, our technician, was fantastic. BEST COMPANY I have EVER hired! I had a water main leak that, of course, the city said was on my side. I hear the WyattWorks radio commercials every day. They were VERY quick to respond to my initial call for help. Joe was at my house the same day to locate and diagnose the problem. Mike and Pablo showed up promptly at the expected time the very next day and completed the entire repair in less than 2 hours. They had to dig up/replace the old line from the meter across the front yard and into the crawlspace. They installed a new pressure reducing valve in the crawlspace and took pictures before, during and after to show exactly what needed to be done and what was done. The yard was so well repaired I could hardly tell they had been there. I very much appreciated ALL of the communication. They sent texts letting me know when they were coming, how long before theyd arrive (so I knew EXACTLY when they would get to the house) and even included the technicians bios so I already felt like I knew the guys (or was at least familiar with them). They were honest and up front with the options and the costs. They explained the problem in language I could understand and answered every crazy question I could come up with. Upon completion of the work I received an email with the invoice and 13 pictures of the project! I LOVED all the info (knowledge is power). I will be using them to replace a toilet and I will recommend them to EVERYONE whether they need a plumber or not. Excellent work. I am super excited they are in our area. Keep up the great work. Wyatt Works provided exceptional service from my initial call and throughout their time in my home and I couldnt be more pleased. I had a terrible drain clog deep in my pipes that proved very difficult to clear and was likely in place when I bought my home. Since my home is on a concrete slab I was very concerned that we would need to breach the slab to reach the troubled spot (between my living and dining rooms) to access and correct the issue. That is a VERY EXPENSIVE undertaking. Mike O. worked on the drain for hours, and brought in another tech to assist with a mini jetter. You would have thought he was working on his own home to avoid the big expense of cutting the concrete! He kept working at it, persistent, assuring me he was going to get it and thats exactly what he did. Im not sure who was celebrating more when if finally cleared. I would recommend them to anyone! Well done Mike and the entire team at Wyatt Works for your exceptional work ethic and commitment to customer service.

Called WyattWorks plumbing due to having our bathroom tub not draining well. Spoke to Courtney who was very helpful in getting an appointment for us so quickly. Jaime was very prompt in communicating with us in terms of the service tech. The service tech Alex was very knowledgeable in his skills. I could not recommend WyattWorks enough. This was my first ever experience with a plumber and they were everything i could have hoped for and more. They got our technician, Brian, out within 24 hours to assess the damage. They were very communicative in setting-up the appointment and updates on when to expect the visit. They send a bio of the technician and a picture prior to the visit which was great as my wife and kids were home for the appointment.Lastly, Brian was fantastic - spent half his time playing with our two year old who wouldnt leave him alone. He even offered to come back and cut open our wall at a time when we wouldnt be home. 11/10 experience.Of note, because this was my first time using a plumber, i am not sure if the price for service was at market. Honestly, if we paid a premium, the service was worth it.

For 3 days we have been living without a kitchen sink. Before that it was a battery eating touch faucet that we disliked anyway. This morning Joe Shore came to the rescue and replaced the faucet with a new one I had purchased. He worked efficiently and in a very timely manner. He also did an inspection of all plumbing in the house, water pressure and the hot water heater as a courtesy. Joe is a very nice guy, and I felt very comfortable with him and confident in his ability to get the job done correctly! I highly recommend WyattWorks and Joe Shore when you need plumbing work.

After 43 years, my homes water line began to leak. The Citys Water Department inspected the leak and said that I would be responsible for the repairs. With that in mind, I asked various friends and neighbors if they had any recommendations as to who would be best to call. I quickly settled on Wyattworks Plumbing of Charlotte. The choice was easy after interviewing several companies. Mike from WyattWorks Plumbing was on site within several hours of my call and quickly assessed the situation and gave me a firm and fair turn-key price. He had the 811 folks mark the property for underground utilities in less than 24 hours and had the entire project completed within another 24 hours. I was very impressed with the professionalism of all the repair team members and Mike kept me informed on exactly how the project was going. He minimized the amount of time that the water had to be turned off to our house and quickly repaired a faulty water pressure valve that none of us were aware of until his detailed post repair inspection showed the problem. Mike never lost his positive attitude due to the unplanned extra repairs and never asked for more money than our original contract called for.I am super pleased with the complete repair experience with WyattWorks Plumbing and can unconditionally recommend them to anyone who needs rapid, professional plumbing service at a fair price. The repairs came with a 20 year guarantee that is transferable if we sell the house! As I said, I am completely pleased with Mike and WyattWorks Plumbing. I believe that you will be too. We recently moved into a 100 year old home with galvanized pipes. Since we have moved in we have had terrible water flow without the ability to run multiple appliances/showers/bathrooms or anything else simultaneously.We had WyattWorks come out and quote what it would take to get rid of the issues. Throughout the process Jeremy spent a considerable amount of time explaining to me what the plan was, how it would go, how long it would take, and answering any of the 10,000 questions I had for him.We then went through the process of getting 3 other quotes from local companies. WyattWorks quote fell right in the middle of the other quotes we received. We were confident in choosing them because we knew, based on our interaction with Jeremy, there was an attention to detail that no other plumbing company matched. For example, of the 4 quotes WyattWorks was the only company to tell us we had to switch around some electrical work due to how the house was grounded. No other company noticed this.Throughout the process Jeremy continually went over the top including:- Providing wood for a main entry way that was still slightly damp (see image)- Avoiding walking on newly planted grass- Removing some excess trash (having nothing to do with the project)- Removing old piping that every other plumbing company would have left (based on their quotes)Additionally, beyond Jeremy, the whole WyattWorks team was incredible to work with from the woman I spoke to when confirming timing to the owner of the company.We will not be using any other company besides WyattWorks for any other plumbing work we may be.

