I’m very impressed with this company and every employee that I spoke with. Carol in customer service, Tim the office manager and John the technician who replaced my hot water heater. I had problems with my Home Warranty of America getting the proper heater and Tim took it upon himself to make calls to everyone involved in the warranty company to get the problem resolved.John, the technician was excellent starting with the initial visit to inspect the heater and determining that it had to be replaced. He was efficient, fast, polite with a great sense of humor.If I had to give this company a rating from 1-10 I would give them a 20.

Just moved into an older home and the valve behind the toilet failed to shut off the water and the line developed a leak when trying to install a bidet. Called multiple places and Charlotte plumbing masters was the only place able to send a plumber out same day. John was knowledgeable and professional in performing the necessary repair to stop the leak. He provided some additional advice on future work that I will need to get done and I will happily rely on him for completing that work when the time comes.Additionally, he was friendly with my dog which was just a plus.

What a great company. Had a issue with plumbing and backup lines, called and they came out next day. Michal was out here for 2 plus hours trying all ways to fix the issue and finally fixed it. Michal was very polite, professional, hard working as the technician. Obviously with a great company comes a price but I had no issue paying it based upon the service I received. Can not stress enough how great Michal was, really appreciate his hard work!!!!!!

Manuel, Is the Technician that came out to do the job, when I say the guy is a hard working I mean the guy is a Hard worker. He came to the house the first time and waited around until we heard back from the insurance company, But it looked like he would have to come back another time until we found out what we needed. We did a couple hours later and instead of him coming back the next day or even a couple days later, he came back the same day and worked on it until 11:00 pm stayed until the job was complete! He is very professional and polite, He also let us know what was happening with the water pressure to our water heater that we would have never known without him. We had no water for a couple of days so He was a real God send! Thank you charlotte master plumbing for your help and give that guy a raise! He went way above and beyond to help us!!!!!!I will definitely use Charlotte Plumbing Masters again if needed. It was our first-time doing business with them, and we had an excellent experience! John R. was amazing! He was very professional and took the time to explain everything, and I learned more about plumbing in the 10-15 minutes of him explaining the inner guts of our hot water heater! Every aspect of my first experience with Charlotte Plumbing Masters (CPM) was positive and exceptional. I am a first-time homeowner and have been in my house for 4 years.Two weeks or so ago, my water heater went out. I have a home warranty through HWA, who paired me with CPM to diagnose my problem. Unfortunately, the appt. was scheduled for a week out from when the water heater went out.I called CPM and was greeted warmly by a rep. I inquired if there was an earlier time available, she checked and stated my current appt. date was the earliest, but she would follow-up and call me back. She kept her word and contacted me to confirm that unfortunately it was the earliest. In addition, the next day, I received another call form a rep at CPM who stated they tried to see what they could move around to assist me earlier, but unfortunately, my current appt. time was the earliest they could come out. I was impressed that they tried although it didn’t work in my favor.On the day of my appt, John, one of their plumbers, came out and represented the company very well. He was knowledgeable, took the time to answer all my questions, and gave me advice. Above all, he was friendly, compassionate, and empathetic towards my situation. He submitted his report to HWA in a timely manner and within an hour on the same day, we had an approval for a water heater replacement. Less than 48 hours later, I had an appt. set for the install.Due to this positive experience, I kept my fingers crossed he would be assigned again for my replacement. Thankfully, he was, and my install went smoothly without incident.Based off this experience, CPM will be the first company I recommend to those who need plumbing services. When you have an incident in your home that affects your quality of life, it creates a high level of stress. CPM helped to ease the frustration by providing exemplary customer service.

