I have had the pleasure of hiring Stewart Plumbing twice now. Not only does Zach provide top notch service, but works with customers to fit any and every need. Ian has been our plumber each time and has fixed each issue with the utmost expertise everytime. Also he is very personable and has worked with me now each time to make sure timing was perfect. I could not recommend this company enough.

I had a leak before the meter and contacted this company. Very professional and set up a date and approximate time to have it fixed. They even gave me advise for a temporary fix. Ian came out and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

I had the pleasure of working with Zach multiple times and I couldnt be more satisfied with the service provided. Zachs exceptional skill and speed were evident from the moment he arrived. He not only completed the work promptly but also took the time to thoroughly explain why each step was necessary, which I greatly appreciated.Initially, he arrived at my house to clear a clogged drain that I had given up on after multiple hours of work. Zach was able to clear it in less than an hour, while giving me tips and tricks the entire time. He taught me many things to keep the drain flowing smoothly until I could replace my aging pipes.When it came time to replace my drains, Zach was the first person I called. I got quotes from others and Zachs quote was fair and I knew he was the man for the job.The work was done nearly a year ago, and I havent had a single issue since. Zachs expertise ensured that everything was fixed correctly the first time. Had Zach come out last fall to repair and update some fixtures and pipes in our new house and he was quick to get here and did an awesome job. Had another issue unexpectedly pop up recently and he had his new business partner Ian come out to get it all squared away. Both of them are great to work with and will be considering them my go-to plumbers from here on out.

We had a sewer line that was partially clogged by a tree root. We thought it had to be replaced, but Zach and Ian examined the entire line with a camera and were able to grind out the root. Zach expertly explained what he saw on the screen as well as a number of possible options which was very reassuring. He is clearly a master plumber and problem solver and we will only call Zach in the future for plumbing issues. Both he and Ian were highly professional and a pleasure to work with.

I called on Tuesday and Ian and Zack came out the next day to repair my gas line. I had hot water on Wednesday. The compassion shown was amazing. My daughter was having surgery and they made sure we had hot water so she could take a shower with medication before surgery: great team, QUALITY work, and fair pricing.

Stewart Plumbing was fabulous! Zach replaced a hot water heater for us after ours got flooded. He installed a tankless water heater that works great! Zach responders immediately when we called him. As soon as he got the parts he worked tirelessly to get us up and running with hot water. He was courteous, hard working, and very tolerant of our dogs , who wouldnt leave him alone! We are so happy we called him! Hes even checked in to make sure we had no questions or issues. We HIGHLY recommend Stewart Plumbing.

Stewart plumbing came to my home this evening to fix my toilet which had been leaking for several days. Zach showed up at a convenient time for me after I got out of work and was very kind and informative and took the time to explain what was wrong. He worked hard and quickly to ensure that the only toilet in our home was up and running for me as a single mom and my 2 daughters. He came within hours of my phone call and didn’t leave me hanging as many repair places do. He cleaned up his work area and everything was nice and new and working perfectly and encouraged me to call him if I had any future issues. Zach came to my friends rental home to unclog bathroom vent pipe. I thought he would have to be cut off and replace. He was able to get a snake down through to open it up. We were referred to Zach by a good friend after we found a leak in our basement. Even under time constraints (I had to go to work), he quickly did some troubleshooting, isolated the problem, ran some diagnostics, went to the store and found the replacement part, replaced it, checked things were working, and even gave me guidance on my tankless water heater! Very thorough, professional, and a good listener. We will use him for our future needs.

This is your first and last call! I come home on a recent Friday and find my basement floor is soaked because of a faulty Sump Pump. I called two other places, no answer. I call Zach, and hes there in 30 minutes, fixing the sump. Great guy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable about his craft. Lastly, prices are extremely fair and he lets you know an estimate up front. I wont be calling any other plumber again!!

First things first, Mr. Stewart is a Master plumber, and teaches the next generation of plumbers, giving back to the community. This isnt a guy trying to run a good enough grift. He did extremely good work, with an extremely good price. I expected to pay at least twice as much for the amount of work Mr. Stewart did in 4 hours. He installed my fridge water line, copper tubing and a shut off valve, installed my kitchen sink plumbing and brought the 1961 existing plumbing into the 21st century, and used food-grade sealants and modular pieces that can easily be removed/serviced if needed, also snaked my galvanized drain since it was draining too slowly. He also fixed a leak in my dishwasher inlet line, and added a new shutoff valve since my main house shut off valve is so old it wasnt closing completely. He will do as many things in a single trip as possible to avoid multiple trip charges. Right as he was leaving, my extremely old hot water heater had overheated (i prefer scalding showers) and the relief valve was stuck open spraying water everywhere. He knew exactly what to do and taught me what to do, so when it happened again I was able to mitigate it myself and not pay for emergency plumber visits. When I get a new hot water heater and eventually remodel my bathrooms no question Ill be using Mr. Stewart again.

Picture it- Thanksgiving Day, Camillus, 2023. I came downstairs in the morning, after hours of cleaning and food prepping the day before, to find standing water in my hallway. *Insert panic.* My downstairs powder room toilet was overflowing and seeping dirty water all over my first floor hallway and I had no clue why. After frantically Googling plumbers who were open on holidays, I was left empty-handed, devastated, and sure that my family (who were already on their way from Pennsylvania) would have to turn around and go home hungry and disappointed. Luckily, after some calls, Zach came to my rescue! He showed up within an hour, was able to diagnose the issue, and fix my backed up sewer drain pipe. He even cleaned around the base of my toilet and re-caulked it which was, to me, going significantly above and beyond. If I ever have another plumbing issue, I wont even think about calling someone else! Thanksgiving was saved, and Stewart Plumbing gained a loyal customer.
