We had an emergency on New Years Day---power outage in most of the mobile home but no circuit breakers flipped, so nothing I could do. It was pretty cold and without power the furnace doesnt work so getting electricity back could not wait.Scott came out quickly and diagnosed the problem. He had to go get parts because this is an antique home; he got back quickly, got the repair made, and power was back on.He really saved the day!

Robert came out on last minute notice on a Friday evening, and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. He went above and beyond to go and pick up the parts on Friday night, and then returned first thing on Saturday AM to finish the job (my choice as it was dark and he had to go on the roof - he was willing, but I said wait until Sat. AM) Everything was up and working by 10AM Sat! He was very knowledgable, and got things done quickly and correctly. Plus he was very nice and polite! I will use them again for sure! Used this company to install a new 300 amp electrical service. If you choose this company for your project, I highly recommend you request Robert and his coworker Steph to be your service team. These two guys have excellent customer-focused attitudes and strong work ethics. They were able to work concurrently on wiring up the house and auxiliary buildings while the PNM contractor installed the new service line and energized the meter set. Their efforts resulted in minimal service interruption with the house power and the job was completed in one day.......Kudos to Robert and Steph !!!

During last Wednesdays early morning crazy windstorm/snow squall, a giant branch blow off the top of one of the Chinese elm trees behind my business and came crashing down on the powerline to the building. After calling PNM to come disable the power I called Electrical Services and immediately the responded to the emergency. They arrived within minutes, assessed the situation and determined what needed to be done. Upon approving the repair order they got to work and got the job done. They took care of everything, from permitting, licensing, city inspections, dealing with PNM, etc. as well as being very communicative about the whole process and what to expect. They made every effort to make sure our power was restored ASAP to avoid loss of business and more importantly to keep the pipes from freezing which with the current winter temperatures could of been a real possibility. The electricians were quick and efficient, wrapped up the work by Saturday afternoon in time for PNM to come restore power. Both Scott and John were open and honest, hardworking, courteous, and communicated exactly what was happening along with keeping us informed of the situation along the way. I highly recommend this company, they are true professionals in every sense of the word.

Our main breaker went out around 7:30 P.M. Scott came out within 20 minutes of us calling and had us back up and running within a half hour. We were quoted $750 an hour from a different company and Scott did it for $300 plus cost of parts. He let our 7 year old hold his tools and help while he worked the repairs, and went to extra mile to check and tighten all of the other breakers. Would recommend, would use again.

We had a major electric issue Sunday Memorial Day weekend that left us without hot water and two very young children. We were very concerned that we wouldnt be able to get it fixed for several days. When we called the answering service was was very helpful and quick to get us an emergency technician. Robert came out and quickly fixed the issue. He got right to it, was professional, explained everything clearly. We were very happy with the service and will use this company every time we are in need of an electrical expert.

Had a bad neutral wire going into my home from a utility pole over 250 away. Was quoted over $5000 to replace the entire line. Decided to call Scott at Electrical Services. Using state of the art technology, Scott was able to isolate the fault after scanning tenaciously and after many hours of hard digging 4.5 feet deep, Electrical Services professionally repaired the break with underground rated spices and I was back up and running. Scott even worked directly with PNM to have my power temporarily disconnected and then reconnected. He actually came back to make sure everything was working. I am very pleased!

My husband (now deceased) and I have used Electrical Services many times over many years now. The owner Scott has often been on site and shows great concern for finding the right solution. Ricco and Ray have installed many fans and lighting for me. The newest electrician, Robert, a wonderful southern gentleman, has shown to be incredibly knowledgeable and has helped me update some seriously old equipment in my 1930s and 40s duplexes. His suggestions, especially for safety concerns, and his subsequent billing has been fair. Hes excellent at explaining whatever upgrades hes made and why I should make them. In the past, other companies have quoted outrageous fees, some wont even give me a price until they complete the work. Some others dont even appear to be qualified and certified electricians. I am impressed and find no reason to shop for any other electric service because I have a good one!

I’ve dealt with a few electricians in Santa Fe and these guys are by far the best. I needed to put a 220V outlet in my garage and was told by another electrician that I would need to do $8000 in upgrades because my panel was not in code, which was totally false. Electrical Services told me truthfully my panel was indeed in code and was able to do the work efficiently and at fraction of the price. If you want an honest electrician who won’t upsell you on what needs to be done, these guys are it. Thanks again, and definitely recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.

Scott, the owner of the company, and another ES technician, were quite capable and skilled at problem-solving multiple issues incapably addressed by the prior company. Code violations were corrected, panel box loose connections tightened up, defective and undersized breakers replaced and an unsafe outlet repaired. Beyond their technical ability is the fact that they are friendly, conscientious people who take pride in their work. Im very happy to recommend them!

