    E.R. Plumbing is fantastic. Andy came out and listened to what I wanted and used his expertise to come up with the perfect solution for me. Then Jake came out and did the work wonderfully. This was for a gas hookup at my meter for my new generator. Jake was very nice and did the job beautifully. I told my wife we officially know who our plumbers are now...E.R. Plumbing!

    Sam came out quickly to fix my 93 year old parents water leak in the wall. While he was there he also replaced all the polybutylene that was accessible. Considering all that he did I was very happy with the price he charged them.

    This is LONG OVERDUE. These stars ARENT LYING. I see why they are consistently rated high.First off, AMAZING service. Top notch. I got Steven A. and that man is awesome to the 10th degree. He acknowledged all concerns, helped me get everything done thru HOA, explained all the issues even during uncertainty. Awesome humor! The most personable service!Ok, so im like, bring this guy back to fix everything pls. Because typically, you only get one rep thats amazing. NOPE!!! ITS LIKE THE ENTIRE ER MOTTO OR SOMETHING TO ONLY HIRE THE BEST PEOPLE. Steven brought Joshua K and the service was amped times two. They both are awesome! The found the issue was less than initially thought and provided some upgrades while they were fixing it to prevent future issues. They didnt have to do that. Thats the most significant part to me. They went above and beyond and also upgraded while taking care of an emergency issue. AND THEY SMILED AND JOKED THE ENTIRE TIME. Look at my other review for previous plumbers and how terrible the customer service was from them. pls understand THIS PLACE HAS BETTER SKILLED PLUMBERS AND ONES WITH BETTER ATTITUDES.And - i cant stress this enough - BETTER PAYMENT OPTIONS.Photos are of the final product. Instead of an entire wall and flooring being removed, they only had to cut away a square and upgraded the previous piping.20/10. Hands down. Only plumbers im calling from now on.

    We were very pleased with both the quality of the work and the price. They followed up promptly to our request for service and kept us informed as to when we could expect them and who the technician would be.Bryan Duckett was very pleasant and professional. He kept us informed every step of the way on both pricing and what the problem was as well as what he did to correct it.We will definitely use E R Plumbing should the need arise again, and I hope that Mr. Duckett will be our technician if we do need them.

    Ben is the best. Replaced 17 year old 50 gallon water heater in attic, added recirculation pump. Feel like like I had the best install team. Dillon his tech assistant was great, too.

    E R Plumbing wow. Sam Dail was great at his job. He was very professional. He knew exactly what he was doing. What I really like was he showed me and told me what he was doing. He explain what he need to do. He needed one more part and he didnt have it on his truck and he let me know he had to go back to the office and how long it would take. Thank you Sam for being a pleasant person to talk with. I even had him laughing. Thanks E R Plumbing for sending out a great plumber. I will recommend this company and of course Sam. You cant go wrong with Sam.

    Thank you Austin.Experienced, professional, knowledgeable.My wash machine outlet box(40 yrs.old) needed to be replaced.The water lines are in the firewall between two adjoining condominiums. This is no place for a repair failure down the road.😳A high level of liability here.I required that the lines to the new wash machine outlet box be soldered in, not pressure fitted. Tried and true old school.We have ever increasing water pressure here in Charlotte, due to residential growth.Austin, did an amazing job! Thank you sir!Most plumbers do not want to take the time to sweat in copper lines anymore. They want to cut, crimp and go. I get it.To be clear, pressure fittings have there place.For me, not sealed up inside a firewall, in my opinion.Daryl.V.P. of Park Walk HOA (282 units).I requested a second call of service by Austin to replace my 40 year old shut-off ball valve and a 35 yr. old leaky Pressure reducing valve which was put in using pvc and pressure fittings.The water pressure entering my unit is a staggering 100 PSI.These two devices are tightly located behind the 40 gal hot water tank, not an easy location. I wanted these parts to be be sweated in using copper lines and solder !Thank You Austin for doing this right !!

