    Our sump pump stopped working on a Saturday night and we had 4-5 inches of standing water in our crawl space. Josh was here within an hour when we called Sunday morning. He then had the problem diagnosed and pump replaced in minimal time. Less than 2 hours total time. I have been charged much more for less by previous plumbers. I will be calling for any future problems.

    Shout out to DBR Plumbing!! We called last Saturday as hot water heater was not working. Dan got us replacement parts on Monday and had the gas valve replaced same day! Today it stopped working again! Called Dan and a half hour later his tech came out to replace the burner assembly!!We thank them for their quick service knowing how busy they are!! And shout out to Beach & Matt!!

    DBR Plumbing is my go-to service, and they never disappoint. Called them for a slow / clogged drain (an ongoing issue in this old house) and they picked up on my first call and immediately scheduled a visit for the next day. Josh and Jeep called ahead, showed up on time, and made quick work of assessing the issue and fixing it. Quick, friendly, efficient, professional, and all with a sense of humor and kindness. Dont call anywhere else!

    Wonderful experience with DBR. Their technician, Manny, was dispatched the very same day I called.. Manny is an articulate, friendly young man who took care of my plumbing problem with ease.     Amazing amazing amazing! Thank you Josh Irving for working hard and getting our drains open and fixed. So personable and good humor within the job and made it enjoyable while I was observing and monitoring his work in my basement.     Manny was here and performed both tasks quickly and efficiently. He explained what he was doing and how he was doing it. Both repairs went off without a hitch. During the time he was here he displayed a competent attitude. We felt very comfortable knowing that DBR sent the person who could solve our problems. We would recommend this young man, as well as DBR very highly. Turn around time was less than 24 hours, tasks completed at a reasonable charge. We have only the best things to say about Manny and DBR as a whole - will use them again.

    I called around 8 am and the DBR Van pulled up within an hour and a half or so, which is pretty quick in my book considering this was no emergency. Josh and his apprentice William were very friendly, polite, and explained everything in detail. It took just about 20 minutes for them to clear my problem once they assessed the situation. I would indeed do business with them again and highly recommend others, too as well.

    Great turnaround time. The job ended up being bigger than expected, but Josh was polite, professional, and hardworking the whole time. He took time to make sure the job was done right, including testing for leaks at the end. We definitely plan to continue using DBR!

    Our furnace stopped working and since we have used DBR Plumbing in the past for our plumbing needs we decided to contact them for our furnace repair. HVAC service started about 4 months ago with DBR and we very pleased with the service. DJ came to our home the same day and found the issue very quickly. He was a very nice and knowledgeable man and I would highly recommend him and his company for HVAC and Plumbing needs.

    Holiday weekend and they were the only ones I could get to return a call and/or come out that day. Lester was great! Super friendly and kept me informed the entire time. He even let me know when he was on his way back with the new water heater. The whole thing from talking to him on the phone to the job being completed took 2 maybe 2.5 hours tops. Will definitely call them again if needed.

    The technicians were courteous, prompt and professional. A kitchen faucet was installed and instruction given on lighting a pilot light on my hot water heater. They cleaned the work area very well after installation. I would highly recommend DBR. Their prices were competitive. I will use them again without hesitation.

    They are always on time, get the job done right, fairly priced, and leave the house looking clean. I have never had a problem getting a quick appointment for non-emergencies. We started using DBR when our regular plumber retired and said they are the best. We agree.

    I randomly chose this company from good reviews, big company and their office/shop is located close by to my residence. I’m a young new home owner in an older style home and was shocked to see a clog in the main drain line in 4 months.. Having tenants, I jumped on the phone with A dispatcher.Will and John did a great job in a timely manner cleaning the drain line. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

    Called this morning because our basement was flooded. They called very promptly back and were able to send someone out right away. Ask for Harry if you call. He is super nice, and did a fantastic job. He also was very quick and made sure everything was at 100% before leaving. Furthermore, he instructed us to call the city on a water meter issue he noticed while working on our other problem. Great service, and very nice people from start to finish. Will definitely be calling DBR with any more issues.

    I called around 830 on Sunday, July 5 to explain that I have a clogged drain and I used at 50ft snake in the main drain in the basement but was unsuccessful.I Got a call back from Josh shortly after and was told that he would find a technician within the hour. He called me back within 30 min and told me he wasn’t able to find one and he would arrive within 20 min. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, and took care of the clogged drain within an hour.He was very professional, polite, and educated me on drainage issues. He was awesome and gained a customer for life. I would highly recommend them.

    Sewer backed up into the basement and I needed help fast, water was everywhere...called DBRs 24 hour phone number and spoke with a very nice young lady who passed my info along to dispatch. I had a call back within 10 minutes (from Dan, also very nice) and he had a crew out to the house within 15 minutes! Josh and John were fantastic, they saved the day in no time at all! These guys were punctual, professional, extremely pleasant to work with and explained everything as they went so I didnt have any surprises as they got the job done. And as bad as I thought the bill was going to be...it was really quite affordable for what they had to do. I would definitely recommend DBR Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work done, especially in an emergency situation like mine.     Mr Ruiz was fantastic! He was very thorough, explained what was needed and got the job done in one hour. Pricing was fair for emergency evening service.I would hire DBR again in a minute! My sewer pipe had backed up, and needed service right away, I tried calling Roto rooter and Mr Rooter first(mistake on my part) no call back from Roto until the next day and no one at Mr Rooter even answered .     My hot water tank didnt work. I called another plumber that I use for my furnace, air conditioning, etc. and they couldnt come until the following day. I then called DBR plumbing and they not only came the same day but installed a new hot water tank that day. John B. who did the installation was very professional and did a great job! He also gave me tips on other plumbing issues in my house. I later found out that I got a great price on the new hot water tank.     I used DBR to fix a leaking toilet in a new house I purchased in Chittenango. Turns out, the leak wasnt fixed. DBR sent another guy over and fixed it, only charging me for parts. Very good company to deal with, even if minor issues arrive after the work was done. I recommend them and would use them again if needed.

    I have used DBR Plumbing over the years and have found their service to be of high integrity, fast on the job and no come backs.Knowing that you can call a plumbing outfit and be charged at a reasonable rate is what it is all about in my thinking.     First time I have used DBR Plumbing. Good experience. Josh was very courteous and was happy to answer all my questions. Had to replace a leaking Moen kitchen faucet. Bought a Koehler and hope it’s better quality. Moen only lasted 6 years. Granted, while this was not a huge plumbing issue, I was favorably impressed with Josh and his knowledge and amiable personality. I will be calling them again in the future for any additional plumbing work I need.

    Ive been doing business with DBR for over 20 years. Dans crews are always prompt, courteous, clean, and experienced. I called this week to get some routine plumbing projects done - no emergency - just install a toilet and fix another. I was presently surprised to get an appointment right away. Best part was the early morning appointment I got from JB.Awesome for us working folks. JB was in and out early - did all that I wanted and took care of the inevitable extras that came up. I do indeed recommend DBR plumbing and will certainly call on them again when I need to.

    Top notch company from my first call until service completion. I called with a drainage backup and spoke to Kelly, she was very personable, understanding and really put me at ease about getting someone to me ASAP!     We purchased an older home, DBR responded quickly to our call. They replaced all the old galvanized piping, installed the toilet and vanity in the bathroom and the shower fixtures. They were very timely and professional also efficient. They were younger technicians but had very good leadership, the owner was responsive and supportive with his crew.
