These people are a miracle to find. Ive been dealing with water leakage for 3 months now... nobody wanted to help me. The HOA didnt want to come out to me because they thought my grass was too dry and it was an inside thing. Another company said they would have to dig up everyone yards to find the leak, and another company said they would have to use big machines and tear up everything all around my property to find the leak. This company came and looked for the leak, found the leak, and fixed the leak on the same day for a reasonable price. Excellent service. Wow!

My husband and I just finished a major renovation and added two full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms consisted of a large custom steam shower. We started planning this project about a year ago. After doing about six months worth of research on plumbers in the Charlotte Metro area we elected to use All About the Pipes. We called the office and spoke with Mary. She was incredibly nice and told us that she would have someone reach out to us soon as possible. Within an hour Chris, the owner of the company, called and we arranged a time for him to come out. I have to say that its not every day you have the owner of the company come out to look at a job. Chris was incredibly nice and took the time to look over our plans very closely. He made several suggestions and left us with a few options we never even considered. Within a few days Mary called and told me to check my email and that we should have received the proposal. The proposal was very thorough and very reasonably priced. We gave the thumbs up and they started a few weeks later. In one day his crew had both bathrooms rough plumbed. they are incredibly meticulous in all that they do and left the jobsite spotless. As soon as everything was finished they were here immediately and finished installing all of the fixtures. Chris took the time to walk the job and answered all of our questions. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect before he left. Everything turned out awesome! We are very happy customers and will not hesitate to call Chris and his team in the future. We have a fair amount of experience with this company and frankly we would never use anyone else in the wider Charlotte area. Mary patiently walked me through the many steps of a bathroom remodeling project. When the project took a sideways turn which was unrelated to Pipes work, Mary provided very helpful steps to get it back on course.I thoroughly enjoyed working with this company. They are knowledgeable, honest, professional and reasonable. If I could give them a six star rating, I would!!!

I had put in a bidet attachment but developed buyers remorse when this model turned out not to be very good. I installed it myself so figured I could uninstall it just as easily. I was incorrect; within the first five minutes, I had stripped the heads of the plastic bolts holding the seat on. Weve used All About the Pipes before with good results, and we like that theyre woman-owned. Alex came over within two hours of my calling them, removed the seat and bidet AND installed a replacement seat within TWENTY MINUTES. I was astonished. AATP is the real deal. Theyre our plumbers for life. Cant recommend them highly enough.

High-quality Installation went very well. Replaced a 12-year-old leaking gas water heater with a new Bradford White brand 50 gallon. Very happy with the results..Mary, the owner, is phenomenal, and Alex and Noah, the installers, are fantastic.Update March 2024: My faucet sink broke and water was going all over the place, so I called Mary, the owner, and she sent Noah to take out the old faucet and put in a new one I purchased. To my great dismay, the new one didn’t fit in the space properly. It is the only one currently available that even comes close to fitting in the very small tight space I have. I thought I wouldn’t be able to find any faucet to fit . I happened to have some packaged replacement parts to the broken faucet that I purchased when I first got my old faucet over 10 years ago, but didn’t think they would resolve the current issue. However, Noah saw that they would and got my broken faucet working again! There is nothing wrong with the exterior/appearance of my old faucet. It was just leaking from the inside. All About The Pipes saved the day! Incredible knowledge- Noah knew that my faucet was too old to have a cartridge and that the parts I had would actually resolve the issue! I am so grateful to this company! !!!

Sunday evening realized kitchen and bar sinks were having major draining issues. Submitted request via email. They called me first thing Monday morning and juggled their schedule to accommodate us. The tech, Dustin was great as was his colleague that also was there. Both followed Covid procedures. The owner was extremely helpful on the phone to help us too. Had a follow up visit the next morning and all went smoothly. Very dependable, prompt and quick to help us when we were having plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company. Good people.

They were also lower cost than two other estimates, so I chose them. The staff was very helpful and professional and patiently answered my many questions. We had 3 drains that were slow to drain. I had tried all I knew to attempt to clear them. Called All About the Pipes and Mike came the next day. Very knowledgeable and professional.. He explained all the steps he took to clear the issue. We have an older house with older plumbing so he finally was able to determine that the single blockage was affecting the two sink drains and the shower drain as well. By accessing the problem by way of the vent in the attic he cleared the obstruction with the result that all the drains are clear and emptying quickly and as they should.Mike was efficient and thorough, and I couldnt be more pleased with the work he did.Great job!