We called WyattWorks because the pipes in our house started knocking real bad when we used water. This was on Easter weekend so I expected delays. I had some nightmarish experiences with other plumbers recently as we are finishing up a major remodel job, but the reviews looked good and I gave them a try. From reception of my call, to dispatch, to the plumber that came out, WyattWorks was very professional and efficient. Chris was the plumber assigned to the job and I couldnt be more pleased. He is patient and methodical, listens to customer concerns very well, and offered me a list of solutions with quotations for each that same day. I chose which solution we preferred and they actually sent him back out to perform the work after he finished another job that afternoon. The repair was carefully executed and neatly finished giving me confidence that it will hold up very well over time. Couldnt be happier, and will definitely use and recommend their services in the future.

The team came out to my home as I was having very low water pressure issues. Water would work and then almost stop working before coming back up to full speed. The team was able to come out within a day of calling them. The technician was very friendly to my wife who met the technician. He listened to my wife and what the issues are and was able to come up with a solution. The technician performed some work. However, after completing the work they did a full home check for water pressure. Unfortunately, the issue was not solved completely after the work was completed. Rather than leaving and taking their money as some contractors do, they made an appointment with my wife to follow up and fix the issue. The were able to come back and perform the additional work to completely fix the issue. I really appreciate their friendliness, willing to listen to the customer and their drive to get the issue resolved no matter what it takes. I will say that their commercials I heard on 103.7 is what got me to call them and I am glad I did. I would recommend for any future plumbing needs.

I was at my sisters home in Charlotte while she had surgery and I suddenly needed a new toilet fast. There was no working toilet in the house. I contacted Wyatt plumbing and they were able to send someone the next morning. The gentleman’s name was Josh Stanfield. He was able to get a new toilet installed in a few hours. He couldn’t have been nicer and he got the job done efficiently. The reason for the 4 stars was the price, which I felt was a little high but that was not within Mr. Stanfields’ control.

The heater is in the attic so it was a bit of a challenge to remove and replace but they got it done. Mike is great at what he does and he got a water heater that he recommends and is of good quality. It is definitely not a $600 lowes special after I reviewed the brand and the model number. This is the second time I have used them and the scheduling, service and communication is top notch. I would recommend!

His first estimate was very high and when I pushed back, threatening to not do it, he suddenly came up with a coupon lowering the price over $100. Why did he not do this to start with? I have used this company several times and they do great plumbing work. However, my last job involved replacing the old cast iron plumbing that ran through the front yard. As expected, the plumbing work was fine. However, they absolutely destroyed my yard and landscaping. Several shrubs and plants were just dug up and tossed away. One of them was a memorial plant in memory of someone. I had babied it for years. . Another shrub died from the damage. The yard was left with a giant hump in the middle. I asked if they planned on fixing any of the damage and was told I was responsible for that. After paying 10k in plumbing costs I had to pay over $1200 to regrade the front yard, add one new shrub, re-apply the mulch and grass seed. To add insult to injury I asked that my driveway not be blocked. Not only were trucks in my driveway they pulled my handicap ramp across it. I ended up scraping the side my car trying to get past it….costing my insurance company 5k.I would absolutely use them again for plumbing work but they need to do a better job not damaging landscaping.

CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH. We were assigned this company through our home warranty but we couldn’t be happier with the service and the above and beyond customer service. Our home warranty was not cooperating and asking for additional information for almost a week. The Wyatt team went above and beyond to work with us to ensure our the technicians work is covered. Terra, the owner and friendly receptionist remembered us, called us with updates, stayed on multiple three way calls and jumped through ridiculous hoops with our warranty company to ensure everything was processed. In addition, they knew we didn’t have hot water and the initial scheduling happened within a day and the technicians were sent out for the fix our water heater as soon as the work was approved. Malachi and Sam were great technicians, super friendly, patient, professional and didn’t leave the job until hot water was flowing through our faucets. Today Robert came to check my water leak at my Kitchen faucet. He determined that I needed a new cartridge. He told me my Moen faucet had a lifetime warranty so I decided to contact Moen for a replacement cartridge. Robert said if I needed them to come back and install it they would be happy to do that. Robert was very nice and informative. We also found out we both grew up in the same neighborhood and went to the same schools even though I am quite older than him! I enjoyed talking to Robert and I appreciate his knowledge of my problem.

A great experience with WyattWorks and their technicians Robert Hearne and Malachi Flash replacing our water heater today. I called at 7:00 in the morning and they were at our house within three hours. The water heater is a large gas fueled tank style located on the third floor of our house and very difficult to access. Everyone was very professional and courteous starting first thing in the morning with the scheduler and ending with the technicians when they finished in the afternoon. Communications were constant by phone, text and email from the time I called throughout the entire process. A+ all around.

I couldn’t be happier with WyattWorks plumbing. This is my second experience with them and they were, once again, awesome! My sewer line was clogged with tree roots, which led to a serious backup. Mike came out first and was incredibly sympathetic and patient as I barrages him with questions. He was later joined by Seth and the two of them could not have been nicer or more professional. I was fascinated by the process and they fielded even more of my questions and even walked me through the cameraScoping process and the radar detection which was really cool. I would 100% recommend WyattWorks to anyone and will definitely be using them again if I have any plumbing issues. Let’s hope not though (no offense WW :) They were reasonably priced (I thought), don’t work on commission, and my experience was just really good. Robert with WyattWorks Plumbing serviced us today when we had a leaking faucet in the master bath and the faucet cartridge needed to be replaced. We had the the sink beside it changed out also, since it was aged too. The job really tested Robert’s skills with the old cartridges being very difficult. We are thankful for Robert persevering and being successful and giving us good functioning faucets & also tightening the set up under the sinks.