    UPDATE3 (2/29/2024 - current): The day after install, I got an email from Andy with two information sheets (2 pages each) on the products but no manuals and no information on maintenance. I emailed Andy twice about getting the manuals as I wanted to know how to work the system and see what maintenance needed to be carried out over time. No response on the first one, so I tried again. Andy said he would contact the supplier and get back to me. That was a week ago and nothing. Kind of a sour note on an otherwise fantastic interaction with E.R. Plumbing/Services.UPDATE2 (2/28/2024): TJ and William did the install and were fabulous to deal with. They were very respectful and explained the process of the installation. They did a great job on the drain (fixed an error the builder had made in the drain design) and setting up the bypass, the equipment, securing it and insulating it. They cleaned everything up and it looks great. It took about 5-6 hours. They gave me a quick explanation of what things did, how the flow meter and regeneration worked and about the salt. They did however tell me no owners/instruction/maintenance manuals or instructions were with the equipment when they picked it up and to contact Andy to get it. I give TJ and WIlliam an A+.UPDATE1 (2/1-12/2024): Andy got back to me on the quote for the Whole House Water Filtration system, it was pricey but about what expected after doing research. I was able to get him water testing results from Charlotte Water and he showed them to the supplier, and they suggested standard softener with brine tank and a cat/hat carbon filter. That requires a drain line be installed to avoid dumping salt water onto the landscaping. The price went up but once again, it seemed fair on the research I had done. Also, a quote on tankless water heater cleaning.ORIGINAL (1/31/2024): Andy (Estimator) is great to deal with, listened to my concerns and questions. Currently working with him to get the best solution for our system. Will get back to us with quotes and ideas for our water quality issues.

    Sam was excellent! He quickly diagnosed our backflow issue and made sure to find the parts needed to have us back to normal on a Saturday. He was very polite and thoroughly cleaned after he finished. Not only is Sam a rock star but office staff is stellar, quickly understanding our problem and assigning Sam to take care of us.     I cant say enough great things about E.R. services. Last year they replaced my hot water heater and did a great job! I am in the process of selling my house and an issue from the inspection came up. Andy came out and looked at situation and provided a write-up and photos. He was extremely friendly!     Great service from Leonard this morning! Called to schedule service this morning at 8:15AM and he showed up around 9:00AM after completing another job in our neighborhood.     Absolutely stellar service. This company was referred to us by our HOA and we decided to utilize them for a slab leak repair on our townhome. For starters, the text messages to let us know when Nick Hunter and Austin Jimenez were on their way and photos of them so we know what to expect was a great touch. They arrived prepared for the task at hand, were incredibly mindful of my home by using shoe booties and tarps to contain the dust and debris. Thank you guys for the great work, knowledge, and professionalism. The pricing felt incredibly fair for the service offered and I was very happy with the prompt turn around time between identifying the source of the problem and coming to make the repairs. ER Plumbing has secured our business going forward and I recommend them 10/10. And thank you for the kind note and goodies that were sent to my home after service!

    I called ER Plumbing on Monday due to finding a leak in my front yard and Austin and JC came out that same day, diagnosed the problem. A few days later Brennan and JC came back out and found the source of the leak and described my options. I opted to replace the water line and they finished by 3pm that same day without trenching my front yard, and without cutting any concrete. They were both professional, kind, and clearly very skilled at what they do. I highly recommend ER Plumbing, and they are now our go to plumbers in the area. Thank you so much!!

    Jon-Mykal with ER Services (Plumbing) did a few things at my place today but what stood out most is how he made what seemed like an impossible situation to fix (and was to others) possible!!!!     I scheduled a plumbing visit with ER Plumbing. They called a day earlier and offered an early visit, which I accepted. The plumber was courteous, friendly, and utterly competent. This was to R&R a vanity faucet which had failed. The work was done promptly and completely, then thoroughly tested to confirm proper installation.There is no question that I would use ER Plumbing again when I need a plumber. Both the office and the plumber were truly excellent.

    I have used E.R. Services in the past and I have always been pleased with the experience. So, when we moved into our new home and got a tankless hot water heater (first time having one), I knew I would have E.R. Services do the maintenance on it. This is the 2nd time we have had it service, and it is great when they have your service history from last visit to move things along. It was a pleasant surprise to have the same technician, Mike Slattery, do the servicing. Mike is professional and does a great job communicating what hes working on. So far, I continue to be very pleased with E.R. Services.

    He was very knowledgeable and informative of what the problem could be and followed up with supporting facts on his findings. Let’s us know what he was about to do and answered all questions to his best of knowledge and if he didn’t know he followed up with his supervisor and got back to us with a solution to fix the problem. Came back a week later as scheduled to fix the problem we had one concern which was we didn’t want the tree damaged that sat nearly on top of the pipe, he and his partner did there best to make that happened and successfully fixed the pipe and also being they had to get through a lot of the tree roots noted to water the tree so it wouldn’t die and made us aware of new pipe clean out so it wouldn’t get ran over during mowing. Other than that they got the job done in ample amount of time.