Chris and Mary are heroes! I was surprised to see my studio floor soaking wet this morning. Apparently, the master bathroom sink drain pipe in our older home had rusted completely through and all of the water my wife and I had used this morning had seeped through the floor to my studio below! All About the Pipes has been my first call for over a decade, and within an hour of my conversation with Mary, a plumber was on the way. And not just any plumber - all of theirs were on other jobs - so Chris, the owner of All About the Pipes showed up. Within an hour or so he had the P-trap replaced, had a new faucet installed, had cleared the water lines of air and reset our re-circulation system! I know full well that Chris had better things to do, and could have easily just put me on a wait list. But thats just not how they roll. And for that I am very grateful!

I was doing a small kitchen Reno and needed help moving a sink drain so I got multiple quotes from local plumbers and Dustin with all about the pipes was definitely the most knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. His quote was very fair for the work requested. Dustin also came the day of the work to make sure everything went smoothly. I have already scheduled to use them again!

We had a copper pipe major leak on Christmas day. Called AATP early the next morning and got a friendly receptionist who was able to quote me an approximate price to fix (ended up being ~10% below quoted (They also provide an additional $15 discount if youre on Angies list, which unfortunately Im not)). She was able to get the technician on-site within 30 minutes of my call. Technician was courteous and friendly, and quickly fixed the problem. Will be using them as my default plumber and highly recommend them to others looking for a good plumber.

I turned to AAP after a big name competitor told me my tankless water heater was dead and quoted me $10k in new equipment. AAP came out, determined that the water heater was repairable, ordered, expedited and installed the replacement part - a $45 replacement igniter. Dustin was friendly, professional and even went out of his way to make the repair late one afternoon to save us one more night without hot water. Will be using again.

I was referred to All About the Pipes by dozens of local families on a community facebook page and could not have been more pleased. They were prompt in coming out, quickly diagnosed a problem we had experienced for 2 years (and previous plumbers missed), and fixed the issue. Our technician even went above and beyond putting in a safety strap on part of the water heater where one was previously missing just because he noticed it wasnt there. Will absolutely be a repeat customer and happily refer others in the future.

We had a issue with our toilet that we wee having a difficult time resolving. We contacted All About the Pipes and they were exceptionally helpful, advising us on how to DIY the problem more efficiently. We also had to cancel and reschedule twice due to our work schedules and they were very accommodating and flexible. All About the Pipes clearly cares about what they do and their ultimate goal is to help the customer above all else. We were incredibly impressed with their demeanor, professionalism and responsiveness, and would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may come across. 5 stars!

Under full disclosure, All About the Pipes, is our one and only Charlotte plumbing digital marketing client. Weve actually turned away a far amount business as it wouldnt be fair to have conflicting opinions and priorities.Anywho, I had an issue with the ejector pump at my house, which weve just bought 2 months ago. Didnt even know what an ejector pump was until 2 days ago until I got the smell of...is that what I think it is, run to the trashcan smell. One of the perks of our fancy new house (outside of a broken ejector sewer pump and faulty wiring and lots of other pleasures) was a home warranty. So when this thing broke I called them up ASAP. They sent out these 2 pluming brain wizards who were planning and prepared to tear the whole thing out of the ground to the tune of $3500. Seemed a bit off especially because they didnt look at it but whatever. So I call my friend and client Chris w/ AATP up at 6:30 or so last night and he says be careful and dont do anything crazy...Ill be in there first thing in the morning. So, Chris shows up on time like he said and jumps into descrambling my crazy story Im telling him while hes tearing this pump apart. He immediately diagnoses the problem, which was a $30 part, goes and picks it up and installs it. All the while hes telling me how this system works and maintenance and all kinds of other plumbing related things in my house as well.Bottom line. In all aspects of your life, work with people that you know, like and trust. Chris and the entire team at All About the Pipes are true professionals. Dont waste your time with anyone else.
