    Bliss Plumbing went above and beyond to correct an issue with our septic tank drainage. They showed up late on a Friday, with short notice, and worked until the job was completed so we were able to use water and plumbing in our new house! Tony & Blake were fantastic to work with and were very professional! This company is incredible and I would recommend them to any and everyone! Joel (owner) was easy to talk to and seemed to really care about us as customers and all the employees/owners spoke about each other with admiration and respect.     Tony Williams with Bliss plumbing is amazing! I have 62 year old cast iron plumbing which partially needed to be replaced due to a leak. I had consulted another plumbing company who made the job sound almost impossible and never got back to me with a plan. Tony never seemed discouraged and although it took an entire day to cut away old piping and replace connections on washer, sink and toilet he made sure to fix it all to perfection. He answered my questions and checked for leaks on several occasions prior to leaving. This was not a simple or easy job. Im fortunate that he took it on. Thank you Tony!!

    I had the pleasure of having Collin come to my home for a plumbing issue, and I couldnt be more impressed. Collin was right on time and incredibly knowledgeable. What stood out even more was that he was also training a new technician during the visit. Despite managing both the situation and the training, he was highly attentive to my concerns while efficiently explaining everything to the trainee.Collin handled everything with ease, making the process completely stress-free.     This is amazing company. We had an plumbing emergency with water from our upstairs bathroom flooding our kitchen ceiling. Tony arrived as quickly as possible. He identified the source which required tearing out the kitchen ceiling, When he opened it up he was drenched with cold water pouring out. After that shock he went straight to work to get the pipe fixed and our water restored. He took care to cover all our furniture and relocated our kitchen table so as not to damage any personal items. Tony explained each step of what he was doing and took pictures to show us what needed repair and pictures of the completed repair.This company has done work for us before. We have always had professional service. We highly recommend Bliss Plumbing. Tony did an outstanding job in making sure we had a proper repair and also recommended a mitigation company to make sure mold isn’t an issue in the future.

    Very professional. Great customer service. They do a good job and they do it quick! Customer service provides fast clear communication and they handle any issues afterwards professionally. They didn’t just replace my water heater but the technician also cleaned the area before installing! They sent a technician back to check on the system very quickly when I requested it and he fixed the issue in no time! Happy with the results overall and would definitely recommend.

    Tony arrived and upon a thorough diagnosis of the original AO smith system. It was determined to replace the entire system. On day of installation Tony arrived and jumped right into setting up the new system. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable and personable 5 stars and will absolutely recommend to anyone.

    Had a great experience with Bliss. Called with an issue and they dispatched Collin the next day. He was polite, attentive and thorough. Took the time to assess the issue and addressed it in a very satisfactory manner. He also successfully resolved an issue that was unresolved after a visit from a different plumber in the past. And after he left, I went outside to get the trash cans from the street only to find he had done that for us. Just speaks to his character because he absolutely didn’t need to do that.     We recently experienced a sudden and severe drop in water pressure in our home, which required immediate attention. Bliss Plumbing was quick to respond and resolve the problem.. The technician, Collin Carbonero, was very personable, professional and efficient. He diagnosed the causes (failed pressure reduction valve and failing interior shut-off valve), completed the necessary repairs, and we were back up and running surprisingly fast. All in all, a very satisfactory experience. Highly recommend.

    I could not recommend this company more and especially their technician Jesse. We had been without a water heater for 2 weeks, due to an unhelpful home warranty and being ghosted by another plumber for a week. Im currently pregnant and was literally at my whits ends. I could not handle boiling one more pot of water to take a mediocre slightly tepid bath.I contacted Jesse on Thursday night, and he came out the very next day today. He then spent almost 8 hours at my home, including a drive to and back from Cornelius because our local home depot did not have the right size water heater for the one that we were able to replace due to the hot water warranty. Jesse even contacted the warranty for me, and was the one to point out that it was still within warranty.Im so thankful for Jesse and this company! And God forbid if our water heater decides it wants to act up again, I know who Ill be calling.