Everyone makes mistakes; I would consider trying Electrical Services again in the future.Paid $100.00 for a consultation and an estimate which I never received. John came out on May 9th, 2019 but despite weekly reminder calls for 6 weeks to the office verifying they had my correct contact info, and repeated promises that my estimate was next in line, as of today I have not received an estimate.

I sat and watched him troubleshoot the main issue, uncovering half a dozen other minor issues along the way. Scott Rosenberg arrived promptly when we had a broken pipe that threatened to douse our electrical outlets. We thought wed have a short or even worse... He repaired all the connections and then started to repair all the electrical wiring that had not been done up to code. He could have left it at that, but he returned with the following day to rewire a heating unit that had been jury rigged and could also have been dangerous is the long run. It was such a relief to find a consummate professional rather than an apprentice. This guy is a master electrician. We found him because we looked up UNION electricians because we couldnt take a chance on an amateur. Smartest thing we could have done. I recommend him without reservation. Six stars.

He couldnt have been nicer. The women who man his office were also extremely friendly. I cant say enough good things about Scott and Electrical Services. And also to divert the wall switch from an outlet to the new ceiling fan.The guys showed up and knocked out the job in a few hours. Very clean install. Very professional. We had recently lost power in several outlets throughout the house while caring for my father who was on hospice. After he passed away we finally had a chance to coordinate an electrician near Santa Fe, NM. We contacted Electrical Services and were fortunate to have Scott Rosenberg. Since this was not my house I had no idea where all possible sources of the issue might be. With so many options to sort through to find the source of our power outage Scott was like a detective in searching for the GFCI to trigger. After about an hour of searching under Scott’s supervision (divide and conquer) he found the last remaining possible outlet. Sure enough he was spot on and we now have power in all the areas we had lost for the past two weeks. In addition Scott identified electrical items that need attention, which we will do in the future. We are truly grateful for Scott’s professionalism, tenacity and ability to walk us through the process of elimination to find the source of our issue. Thanks so much Scott.

I was referred to Electric Services by a good friend to resolve electrical and lighting problems left but the previous owners of our home. This is an electrically complicated house with lights operable from virtually anywhere! ES sent James who arrived right on time and worked diligently all day. The problems were rather perplexing and he stuck to them until they were solved. Even after we both gave up on a particular problem, he went back and ultimately solved it. We now have lights and switches working as they were designed by the original architect. Go James!Yes, their service is expensive but well worth having things work as they should. I definitely recommend Electrical Services.

Truly outstanding! I have a NEMA 14-50 plug in the garage for my Tesla. I had some other electrician install the plug. Today when I got back in town from a road trip I plugged the charging plug back into the wall. A flash and everything went dead. In the entire garage and house! I called Electrical Services and they had Scott, an ace electrician here within an hour. He fixed everything including the installation of a properly installed receptacle. He was fast, efficient and a very nice guy, to boot! Great work!

I discovered that my garage freezer and fridge had been off for a couple of days, and refreshing the circuit breakers did nothing. Scott from Electrical Services was at my home within 30 minutes of my call, and my freezer is back on. Great news is that it was the GFI (somehow, the off button had been hit); bad news is that it was the GFI (because I paid to have someone tell me this, lol). I didnt realize I had one in the garage, or I would have fixed this myself. Lesson learned. If you try all the circuit breakers and nothing changes, look for a GFI and simply turn it back on. Sheesh. And if that doesnt work, call Electrical Services.

I just wanted to take a few minutes to write a review about Electrical Services Inc., and in particular Scott. I am a commercial real estate landlord and have many properties, and have worked with countless contractors over the last 26 years.It’s rare to have someone go so far above and beyond and really do an outstanding job so I wanted to acknowledge and share that so people know how great Electrical Services is and that they are hones and reliable. We had an electrical job which was necessitated by some damage to an exterior electrical cabinet. As all things go, it’s never as simple as it looks. Scott stuck with a project that seemed to become more involved at each step of the way. Unfortunately, there were issues from a prior contractor.As people read this I could see them saying ‘Oh I understand, the contractor is growing the job’. That was absolutely not the case. If anything, Scott was trying to head off potential problems where an inspector may require even a larger scope of work. He was trying to clean things up in advance from a prior contractor knowing it was a problem and would cause issues with the inspector. Even though it was outside of the scope of work and that he might not even get paid for it.So, Scott showed up when he said he was going to show up, did what he said he was going to do, took care of problems that weren’t caused by his company, and was an absolute pleasure to work with the entire time.I can’t recommend Electrical Services, and Scott highly enough. He is thorough, honest, and does high-quality work.