I had a gas appliance issue in my outdoor kitchen which required Diyan to get under the house. He figured out my issue and was able to fix it on the spot. Need a plumber? Look no further, Charlotte Plumbing Masters is your answer! This smaller, family owned company upholds honest, old-fashioned values taking great pride in their work. Although repairs have not begun yet, Im completely confident in the work they will do. Our technician, John R, did an absolutely outstanding job of potential causes and solutions after an extremely thorough exam. He pointed out and explained out-of-date/not to current standards plumbing that could potentially cause problems. The house was built in 1972 with most of the original plumbing, this is to be expected. He did not try to sell us repairs in that facet, just offered some advice as to prioritizing repairs. John went above and beyond, he took time to answer all our questions never making us feel as if we were wanting his time. Hes extremely personable, knowledgeable and has decades of experience. By the time he left, we knew we had finally found a trustworthy plumbing company with technicians you cant help but to trust. I will happily recommend this company to every home / business owner I know. Although no one wants plumbing issues, they happen. Charlotte Plumbing Masters are the ones who will correct them! I used Charlotte Plumbing Masters to install a dedicated gas line for my grill on my back deck which required running the pipe in the crawl space, through the foundation, and then under and up through the deck. Diyan and his partner did an amazing job servicing our home after a pipe burst and on another 2 separate occasions for toilet leaks.From the first visit, his experience and expertise was immediately obvious as he noticed right away that previous contractors had installed the incorrect pressure fittings under our sinks. He detected and fixed the leaks within a couple hours and also outfitted the hot water tank pipes with several temperature barriers after he noticed they could become a safety hazard. He also walked me through the work he completed and explained why he did so.On another occasion, he replaced our 12” rough in toilets with more appropriate 10” rough ins after they began causing leaks. Diyan and his partner were courteous, explained the problems clearly, were right on schedule, and left the bathroom cleaner than they found it.For those of you that are less than comfortable having technicians come to your house while you are alone, rest assured that the CPM team will give you a call before heading over and send a text with the full name and photo of the technician coming to your location.I can’t recommend Charlotte Plumbing Masters enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Diyan Mitev and his assistant were professional, thorough and courteous. They explained the process required for a washing machine faucet replacement very well, and answered all questions. They also tested the incoming water pressure, examined and tested the hot water heater for water or gas leaks. Additionally, Diyan reviewed the main interior plumbing pressure valve, and explained the process for having that replaced. A good experience. This appointment was for an estimate only, but I am confident in what I saw and heard, and will definitely use Charlotte Plumbing Masters to complete the job.

These guys are absolutely fantastic, we can’t say enough about them! We ended up on the bad end of nightmare plumbing situation as new homeowners. Our home warranty company worked with Charlotte Plumbing Masters, so they were the first on the scene immediately once we started having issues. Our tech Michael was prompt, friendly, informative and just an all around genuine and honest guy; we felt completely comfortable having him on the property if one of us had to run down the street or his work time overlapped with us leaving for work. Once we found out the gravity of the situation (the entire system needed to be dug up and replaced from under the crawl space across the yard and to the city portion) we were dealing with, Tim worked with us to find a cost effective solution that would allow us to use our plumbing without breaking the bank. We were able to find a temporary fix and handle payment in segments. We are so thankful for their kindness, flexibility and honesty throughout this experience, I would recommend them to everyone looking for a quality plumbing job.

Shout out to John R. He came and fixed my disposal after another company my landlord sent out and said nothing was wrong with it, a day later it completely stopped working. John fixed it! I’m so happy that it’s fixed! John was punctual, friendly and informative. Some of the previous contractors had cut corners when installing other parts of the system, but he adapted to the situation and got me the right parts to finish the job correctly in the same day. On my second job, which was repairing a shower valve, a previous company had said they would have to cut into the wall behind the shower and replace everything, which would take 6 weeks. I can tell that these guys have a lot of experiences. I have been fighting with toilet room Sewer smell for a couple of weeks now and have replaced the toilet seal twice and did everything I can do. But the smell is still there. I called this company and would like them to come to check it. One gentleman answered the phone. After I told him the problem and what I have done, he told me to check the vent line at the ceiling or the area to check if there is any dead animal. I told him that I checked before. But he asked me to check it carefully again. He told me that my toilet should be alright. So I checked it carefully again. It turned out that I found a dead squirrel. I can tell this company has decent, experienced people. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing issues in the future. I highly recommend them

When Mike arrived, I spoke to him about my shower head leaking and mentioned that I had the same problem 5 years ago. Mike evaluated the problem and found that my water pressure setting was too high (going into the house), causing my water cartridge in my shower to wear out too quickly. He also mentioned, that my warranty company may pay for the repairs, which was a surprise to me. Unfortunately, after contacting the warranty provider (Total Home Protection) they stated they would not cover anything (poor choice of a warranty company by me). Mike then went to work on fixing the problem and was finished bringing my water system up to code. I would gladly have Mike back again as the was very friendly but professional and did a great job !!

He found the problem outside, fixed it, and made sure all pipes/drains were unclogged and water was exiting my home to the city lines with no other problems.
