We came home from vacation to find we had no water entering our home. We called Charlotte Plumbing and talked to Rachel. We explained the situation. She was so helpful. She was able to send out Damian who like Rachel was very professional and really knew his job. He saw that the pipe after the meter had been pulled right out the ground. He had to dig a deep hole, find the pipe, replace and repair it, and fill the hole after he was through. He did this in the hot Florida sun. Luckily he is young.Having done plumbing when I was young, I was impressed with his efficiency and knowledge. He even used a small level to make sure that the pipe he replaced would be perfectly perpendicular to the ground. Those small details impressed me. Thank you Rachel and Damian for helping us out!

Charlotte Plumbing is our go to plumber. The office staff is very friendly and efficient. The installers showed up on-time and were very neat and tidy. They installed a new Toto toilet and fixed some other plumbing issues while they were here. They communicated clearly about what our options were. They have been extremely quick to respond to other plumbing needs in the past.

Charlotte Plumbing was AMAZING!!! We cant say enough good things about the entire team. We had a sudden leak in our very old copper piping and it was clear that we needed to repipe the house for water. We had an estimate from another company and called Charlotte Plumbing for a second estimate. Matt came out and Charlotte Plumbings estimate was SO MUCH BETTER that we immediately said yes. They came out the next morning with four trucks and finished the entire project by mid-afternoon. The team was excellent - very professional and super nice people. They checked with us each step of the way and everything was left completely cleaned up and immaculate. Charlotte Plumbing is our plumbing company for life! Highly recommend!!

The office is very organized and easy to get a hold of. So I walked into Charlotte Plumbing’s beautiful showroom needing a small part for my laundry sink faucet. I was kinda embarrassed. I was sent there by a Home Depot employee as they did not have this $2 part I needed. I was treated like I had just bought 10k worth of plumbing fixtures. The two ladies at the front went above and beyond to help me. They didn’t have the part I needed but printed out the information for the company that made the faucet and told me to call them and they would send it out for free. Sure enough that is exactly what happened. I will be using them in the future and recommending them to my real estate clients as well. Thank you Charlotte Plumbing for caring!!!

Thank God for Dorian. I didnt want to hear well snake it. I wanted to hear why my plumbing wasnt working and how it will be fixed. I can throw a smoke down the pipe and say the rosary. I wanted a professional to come it out the problem tell me and fix it. Thats when Dorian knocked on the door. Came in with friendly face loved my dog came into house and said ok lets see what the problem is. Listened to me ran the pipes saw the problem explained it to me was honest about everything and most importantly fixed it and made my mind at ease by explaining the situation to me.And then Courtney following up a few days later to make sure everything was fixed and still working. Charlotte Plumbing recommended to us. They replaced all our water supply lines about a year and a half ago. We were not in town when the work was done. When we returned the first thing we noticed was the house was cleaner than we left it. They did a very neat and profesional job for us.Today we needed them to help find an issue with our sewer pipe and they needed to coordinate the project with other contractors. It went flawlessly! They showed up on time, worked as a team with the other contractors and between them we believe we found and solved the problem. We will pass on the recomendation we got, Call Charlotte plumbing if you need a plumber.

Needed a Pfister shower cartridge for a shower head that leaked. Tried everywhere and couldn’t fine the correct one.. Finally my wife suggested calling Charlotte Plumbing. Unbeknownst to me they carried plumbing parts for what I needed. Called and talked to Ashley and they had the part in stock and I could pick it up. It was very reasonably priced and exactly what I needed. Excellent service and advice. Give stars!!!

Had a pipe break in the floor. The insurance sent their leak detection people. Called Charlotte Plumbing and CJ came out to see the problem and give me an estimate. He gave me two estimates in case they couldnt do the cheapest option because of where the pipes were. The next day Keith and Mike came to fix it. They did a fantastic job! Would definitely use them again!

The crew arrived at 7 AM and totally wrapped it up that afternoon! Exceptional quality aesthetics, professional finish, wonderful job. I highly recommend Charlotte Plumbing if/when you need a repipe. Call them for a second opinion and a competitive estimate. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain!!!

Despite several unexpected issues arising requiring extra work and parts, the final price we paid was only $250 more than the quote. He took the time to explain the work to me twice. They sent out a technician NEXT DAY and stated he would arrive between 12-3. Courtney was a superstar. We had a water heater fail while under warranty. Although Charlotte Plumbing no longer carries that brand, Courtney went after the manufacturer and got us an exact replacement unit. We only paid for the cost of installation. Overall, it took a couple of weeks but Courtney never gave up or stopped communicating with us. I would recommend this crew.

Had a problem with water backing up between two sinks and the dishwasher. Brian showed up on time and fixed it quickly. Could not have been nicer or more professional. Told us there was a minimum (to be expected!) and said with the time left, he would be happy to go to each of our bathrooms and check things out. He cleaned the drains and reset two of the faucets. Frankly, if he had just left and charged us the minimum, we would not have been the wiser. Great job, good to work with and honest! I would recommend them in a heartbeat
