We had the pleasure of having Greg come to our home today to do some work for our property management company. I must say that he was such a breath of fresh air. From the moment he arrived the professionalism was on point. The level of care and attention to detail he took in wrapping our kitchen and protecting our things from damage to stopping mid cutting and coming to evaluate another part of my home when I heard water dripping. He was real, transparent, honest, and very forthcoming with respect to his findings, process of fixing the issue, and next steps. He was down to earth conversational. And overall incredibly warm and personable. We have kept his business card and in the event we ever have to have Charlotte Plumbing come back out we will request him to do our work. We have had such horrible experiences with vendors so he has definitely set the bar high for future vendors contracted with invitation homes.Thanks Greg!

Always a great experience with everyone at Charlotte Plumbing. Brandon did a fantastic job on my water line replacement, very high-quality work and had everything cleaned up and looking great before he left. Also a very nice guy, was happy to answer all my questions and obviously knows what he is talking about. Christina in the front office gave me a very reasonable quote for the work before we got started and my final total was exactly as estimated, and I was able to put it on my credit card with no extra fees which I very much appreciate. Will definitely be calling Charlotte Plumbing again next time I need help.

Words can’t express my gratitude at job he did at my clog pipes from kitchen to outside. Although I have a home warranty I am so glad.I went outside of it and use Charlotte Plumbing my money was well spent and job completed. I will never use another Plumbing Company at my house Guitar has sold me over to not have look any further for Pluming work.American home shield sent a company to my house called pro-tech almost three weeks ago they are the absolute worst plumbing company disrespectful dishonest do not use them use CHARLOTTE PLUMBING. I had the pleasure of working with Mike from Charlotte Plumbing to replace my water heater, and I cant say enough good things about the experience. Mike was incredibly fast, arriving promptly and getting to work without delay. He was also exceptionally pleasant, making what could have been a stressful situation feel completely manageable.What really stood out was his great attention to detail. Mike ensured that everything was done to perfection, taking the time to double-check his work and explain everything to me clearly. Replacing a water heater is no small task, but Mike made it look easy, and he got the job done right the first time.Overall, this was one of the best experiences Ive ever had with a service professional. I immediately thought of them when my water heater went bad on Thanksgiving day. Richard came diagnosed and fixed the problem all in under 10 to 15 minutes. That right there is quality experienced work.So to add Richard fixed the main issue but there was a secondary problem and their plumber Stephen came out and was fantastic. He was very considerate before working, laying down plastic engaging and being communicative about what he was going to do where he’s going to look at what he needed done. He fixed The secondary problem and then even the third problem that had arise. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Fantastic guys and i greatly Appreciate the work they’ve done.

Christine the office manager at Charlotte Plumbing is professional, direct and wants what’s best for the customers!Curtis and Josh came out and worked hard to make sure this job was done and done right! Curtis and Josh are very knowledgeable, friendly and Curtis was even able to replace the sub flooring and add extra support that was previously lacking, as the hot water heater is located in my attic!They even explained the next steps for fixing the other two issues that the hot water heater contributed to. Christine was great with communicating the need to the rental company, and when they didn’t acknowledge the issues and address then and I called concerned. She assured me she’d make contact and make sure the issue is properly addressed and get the roofer out. Even though the rental company kept sending over work orders for the water heater leaking, when I was direct about it coming from the roof at the top of the vent pipe. Needless to say the roofer was here today and that part of the issue fixed! Can’t express enough how satisfied I am with Charlotte Plumbing! I would highly recommend them, and will use them for any of my plumbing needs once I buy my home! Job done right!! Excellent service overall!

I found myself trying to replace the valve cartridge after dealing with a slow leak for years and obtaining knowledge from several YouTube videos. Ended up with a leak bigger than what I started off with and had to shut the water off in my entire home. Called a company whose name I wont mention and not only did they want to rip off my entire shower wall to remedy the situation but asked if my neighbor would mind if a hole was put in her wall to address situation. Charlotte plumbing assured me that the job could be handled without having to do either. Stephen let me watch from a distance and I learned alot more than I thought I knew. He didnt have alot a room to work but made things look fairly easy and the finished product was phenomenal. Stephen definitely bailed me out of a tough situation. Not only was he amazingly thorough and meticulous throughout the entire process of identifying and repairing the leaks, but he also took the time to explain what he was doing, show me the exact issues I was having, what went wrong and answer all my questions. Washing machine drain clogged. I Goggled Charlotte plumber and after seeing 5 star review from 747 reviews, decided to call Charlotte Plumbing. Called and set appointment for today, Thursday. Christina told me between 8 and 10am. She texted me that techician Stephan was on his way and would be here at 8. Stephan showed up right on time. Very pleasant and professional. Not only unclogged the drain, looked at our bath sink slow draining and remedied that also. At $195 plus tax, I was very pleased.Id highly recommend.

For this project we needed to change out our old in-coming galvanized pipe from the 1950s that runs between two giant pin oaks in our yard and a repair needed to be done to the sewer line. The owner (Damion) was very responsive and answered a million questions for me and was never pushy. Their prices were excellent compared to the other 4 quotes I received from other companies. Day of they arrived exactly when they said they would. Brandon and Kevin did an *excellent* job! Brandon ran through everything with me and they left my yard looking GREAT (which was a big worry). They let me throw down my seed of choice before they covered it with a nice layer of straw and they even waited patiently while I tested out our new water pressure and made sure our older pipes didnt do anything crazy.
