    My usual plumber was too busy now I have a new plumber these guys came the next day and completed a water heater removal and install expeditiously and performed good work in less than an hour! Thanks to Brian and his helper Im calling these guys from now on. The quoted estimate is exactly what I paid.

    I was able to get an appointment quickly. The woman that took my information was very nice, she was also able to give me an estimate. The day I had my Appointment the plumber was able to fix the leaky faucet instead of having to replace it saving me quite a bit of money! Thank you I definitely recommend!!

    I had to replace a gas valve and pilot assembly. They initially charged me $718. For the part they asked for $485 and for the service they charged $180. First off, the part is only $250. The markup they charged was approximately 100%. Second, I had explained the issue to them. And the part they should bring.  I was instructed to take pictures and videos of the issue so that the technician could bring the part while he was coming and only bill me for the time to replace the valve and pilot assembly. Unfortunately, the technician did not bring the necessary part and did not even see the images and videos I sent. Thus, they overcharged me for labor also. I feel like  Ive been taken advantage of literally. Cost of the complete tank is $1600. The amount billed to me for a simple issue is $718. Please do not do business with this company.UPDATE: I called them and told them they might have charged the wrong price for the part, which is around $200-$250 online. They called me the next day, fixed their mistake, and charged me only $285 for the part. Their customer service was excellent. I still cant give them 5 stars since if I hadnt recognized and called them about the mistake, I would have been overcharged now. You should absolutely double-check the receipt with this company and all other companies.

    I had a hot water tank replaced and they did an amazing job. We have also had the lines to the washer replaced and they did an amazing job as well. Prices are fair and the quality is extremely high. Plus you can talk to a plumber before they come to your house if necessary not just an appointment setter. They deserve 5 stars!

    My goodness, I wish I hired Syracuse plumbing first! I had another company in my area that I thought I would give my business. Big mistake. I called an environmentalist as my building sits on a slab, we thought something was wrong with the earth underneath. Had to hire an environmentalist to find the origin. After his inspection he showed us where the plumbers didnt seal an Apex pipe behind the laundry room sink. This caused constant Water to fill up entire area. It was a nightmare. Which caused black mold! I had to vacate my home and live in a Hotel!. Then my insurance company dropped me and would not reinstate the policy or write us a new one either. I decided to call Syracuse Plumbing, whom I had used before at my rental property in Syracuse. They did a great job, so why not give them a call? Syracuse Plumbing came out here almost immediately. They did the job in a timely manner, fixed it right! They are just amazing. Their knowledge and expertise smacks of true professionals. Very refreshing. I will be hiring Syracuse Plumbing for any other needs that I might have in the future. Additionally, I will absolutely 100% pass on the good word of how great their work is, fair pricing and honesty . Judith A Santimaw

    We had a full break in our master drain pipe in our basement rendering us from being unable to shower, flush toilets, and use any running water. From another plumbing agency in Syracuse, we were quoted at low $4000ish for the base repairs and an additional $3000 for the additional work to repair our downstairs bathtub drain and the laundry machine pump/drain. we got the second quote from Syracuse plumbing for roughly $5000 for everything. They worked incredibly efficiently (to quote one of the guys, we are going to work ourselves out of a job!) and still came in nearly $1000 less than their own quote, final total for low $4000 for the master drain pipe replacement, downstairs tub drain pipe repair, toilet repair, and laundry pump/pipe replacement. all of that work was down in 2 days. we had our master pipe replaced allowing for upstairs shower usage and sink usage within the first day. Super polite, super fast, excellent prices. Thank you guys very much and I hope you get some more business. I would gladly call them again and highly recommend them.

    Brian from Syracuse Plumbing was excellent. Very professional. He arrived at the time expected. He gave me excellent advice regarding an old faucet in the basement. He did a wonderful job. Also, every time I called during business hours someone answered the phone. I would highly recommend Syracuse Plumbing.

    I was told by another company that I needed my hot water tank replaced and they quoted me $2270. Brian from Syracuse Plumbing then came over and informed me that I did not need my hot water heater replaced right away and that when I did, they would do it for $1550. So my water is still hot, and I know who to call when I do actually need to get it replaced. Thank you for your honesty.

    Very happy with Syracuse Plumbing. Called Monday morning with what seemed potentially a serious problem. They were able to come out within a few hours and fixed the problem quickly and cheaply. And the plumber wore a mask and was nice. Excellent all the way around. My best experience with a plumber in many years.

    Brian came out to address a leaky tub and dealt with a couple of other minor issues while he was there. What we really appreciated was how he took the time to walk us through the plumbing throughout the house and talk to us about what had been done, what might need doing etc. Really approachable and patient; we will definitely call SP for future plumbing needs!

    My experience with Syracuse Plumber was exceptional, they showed up on time to replace shower fixtures and a sink faucet in the basement. They were great to work with, and worked extremely efficiently and cost me less than I was initially quoted. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely be in contact with them for any future needs.

    Other plumbers wouldnt even look at the actual problem with my bathtub faucet/handles, and just wanted to demo the whole thing. Or they saw that it was a 1920s tub and wouldnt even come to look at it. One plumber didnt want such a small job.Brian from Syracuse Plumbing was amazing. He fixed the leaking faucet handle, he installed a new toilet and kitchen faucet, and fixed one other toilet for about 20% of what the other plumber had actually quoted. He was very professional, and courteous with masking (better than I did, because Im not used to it in my house, sorry!).Im eternally grateful, thanks!

    I have had a great experience with them recently. They are professional, knowledgeable and reasonable. I had an issue with the kitchen facet which I thought it needs to be completely replaced. It was the supply line AND facet. They quickly replaced the line and called MOEN . for replacement. BTW when MOEN says buy it for life , trust them , it is for life .The plumber was Frank and he was great. I bet they are all good. The lady who answer the phone and makes appointment is SO sweet.

    This place is incredible no wonder why they’ve been in business for 40 years. I am not easily impressed, but with this company the price is right . The plumber was very professional and polite. And they don’t try to rip you off like most of the companies in Central new York that do plumbing.

    My hot water heater died the week before Christmas. The plumber I regularly use was unable to help me. Syracuse plumbing was very responsive. Shelly was wonderful on the phone. John was here within 2 hrs to assess what was needed and then returned 4 hrs later to replace the hot water heater and shut off valve. Worked quickly quietly and cleaned up after themselves. Price was fair.I believe I have a new plumber.
