We got a new heating and cooling system installed today by Paul and Brant, and the service was exceptional. Before installation, they made sure to lay out sheets to protect our carpet and stairs. After the installation was done, Paul went on to show my husband and I how to install the app for our thermostats. He walked us through each step, and made sure we set it up correctly on our phones, and answered all questions we had. Overall, we are very pleased, and will definitely continue to use Morris Jenkins in the future.

My experience with Morris-Jenkins was top notch. Willie was lead and the apprentices that assisted him were all professional. Everyone introduced themselves and gave detailed information about all the services that would be provided. They each took very careful steps not to make a mess of things due to the soggy and wet conditions. Willie is a friendly employee and does a great job. You can tell he is seasoned and very knowledgeable. When my wife and I decided to have the tankless water heater installed, we were somewhat hesitate because of the price point, but we both now feel that it is worth the investment. Now, I must cut this review short because its time to go take a warm shower. 🙂

Ed was wonderful, He explained all of my options and advised thoroughly on each option. He was super kind and caring with my Sons being interested. He also called ahead to offer an earlier time and it worked out great. Everything was fixed within an hour and solved all my water pressure issues including dripping faucets. Travis was absolutely wonderful! He gave a courtesy call before arriving and his picture was emailed ahead as well. Once he arrived he allowed me to explain my concerns and got to work immediately to try and resolve the issue. Everything was explained as far as what was being checked and why so I understood. Many thanks to Christine at Morris-Jenkins and the company too! I called and Morris- Jenkins responded immediately. Christine was at the house in an hour! The water was leaking under the kitchen sink. Christine checked out everything including the crawl space. She gave me 3 different options to fix the leak. Once we decided she replaced the corroded Y joint and metal pipes. She put on a new plastic trap and a new garbage disposal. Also a new faucet with a sprayer and a soap dispenser. She was professional, polite and competent. Thanks so much!

The experience was phenomenal!! Had both an AC and furnace installed. All the guys Josiah, George, Levi, Rob and Eric were all very professional, friendly and respective of our home. They made sure we were comfortable with our new system before leaving. The job was completed in one day, they cleaned up couldn’t even tell they had been here. The system was installed the day after we signed the contract. We have used Morris Jenkins in the past and did not hesitate to contact them for an issue on a completely separate unit. A service tech was immediately dispatched, and the following day we had a complete replacement/install of a new AC and Furnace. The installation team was exceptional, even though they were working in 30 degree temps! They were very friendly and personable and you can tell they take pride in their work. Throughout the repair time, Will kept work space clean. After installation, he gave us quick easy demonstration of how to use and care for our disposal. Kitchen was left spotless! We will request using the company and this employee for future needs!

I called Morris-Jenkins about an hour after they opened for an emergency repair/replacement. I got the 1st immediate appointment, and Shane came to my house about my water heater breaking. He found the problem, and gave me options on a new water heater(I already knew I was going to get a new one from here). Not only did he make sure all the water was removed from location the heater was in(in my childs bedroom closet), he removed the old water heater, waited for the new one to be delivered, and installed the new one. He answered all questions I had after install as well. He spent at least 6 hours at my house on a Saturday. Now that is a man who not only is good at his job, but loves his job too.

One of the WORST issues we have dealt with as first time homeowners. A hot line busted in the crawl space and damaged duct work and also created moisture problems that are still getting resolved. But we got taken care of. My husband works at Morris-Jenkins and he is always talking about the level of service they provide. It is one thing to hear it from him and it is another to see it with my own eyes. We were in panic mode and Donald and Chase came out and assessed and built packages with us that resolved our needs. Then followed up by a few install crews. It was a party at our house. 8 MJ trucks later and we have our current issues resolved for HVAC and plumbing. Joey and the HVAC crew, Will and Matt for our plumbing, and the electrician all took total care of us above and beyond the call to action. These are people you can trust! My husband had to go to work but they coordinated and made sure we were up to speed during the process. They were friendly and even our little one was happy the whole time with every single member of the team. I knew this was a good company from my husband but now I KNOW this is an AMAZING company. Our water heater was leaking water from the over flow pipe, not much water so no an emergency. Morris Jenkins still had the service man here in less than 24 hours. Mac was very polite. He clearly explained our options and the cost for each. He replaced the overflow pressure tank on the top of the water heater. The parts he needed were on his truck so there was no delay in the repair. He cleaned up the garage and completed the repair without any drama.

