    Called on a Saturday evening-Jack answered my call and said he could be out first thing Sunday morning. Great communication and did the job quickly and cleanly. Explained everything in detail and gave us a recommendation of when to have our tank pumped in the future. Great service and I think a very fair price for a Sunday morning septic tank cleaning.

    We called Jacks septic for a routine pumping of our tank. We had a scheduled date of Friday but he let us know if we had any other time they could come early. Tim called us Tuesday of that week because he was in the area and could fit us in before he went home.He was very knowledgeable and professional and we will definitely be using them again in the future!

    Jackā€™s is Amazing!!! I left a message for a call back before they opened, Jack called me back shortly after. We were able to have our tank pumped within a couple of hours.     On a Friday afternoon I discovered my septic was backing up into my house. I called Jack and he answered promptly and said he could come by maybe today but definitely tomorrow. He called back a little later and explained it would have to be tomorrow. We discussed prices. He and Tim arrived Saturday morning and quickly and professionally took care of the problem.     My name is Steve Haskins and my septic service recently backed up flooding my yard and popping the lid off the septic tank being new to having a septic system I called mr. Rooter who came out quickly walked in my yard look at the tank lid and without doing anyting told me that my tank was junk it had collapsed on itself and I needed a new one at the tune of $5,000 plus. Thank God I did not jump and have them do it as I called jacks septic hoping to get a slightly better price. Explaining my situation and everything I was told to Jacks septic knowing I had children in the home Jack himself promptly came to my house late in the day looked and informed me he needed to pump tank to know more at which point having driven the pump truck to look at my situation he proceeded to pump and clean tank as well as give it a good inspection at which point he informed me my tank was small but in good shape šŸ‘Œ saving me thousands and thousands of dollars which we did not really have but were ready to spend as we had no choice in such a circumstance long story short my septic system is now working wonderful for about $500 instead of$5,000+ Thanks to a honest family business my daughter who is graduating this year will still have all of the things that she deserves as I didnt have to spend all that money! I just wanted everyone else to hear my story and know that this man and his company saved my childs graduation summer !     The only septic service well use! They installed a new leach field for us 15 years ago and have pumped out our tank every few years since. This time around we waited a little too long and they squeezed us in on a holiday weekend with 24 hours notice before we had an expensive emergency on our hands. We appreciate that kind of service.     Jack doesnt provide the service I need, but he was wonderful and very pleasant. I have a number of sewer and plumbing issues and he was very helpful.     I woke up to a backed up septic tank so I called Jacks right when as they opened at 8 am on a Saturday. 5 hours later they were pulling out of my driveway! How is that for turn around. About half a hour before they arrived I was given a call to tell me that he was on his way. Im the type to just stand and wait by the window so I do appreciate that call. The guy that came to do the work has clearly done this for some time his professionalism and great attitude are a testament to that. He was very very informative and was able to explain some solution to a few issues I see with our drain field (unrelated to the back up). His knowledge went way beyond just a vac truck technician this guy knew his stuff. The service was done fast and with no issue but had issues arrived i had complete trust in this guys knowledge and ability deal with. I am very happy I called Jacks. Waking up to a back up is something no one want to do but if you find youself in that situation just call Jacks make some coffee and relax because you made the right call.

    On a Sunday at 3am I entered a request for service on their web portal. Jack called me early that Sunday and we talked through the concerns, he assessed the situation and because it wasnā€™t a dire emergency, we scheduled him to come out that week. They ultimately pumped the tank, pressure washed the lines, replaced a baffle and distribution box to get the system back up and running properly! The crew was professional and friendly, with a high quality of work and attention to detail, they were even great with my 3 year old who was very interested in the excavator! Tim specifically was an absolute wealth of knowledge who has been in the business for many years, and helped educate me on what he was doing and why. Highly recommend!

