We just bought a house and sure enough within the first few days of moving in, our basement floor drain starts backing up late at night. Gave Roto-Rooter a call and they sent out a tech, Joey, who was awesome! He got to our home in less than 45 minutes and went straight to work, explaining everything to me in a reassuring manner. As you would expect, I was pretty stressed out, but Joey was great and really eased my anxiety by how professional and thorough he was. He worked incredibly hard and cleared the drain for us and more importantly, really helped set my new homeowner mind at ease with his work. Thank you Joey and Roto-Rooter!