    For over two years, we had several different plumbing services to come and try to fix our clogged pipes. Each time, it ended up only being a temporary fix. We contacted ER Plumbing after reading about them on their website and decided what do we have to lose... call them. Joshua Krueger came and did a through inspection and came up with a plan to solve the problem. Joshua is very informed and he did everything he could to look out for our best interest. He was diligent to get the job done to perfection and even took the time to explain everything prior to the repairs. We highly recommend ER Plumbing and Joshua and will definitely use them again for any future plumbing issues that may arise in the future.

    Josh was great. He used a camera to detect a leak from my AC condensate line which came thru to my first floor and would leak from a recessed light in my kitchen. We had others here from roofers, plumbers and AC experts! No one had an answer. But Josh saw where the leak was and extended the condensate line further into the receptacle. Thanks Josh!!

    Josh came out today and repaired my kitchen water faucet.It was becoming more difficult to shut off completely.Josh thoroughly explained what was going on and remedy to address issue.Now faucet works like new.At my request Josh also prepared an estimate to replace my aging water heater.Josh at E R Plumbing was also great in explaining details regarding my water heater options for replacement.Today Noah and Tom from E R Plumbing came out to see why I couldn’t get my upstairs shower head to work.It was first time I had attempted try it.I was shown how to turn it on.I was delighted to hear that it didn’t need repair or to be replaced.Charged just service call fee. Roy. Josh from E R plumbing came out yesterday to install a new water heater.Everything went well.Josh addressed all of my questions and concerns thoroughly.Excellent service.

    Jeff and William from ER Services Plumbing did a fantastic job replacing our condos main water shut-off valve, and two shower valve cartridges. The cartridges in particular were notable in that two other plumbing outfits in the area (one of which is very well known and established) told us that it would be impossible to get repair parts and that wed need to cut into the tile to replace the valves. That would have been 5x more expensive, not to mention the added cost of having the tile matched and repaired. For the quality of work and excellent customer service, I will henceforth only use ER for all of my future plumbing needs.

    Call ER plumbing super responsive and skilled. Mac over there is an out of the box thinker and obviously very experienced. Really appreciate the service and quality provided! Fixed our issue on a construction project with the water live, no cut off to the individual building, prevented turning off the water to an entire community. Outstanding. We work with a lot of plumbing company’s, don’t know too many that would jump right in like this.

    Nick was phenomenal. Our main water main line broke and he came out and told us that we wouldn’t need to get rid of our tree or bushes. They could dig and pushed a new line through to the street. They were here at 9am and were done within 2 hrs, they had put a new line in. Would highly recommend his workmanship and the company.

    Another plumber came out and wouldn’t even look at the water line break in our yard, just proceeded to write up two estimates for a full replacement that was over $6500 and charge us $79 to come out. I spoke to ER Plumbing who was super helpful over the phone and we talked about the issue and they determined the tools that were necessary. Nick came out, joked around with us to make light of the dire situation that we had no water and within 30 minutes was able to cut the small piece of pipe that was leaking and replace it, fill the hole and replant the grass and reconnect the water for $400. Highly recommend ER Plumbing.

    What an amazing experience by ER Plumbing. Austin and Isaiah just wrapped up a scheduled main line plumbing repair that required excavation and hours of labor removing roots from compromised piping, replacing piping, and going the extra mile to pick up an irrigation box cover to protect a below grade valve on the system. They were highly experienced, careful, and thoughtful throughout. Aesthetics was also important to them as they left the disturbed area as pristine as possible afterwards by patiently grading around the repair area and hand applying pine straw to give it a finished look. There seemed to be no detail that escaped them with the intricate repair work or the finishing of the job sight. They are to be highly commended, and ER Plumbing is recommended as a result.

Roots had grown into the drain and had completely obstructed it. Jon and his crew worked on the drain all day with a high-pressure water Jetter device and a milling drill, completely clearing the drain of the roots and fixing the problem.     Returned from work this evening to find a leak in my crawl space. Called ER Plumbing and they promptly arrived and fixed the leak. Kaitlyn answered and was courteous and informative. Brennan had done some work before when we first bought the house and on both occasions he was personable, helpful, and respectful. Pleasantly surprised that there was no extra fee or higher rate given after hours. Highly recommend.