    Jesse came out to fix the PRV on my hot water tank. It was making a horrible banging noise while the water was running and kept me from hours of sleep.     I would highly recommend Bliss Plumbing. I called right when they opened with a clogged toilet. They understood my urgency, changed schedules and got someone to me in 2 hours.     We’ve had Bliss out to our home several times the past 7 years. Tony is my guy! We found out we had a plumbing leak after a crawl space inspection. It was in a wall without an access panel, a shower faucet leak. Mold, hardwood flooring in early stages of cupping, etc. Called Bliss, BOOM, Tony was here the next day. Tony is very personable, we felt comfortable having him in and under our home. But that’s just yadda yadda to some. But let me tell you, he knows his craft! He quickly diagnosed our problem, and conveyed why we had the problem in an easily understandable way. Further, he endured our challenging crawl space more than once. The result was a quickly and correctly resolved plumbing problem that allowed us to get the moisture and mold mitigation underway immediately, which is critical. Thank you, Tony, for being there for us. And thank you Bliss, for having the smarts to have Tony on your team!

    I called Bliss Plumbing after I found them on the Rinnai website, after getting a quote from another plumber. The first plumber quoted several replacement parts, which was very costly. Tony from Bliss came out and diagnosed the issue right away - all I needed was a larger condensate drain pipe and a routine service. This saved money and fixed my tankless water heater. They definitely know what they are doing and Tony is extremely knowledgeable and professional.

    My experience with Bliss Plumbing includes the purchase of a new Rheem Water Heater to replace an original 20 year old heater, and a subsequent warranty repair to replace the Rheem Control Unit. Both the install and the later repair were very positive experiences.Regarding the install, I was pleased that they accomodated me by removing the old heater and deferring installation of the new heater so I could patch a water damaged utility room ceiling and repaint the utility room -- a job that would otherwise be extremely difficult considering the tight space and 9 ceiling.The warranty repair performed by Tony was complicated by a defective spark igniter in the control unit replacement kit which prevented lighting the pilot light pending receipt of a new spark igniter. Rather than having us wait without hot water until the new part arrived, Tony lit the pilot manually and restored us with hot water. Besides demonstrating technical skill, Tony readily answered all my questions about the Rheem and the repairs he was performing.Jacquie and the Bliss scheduling personnel were also great. Their phone demeanor was friendly and email response was timely.

    I only have the highest regard and praise for Bliss Plumbing, its owner Joel, and his many employees, especially Tony, who helped me through some major issues with drain blockage and sewer line replacement. Every aspect of their work was timely, professional, and excellent. They used up to date equipment (line snakes with camera), compact bull dozer which I needed to access tight space getting into the backyard, quality supplies and kept me informed at every point.     Wow! I have no words other than how appreciative my family and I are to Bliss Plumbing. My husband and I purchased our dream Mid Century Home, and we were extremely excited for the journey in Charlotte. With long travel and days, I love a nice soak in our downstairs tub. Well to our surprise, we found out the tub would not drain & caused overflow leakage into the guest bedroom closet. Talk about a disaster!     Tony and his colleague Jesse did a wonderful job fixing our under-mount kitchen sink that had detached from the countertop. They were through in completely detaching the sink and all plumbing and then reattaching and sealing correctly, including installing a new garbage disposal. They also completed some minor repairs to two sinks in our primary bathroom. Tony noticed a few other minor plumbing updates to these sinks and repaired them on the same visit - things we may not have otherwise noticed but were great preventative maintenance to avoid larger issues down the road.     Tony came out promptly on time to replace an outside water spigot. We couldnt shut the water off. He explained to me most likely cause of the problem, leaving water hose hooked up in winter causing freezing in the spigot. He replaced our spigot and gave us some tips for later on.One especially good tip was telling us to buy and inexpensive water guage to make sure we werent running more than 60psi in our house, because we have some older brittle water lines that too high a psi can cause leaks in our house. When he showed me the water guage in action, our house was at 90psi. Tony explained in great detail what we needed to have replaced, and said when we get our email receipt there will be a quote (he gave me a ballpark estimate on the spot) for the next thing to do to keep our house safe.Prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. This problem may have been a blessing in disguise to help us fend off a bigger problem in the future.Second time weve used Bliss Plumbing. We will be using them again.
