L & H Construction, under Luis Chavez and his wonderful crew, remodeled a large room for us in preparation for my aging mother to move in.This remodeling included adding a (wheelchair accessible) bathroom, beautiful tile work both in the bath and kitchen areas, two new windows, three interior doors and one exterior door. Such work demanded a wide variety of abilities - exemplifying talents. We could not have been more pleased with the many crew members making all this possible; each were very friendly, courteous, hard-working, and talented.... a joy to have working in our home. Luis ,and his son-in-law Tony, were organized contractors, good communicators and very helpful whenever a glitch arrived in our plans: their experience and know-how evident. The entire project moved quickly, with a large crew showing up each day and working hard; therefore, the project finished much sooner than we could ever had hoped for! My husband and I would highly recommend your using this construction firm for your future needs.... we certainly will be!

You would be crazy not to hire Luis as a contractor.He is always on time, has people here when he says he will, always picks up his phone to answer any question I have regarding our renovation. His workers are polite and very skilled.I grew up in a family business of Contracting and I can be very particular but the integrity Luis has is next to none.I would recommend LCH Contracting to anyone who is looking for quality work by a man with so much integrity!