    Bryan Duckett did an exceptional job repairing our sewer line from the initial diagnosis to the actual repair and clean up. He did an incredibly thorough job of diagnosing the problem and found an issue with an old sewer clean out in the middle of the line that none of the technicians from the other companies who bid on the job were even concerned about. Because of his urging that he inspect the clean out when repairing the line, we were able to prevent a problem from occurring later from a cracked clean out. Bryan took out the old damaged clean out and installed a new one closer to the street that the city will use. That would not have happened if we had gone with any of the other companies who quoted our job. After a very long day, Bryan even spent an incredible amount of time cleaning up the site after seeding the yard. It is clear that Bryan is not only very knowledgeable, but takes pride in his workmanship. A very rare quality now a days. I most enthusiastically recommend ER Plumbing Services and Bryan Duckett.

    I have to say that ER Plumbing has some of the nicest, friendliest & most knowledgeable plumbers and service staff that I have ever encountered! My saga began about 3 weeks ago when I woke up to no hot water. I would call ER and a plumber would come out the same day and my hot water would be restored. Unfortunately, within a few hours to a couple of days the hot water would disappear for no apparent reason. About 2 weeks ago Mac apparently drew the short straw and responded to my call for help. Mac was awesome as he spent up to 4 hours at a time up in my hot attic on the phone with the Rinnai reps/technicians trying to solve my tankless water heater issue. After hours in a hot attic my hot water would be restored but then 4 hours later the heater would shut down for no apparent reason. It was frustrating for Mac as well as for me but he and his service manager, Terry never gave up. Finally, after exhausting every possible remedy, Terry made the decision to replace my water heater. Once again Mac came out on a scorcher of a day and replaced my water heater. I immediately had blessedly hot water and have had it since. But Mac’s customer service didn’t end there. Unbelievably, he texted me twice over the weekend to check and see if the new water heater had solved the problem!! IMHO, ER Plumbing has the BEST employees & customer service that I have ever encountered.

    Our commercial water heater went down and stopped heating. We had called Ferguson Plumbing prior to calling E.R. and they came out, looked at it and told us there was nothing we could do because it was likely electronic, so they just quoted me $10K for a brand new one. I declined and said I was going to get a second opinion. Called E.R. and they came out the following day. Nicholas and crew were here for maybe 30 minutes and had our water heater running and heating again. It ended up being a dirty igniter and igniter rod. The total was about $9,700 cheaper than the quote I got for a new unit, so E.R. just earned themselves our business from here on out! Much thanks to Nicholas and E.R.!

    I was referred to ER Plumbing by friends and Im so glad I followed through with their recommendation ! ER beat out other companies on the project cost with great customer service from initial contact for scheduling (Michelle Brooks) , the estimate appointment (Andy Harbin) and on through water heater installation ( Jon-Mykal Adams and his apprentice William). There was good communication regarding appointment arrival times and introducing the individual plumbers. Everyone was courteous, professional and cleaned the work site before leaving.

    Leonard was awesome! We were scheduled for a Monday appointment to fix a broken and clogged toilet at our company facility.     ER Plumbing responded to our call immediately and it was late on a Saturday afternoon! Our external faucet cracked and water was spewing out uncontrollably. ER Plumbing understood immediately that we had an emergency and quickly had a technician enroute to our home. Brian Duckett arrived and within minutes had the water stopped and within an hour had the repair completed. He was pleasant, professional, and happy to be of service AND the price was extremely reasonable especially for an emergency on a Saturday evening.     I was able to schedule with ER Plumbing on the same day I called the office for an issue with the fill valve and stopper as the toilet kept running. Steve showed up on time and was able to complete the job quickly.Ive been using ER Plumbing for years. As Ive indicated in prior posts, they are not the cheapest company in town, but their services have always been excellent and responsive. Id rather pay a bit more for plumbing services knowing the job will always be done right the first time.

    ER Services did really good job and fixed the issue of underground water pipe leakage in our yard. I initially thought city will fix it but cane on my head.For one hour of work they charge almost thousand bucks, I think it is way expensive.I wish I have this kind of job to pay me even half of what I paid per hour.

    This was by far one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. Josh was friendly. Professional. Informative. He explained the problem clearly and made sure I understood what needed to be done and why-before he took any action. He did a great job. He was super personable and took care to protect our carpet and the surrounding plumbing etc. The response time was same day, the price was reasonable and the work was done right the first time.
