Highly recommend Trade-Mark construction for any home project! We hired this company to remodel/finish our basement, along with replacement of our roof this past spring. The owner, Jon, is extremely easy to work with and knowledgeable. Just from a 30 minute assessment in our basement, he was able to design our plan/style on how the space would work best for our family, and within our budget. Jon has great eye for design and a huge reference for his clients. Each and every one of his hired crew were friendly, respectful and timely. As a woman with small children, I felt comfortable being at home during the renovation, which is a huge relief in this day in age. If there was something that we didnt care for, Jon was happy to address the problem, and it was fixed shortly after. Shout-out to Bob the carpenter, whose craftsmanship really made our basement one-of-a-kind. Also, Andrew, who is a Jack of all trades. I definitely consider us as lifetime clients for Trade-Mark construction!

We had extensive remodeling of an older home done by Trade-Mark Construction, including the conversion of attic space into an office and a significant demo and renovation of our entertainment room. We had our own vision for how a lot of the project would come out looking, and Trade-Mark was able to design custom builds that brought that vision to life! In addition to the knowledge and responsiveness the crew showed throughout the process, they were also all genuinely kind people who we looked forward to seeing each day and discussing the project with.Overall, we could not be happier with the finished product! The work done made our home look and feel new, and it increased the functionality & livability tenfold!! The combination of quality work and customer service make Trade-Mark easy to recommend!!!

Trade-Mark Construction just completed a major job for me which included a full kitchen remodel, hardwood floors on the entire first floor and up the stairs, a half-bath remodel, sanding and painting the ceilings, painting the entire first floor and new LED lighting, I was very pleased with ALL the work they did. Jon is a great guy to work with. He coordinated all of his people and the timing of the project went smoothly. Each person who came into my house to do a job was professional, prompt, friendly, patient, and very good at what they do. They answered all my questions in a kind and professional manner. They all had attention to detail, gave good suggestions, and made sure their work was done flawlessly. When Jon did the final walk through there was very little that needed touching up. At the end I was completely satisfied.

I originally had Trademark come out to give me an estimate on a new deck. I had a couple friends who were happy with their work. The owner, Jon, was very professional and was open and honest about our project. He had a lot of great suggestions and spent a lot of time discussing our different options when he came to the house. While he was here, we learned that his company also paints kitchen cabinets. We hired him on the spot and couldn’t be happier with our new cabinets. The kitchen looks great! We can’t wait for him to start our deck!

Trade-Mark Construction did some major remodeling in my home and every last detail turned out perfectly. I pay a lot of attention to detail and to be honest I am VERY hard to please. Jon made sure that everything was exactly as I wanted it down to the very last detail. We get compliments on his work from everyone that comes over and neighbors actually made a point to come over and comment on how nice our new exterior paint looked. There were multiple jobs inside my home that were CUSTOM done. Jon and his crew literally took drawings I had made and built my vision. He was also able to have his crew install central air in my home which has hot water heat and previously had no forced air. I had been told by other contractors that it was pretty much impossible and thanks to Jon and his crew we throughly enjoyed staying cool this summer! Overall I couldn’t be happier with their work and wouldn’t think of using anyone else for my future remodeling needs!

We were extremely pleased with the outcome of the tile installation of our family room and kitchen.Estimator Tim was very knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way.Bob was meticulous with the layout of the tile and did a beautiful job installing the tile and Will completed the job with the grout work, neat as a pin. The job took a little longer than expected but the end result was even better than we anticipated. Cant say enough!

We had a wind storm in Rome October 2020. I had shingles come off my roof that is only 5 years old. I called Trademark and they were there the next day and completed my damaged portion of the roof. I could not believe they were able to do it the next day. The communication from Jon was top notch. He kept me in the loop during the entire process. My husband and I need to replace the siding on our home and plan to do it in the Spring with Jon and his crew. Thank you again!

On August 19,2021 our area got estimates as high as 7 inches of rain. My sump pump was overwhelmed and I ended up with 6 inches of water in my basement. I tried all the Big Companies. They were overwhelmed by 7:00 am -A friend of mine gave me Jon Angaranos phone number, owner of TradeMark Construction Company. By 9:00 am he had a crew with pumps, water mitigation devices and a crew of very polite, ambitious workers that help us avoid thousands of dollars greater loss. Trademark dried out our flooded cellar and moved many of my wifes most valuable decorations and memorabilia into our garage and a POD where items could be evaluated. His carpenters replaced damaged wood work, replaced floors that only a picky person like myself could be satisfied with. I would highly recommend Trademark for any work you need in the construction/reconstruction trades.

I began painting my kitchen and noticed that there was rot around the sliding glass door. I am a single woman and didn’t know what to do. My friend recommended Trademark. They came in took care of the rot, mold and replaced my slider. I could not be happier. Being a young single woman I felt safe with the men in my home. Love this company! They have done everything for my house from fixing and preventing a flood issue, to siding my house after a tree fell on it, plumbing, electrical, fixing my deck, etc! The owner is upfront, honest, and willing to help me work within my budget. The workers are always pleasant and respectful while working inside and outside of my house whether I am present or not.

Trade mark was so great had a water damage in my home water heater broke within two hours 1am trademark was there drying my house out and pulling out flooring that was wet they even met with the insurence company and helped me get the claim and have it all settled. They showed up fast when my basement flooded due to sump pump failure. The water was removed quickly and they came back often to check the moisture levels in the wood and sheet rock. Management was professional and easy to talk to, and listened to my concerns as a customer.

Went through Trademark to have my basement redone after water damage occurred and have a shower added to my half-bath. Trademark was fantastic to work with, was always friendly and willing to answer any questions I had.