Caleb was an absolute pleasure to have in our home. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and so friendly - he went into our crawl space, diagnosed our potential issue, shared about what he was doing the entire time during the process, and even double checked the sink in the same powder room where he was able to flush through a small block and make that whole bathroom feel like brand new. He ran cabling down the toilet, flushed the leak and now the toilet is working better than ever.This was an excellent experience and I would recommend him to any and everybody. Honestly one of the best experiences with a tradesman I’ve ever had.

We had 2 complicated issues in the last 6 months on our older HVAC Inverter system and Morris Jenkins worked tirelessly to fix our system each time. Unfortunately we had to call them for another unrelated issue just 1 month later. Mike showed up a few hours after we called on Friday, which we greatly appreciated as the temperature was dropping and our heater was struggling to keep our home warm. After assessing the issues and presenting us with the option of costly repairs or a new system, we opted to replace the older Inverter HVAC system with a new one. Mike was great providing his assessment and presenting options in clear and understandable terms. Jake came by shortly after on Friday evening to discuss new system options and arrange the install the very next day! He was also great to work with and we left feeling great about our decision on the new system. Their installation team showed up the next morning on Saturday and we had our unit installed and working perfectly by 4 pm! The team did a great job! They were professional, respectful, and I could tell took pride in what they do. I wish I remembered their names to give them a shout out, but we had very little interaction with them until the very end when we were being trained on the new panel. They worked independently and nonstop until the job was done. We are so thankful to each of these men. Our house is warm and cozy with the below freezing temperatures outside. And the system is quiet and efficient! I highly recommend Morris Jenkins.

He was extremely professional and awesome to work with. He also cleaned up after his work which I absolutely appreciated. I had lots of questions and Taylor took the time to make sure he answered every single one. He also provided a few recommendations related to maintenance plumbing.Today Taylor made a return trip as our plumbing saga continued. He was able to confirm that everything under the house was working properly and gave us steps to call the city to get the issue resolved. He was very transparent about everything and made sure we were satisfied with his work before he left.I highly recommend this company to anyone with any plumbing issues. Great experience with our Priority Advantage membership. Its easy to schedule maintenance and/or service appointments. The techs are always on time, knowledgeable, and professional. I like that we dont feel rushed, that the techs have identification, listen, and communicate their findings in a way that is easy to understand. Our tech today, Stephen, was very personable and respectful. He was thorough and helpful in doing our bi-annual maintenance check and in replacing our filters and in cleaning up before he left. THE GOLD STANDARD. Today was the first of what will likely be a lifetime with Morris-Jenkins. I had seen their work previously from my neighbor and the quality spoke for itself. I cannot express how wonderful their entire service process was. From ease of scheduling an appointment via chat on a Sunday; to having a plumber come out first thing the following morning to take care of a project for me. It was smooth and professional end to end. Jon is the gentleman who helped me today. I requested that I have him come out for all future appointments as he was that knowledgeable and friendly. As a homeowner, it is difficult to find people who truly care about their work and you can trust to do a good job. 9/18/2024 had Joe Alkurd and his partner check my Lennox heating system for routine maintenance. Great guys, very personable and shared a good bit of knowledge on how the system worked. I’m a priority maintenance member now and have no regrets sighing up. I Strongly recommend on having your system serviced yearly. Happy my system is in order and working as expected. Joe provided me with a few recommendations that I will move forward with next season. Provided me with quotes with no added pressure. I was having an issue with my heat coming on, on the first floor. I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. The technician Mark called to let me know approximately what time he would be to my house. When he arrived he introduced himself. He put on his shoe covers and he wanted me to explain to him the issue I was having. He listened to me patiently and asked me questions. While checking out my HVAC system in the attic he showed me and explained to me what the issue was. He gave me options as to what I could do…didn’t pressure me at all. I chose to get a new motor because at some point I was going to have to get a new one anyway. He showed me the new motor and the old motor and explained how each one works. Mark was very polite, professional and efficient. He’s a very good communicator. It was a pleasure meeting him.