    I contacted Jack via email on Sunday afternoon and he called me within an hour of my email. He was able to come out to my home the following morning and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. He would text me with updates and discussed the issue, plan and price before performing any service.     I have a septic tank for the first time and I really didnt know what I was doing. I didnt know how filled it was or where it was even located. I called Jacks because of the good reviews and I am so glad I did. He was responsive and easily communicated through text. He didnt just set up an appointment with me, he explained how I could locate my septic tank, find out its depth, and dig out the cover so I could check inside to see its current status.When the team arrived they got right to work. They didnt just suck out the slug but also used water to scrub it clean where they could. A really, really thorough job. They also answered any questions I had. I even showed them my yard where I thought the septic might be affecting it and they explained how everything works and not to worry.I will 100% contact them for all septic needs in my future.     Jacks is AWESOME! We are currently having an issue with our septic, and we tried to called Hahns, who worked on our septic back in November, but theyre not open on Sundays, so we called Jacks. Got an answer right away, and we got help, over the phone, so we know what our issue is and how to fix it. We were helped, over the phone, and not charged one single penny. We have now found our new septic company, and we will be calling Jacks for any future maintenance, and problems we have. Great service, by great people.     Jack himself the owner came to our house at 8pm on a Saturday to remedy our problem. He brought his right hand man Tim who was fantastic. We didnt know where our tank was and it didnt have a vent so they had to spend 2+ hours digging in the backyard with an excavator to find it. They damaged some pipes searching for the tank which they fixed at no charge. Jack and Tim were nothing but absolute gentlemen and professionals the whole night. They were here until almost 2am.     We had a plugged mainline causing a backup into the house. Nightmare! I saw that Jack had five stars and figured weā€™ll give him a shot. I was extremely surprised how fair he was on the price. Most others that I called that afternoon were charging a very high rate. Plus he worked late and made it to the house that evening. Very knowledgeable of the business and good to talk with.     When our septic backed up into the house we called 5 companies (on a Friday) to come and pump the tank. Of the 3 that replied only Jacks could come the next day. After the tank was pumped the line was still clogged. They have a water jet built in as part of the same truck. It was an additional cost but worked. Both Jack and Dan were personable and had good dispositions. We will definitely contact them again should the need arise.

    My leach field started backing up last week in my new house so I asked a few of my neighbors who they used and and they suggested Jacks, it seemed as if most people in my neighborhood depend on Jacks for their septic pumping and repairs. Jack personally came out and explained how my system works and showed me where the tree roots had damaged my system. Knowing I was a single mom, Jacks techs came out and installed a whole new system on a Saturday. Come to find out Jack installed my grandparents system 15 years ago and they are still very pleased with his quality of work.     I had my septic backup multiple times over a couple month period. The company I was calling to have the issue resolved, would clear the immediate issue, but did not seem to be concerned with the root cause, which turned out to be a septic tank that was in need of pumping. I decided to call Jacks Septic, just to give another company a try, and could not have been more impressed. I had scheduled for them to come out within a week, however my septic backed up a day after calling them. Jacks then managed to get out to my home the very next day and address my issues. Not only did they expose and pump my septic tank, they explained what they were doing, what was causing my problems, and how to prevent them in the future. I could not have been more impressed the job Jacks Septic did, and all the workers were both friendly and extremely professional. I have used a few other companies for my drain/septic issues, but the service and responsiveness of Jacks Septic shows why they have been in business for so long, and have true experience dealing with these sorts of issues.

    My experience with Jacks Septic started with a septic problem at my house on a Saturday morning. Sewage had backed up into the bathtub in the basement bathroom and I immediately called the septic service we had worked with for many years, Mathieson Septic in Marcellus, NY. We actually waited the entire day on Saturday for Mathieson to call back but they never called. I dont like hiring new contractors because I have been burned too many times by contractors more interested in their bottom line than doing good work. Notwithstanding, by the time Sunday morning rolled around, our situation was deteriorating and we needed to take action. I called Jacks and scheduled an appointment for Sunday morning. Jacks Septic Service performed with integrity, honesty, and excellence. An example of their honesty and integrity follows: During the pumping process, they had technical problems with their pump and were not able to remove the last few inches of sewage from our tank. They informed me of the problem and reduced the bill accordingly. It actually took them a lot longer than normal to pump the tank because of the problem with their pump. Other contractors would have probably wanted to charge more because it took longer. In addition, I was expecting to get gouged on pricing because they were making a Sunday service call. I did pay a premium for Sunday service but I feel like the pricing was fair. In short, they fixed the problem, got my septic system back online for a reasonable price, and earned a new customer in the process. It turns out that Mathieson finally called us back around 9:30 on Monday morning long after everything was fixed. I have nothing bad to say about Mathieson but Ill be switching to Jacks in the future. I would rather support Jacks because I know they will be there for us if we have problems during off hours.

    I called Jacks Septic yesterday because I have a sewer back up in my basement. I really didnt know what to do as this is the first time this has happened in the 30 yrs we have been living here. He advised me to call the city to see if they would come out and do a free flush on the outside line by the street. The city came out and flushed the line and the problem was solved.In saying all this, Jacks Septic proved to be an honest company. He could have really taken advantage of the situation because I truly did not know what to do and he knew that. He could have came out and charged me $75 for a house just to tell me to call the city.
