Wow! What an amazingly professional place. This wife-husband team is top notch. I brought an antique glass to them that was inside a window sash. The other glass businesses in the area turned me down even over the phone! They said they won’t remove anything inside a window sash because the glass will shutter. Well, Martin said, bring it and I’ll let you know. When I brought it to him, he said ‘I’m good in what I do so expect a good result.’ Well he was absolutely right! Him and his talented and sweetest wife were able to get not one, not two, but all three pieces out of this single window sash! And the price was great too. These people are super professional but charge like great human beings. Not rip offs. I STRONGLY recommend taking your glass projects to this business. 1000% satisfaction. Absolutely amazing! Every time I call for a window replacement martin & his wife are always available. They come & measure the window, & come back some hours later with the glass to be installed. I had work so unfortunately I had to leave, but they are super trustworthy people! They locked my house up for me, & texted me & let me know they left & everything was complete! Well worth the money, & customer service is a plus.

We needed 2 VERY large sheets of plate glass to protect an 8 foot 100 year old oak table and a 6 foot 50 year old Danish Modern teak executive desk. After reading online reviews of several providers we chose Martins Glass from the uniformly excellent commentary and our experience was no different.Martin is quickly responsive, pleasant and professional and provides exceptional quality glass work. Our table is so large ( 8 1/2 ft ) and oval ended ... no 90 degree angles there ... that he indicated hed need to sub-contract that large piece out. He contacted us after a couple weeks and informed us the contractor could not provide the piece. Martin then said he would fabricate it himself. It turned out amazing !We are pleased to state 5 star highest recommendation for Martins and will revisit his services for future needs. Thanks, Martin !

Every once in a while I get a broken window, due to living next to a golf course. Some of the usual places I went for window repair are no longer in business. I called around after doing some research, and Martin was the only one who could fix my window in 24 hours. All the other places said it could be 1 week to 3 weeks to get the glass ordered. Martin did an excellent job on my window and was extremely professional and friendly. Ill be giving my neighbors who also live near the golf course his business card. You pay a little more to get your window fixed quickly, but its well worth it. Thank you, Martin.

We called Martins on a Friday when the glass in our woodstove broke. Not only did he replace the glass, he insulated the door and replaced stripped screws on it. He and his wife stayed late until we arrived to be sure it was replaced that same night. Awesome service you dont find much these days. And the price was very reasonable! We’ve used Martin’s Glass for several projects over the past 5 years. A couple weeks ago I ordered a piece of glass for a shelf. When I got it home, I realized that I had ordered the wrong size. Completely my own mistake. I called to see if the piece I purchased could be recut and instead of risking that, Martin cut me a new piece at no charge even though they have it clearly posted that returns aren’t accepted for custom orders. The shelf looks great and I am so appreciative of the excellent product and service.

Amazing service! I called Martin on a Sunday to repair a high efficiency Pella window and he was nice enough to let me drop the window off after hours and finished the window less than 24 hours. Living in the middle of nowhere, it was worth the hour drive for the professional and expedited service. I called other places in Utica and Oneida and was quoted more money and a week to get the work done and window ordered so this was by far superior service. Martin was very friendly and very accommodating even when I showed up almost an hour later than I said I would. Would rate greater than 5 stars if I could and definitely would use again.

This glass and mirror shop has all the skills,make custom mirrors,custom Table top,Martin can bevel,he has a custom diamond 💎 polish machine for edging, no one else has.He does all his own fabrication to his orders.He buys his stock in large sheets,cuts them to size. I have my own beveling machine.If u needed a custom cut table top either out of 1/4 or 3/8 thickness, I can bevel or diamond cut polish as long as its under a 48 x 130 .I have it in stock, can cut, and have it ready for you the same day if needed.So remember who the one,the only, the legend, can do this for you and if you up ask very nicely, I mite just be able to deliver@ no charge,if the spirits are all aligned correctly that day.In the city ,or close by!!ThanksMartinMartins Glass

I travelled to Syracuse for some shopping so I decide to reach out and see if Martin would be able to repair an antique mirror that our local glass repair shop in Corning gave me a quote and then changed price three times and then said they would have to out source the work.I literally have never had such GREAT customer service in years . He did my mirror same day service so I didnt have to make a second trip to pick it up from Corning . It is superior work and I couldnt be happier with the quality of his work. He allowed me to pick up after business hours to be even more accommodating to my time shopping in Syracuse.If I need any other glass repair I will travel back to Syracuse. Super convenient, fast service and super friendly. Originally I had a price quote for replacement fire resistant glass for my fireplace elsewhere but when I showed up to place the order the price skyrocketed so I started looking elsewhere which is when I found Martins glass & mirror. I needed to have two windows repaired recently (broken double pane) and was really at a loss as to where to go. This isnt something Ive needed in the past so I did some research and found Martins. After speaking with Martin I planned to bring them to him the next day. Upon removal of one of the damaged windows early the next morning I ran into a huge problem; I really screwed up the removal and damaged it further. I called Martins before 8am expecting a machine and to my suprise Martin answered and walked me through the problem on the phone. He was also able to make an emergency visit and help me out before his scheduled work that day. I cant tell you what a relief that was and how pleased I was with his concern and quality of work. Martin is a true professional and knows his business thoroughly. Highly recommended and will be a permanent customer. Martin also explain why the damage occurred and how to avoid it with my other windows. Much easier now to repair than replace when you know the right professional!