My technician, Nick Crater, arrived on time @ 3:00 Friday to assess my water leak in the front yard. He was patient, thorough and pleasant the entire time. At 5:00- Donald Pate came as it is the weekend and before Christmas to assist and get me in before Monday. Although it was no emergency, I went ahead and called just to see if someone would really answer. I was pleased to find out someone would come out that same day or even earlier if it had been an emergency.About 15 minutes before my 10:00 am appointment time, Cam called to let me know he was in the area and I told him to come on. I was worried my problem might have been mold so I wanted it checked asap.Cam investigated my problem and was able to alleviate my worries in less than 15 minutes. He was very professional and patient with me even though I had lots of questions. He went above and beyond to fix my problem and because of that, I am now a Priority Advantage Member and a proud owner of an Air Scrubber System which he installed before leaving. He is an excellent employee and represents Morris Jenkins very well. What an incredible experience that I had today with Morris Jenkins and my plumbing issues. It started with the receptionist that answered my call and was so understanding and kind it made this procedure extremely easy. Richard, a plumbing employee, came to my house at 5:30 PM. and check for a leak and to clean day faulty drain. I had a big water bill so I asked if they would do a leak check. He found several problems and set down with me to explain the problems. I have some general knowledge of plumbing but he was able to explain it in terms that I understood. I decided to fix the problem by replacing all of my toilets. I did this because I felt just fixing small problems would be like throwing good money after bad. I asked for the higher toilet bowls as I am tall and it helps when I get up and down. I asked him if I could have the work completed prior to Thanksgiving. Just like in a christmas carol he was able to do everything the thing all in one night.This Included having the toilets delivered. After careful work and clean up Richard walked out of the door at about ten thirty pm. Union county is not a district that has the best water so I also decided to put an a full filter water conditioner. Drew came out around 6:30 and we discussed different options. He took pictures and measurements and came back with three different offers. After explaining each one, I chose the one that was reasonable and took care of my water problems. This option should take care of my water situation for about fifteen years without having to change any filters. Again, I asked if it could be done prior to Thanksgiving. I am very happy to announce that they are coming tomorrow at noon.I cannot tell you how wonderful and accommodating everyone at Morris Jenkins. Very personable, excellent work, and the work was very high quality. I used to live in North Charlotte. And had Morris Jenkins. I now live in Union County and Because of their prior service, I contracted with them at my new residence. I havenever had a bad experience and would highly recommend This company for any.Hvac and plumbing needs.On a final note, let me state that Richard worked so hard and make sure that everything operated properly. Prior to he explained everything and made sure I was happy with the work and cleanup. His professionalism, personality and his work is superior.

Justin arrived right on time and quickly went to work. He was able to fix the initial problem but also took the time to fix another issue which was not part of the original call. He was really great to work with and provided lots of helpful information for future use. Since this is my first appointment using the plumbing service I could not have gotten a nicer person. I would absolutely request request to use Justin with any future plumbing issues. Great Great experience.

I am extremely happy about the service done by Morris -Jenkins, technician named Jeremy Langford took special care for tune up my AC unit. He did the thorough cleaning and even he put a rubber pad underneath for no noise and water drain out easily. He is the Best. He is so humble knowledgeable and honest to his job. God bless him and this company for doing the great service for the community.

Caleb was very polite. He checked the garbage disposal because it was not working. The disposal was not 2 years old but it stopped working. He checked the model and found the reset button and he reset it and I didnt have to replace it. He also checked my dishwasher because it was not working I asked him did I have to set up another service call and he said the advantage program allows him to check it out also. I was very please with the service and the manor he cared himself. Glad that I joined the advantage plan. I forgot to tell you he also unclothed my tub.Thank youCecelia James
