I called to get an estimate for heating and cooling system, and someone came immediately and then in a few days they came and began to work. They were very professional courteous and clean. Mario Larranaga gave me the estimate and was very professional and didn’t keep me waiting. Luis Garcia came to do the work with two other employees and they were all very professional courteous and patient with us my daughter and I are very appreciative of all the hard work and professionalism they showed towards us. Rotorooter is an absolute blessing to Santa fe NM. We had a slow block in our condos kitchen sink. Rotorooter responded quickly and the two young men they sent were courteous, kind and knowledgable and quickly tackled the problem which was in the building’s drain system. They cleaned up after themselves and Im extremely grateful to the company for their quick service. I would recommend them to anyone who has an emergencyplumbing problem here. 5 stars!!

Roto-Rooter in Santa Fe was responsive ,professional and friendly. Oscar was upfront with the cost before he began, which I appreciated. Oscar cleaned my main sewage pipe extremely well and helped me diagnose the issue using the snake camera. Brittany and Camille followed up with me early this morning, which I called the main line last night, and were on top of scheduling today. Thank you team for a job well done.

I would recommend Roto Rooter in Santa Fe for their professionalism and quality of work. The same person didnt come each time, but each did the work satisfactorily and cleaned up afterwards, which impressed me. On various visits, they replaced a broken septic line, installed a new faucet in my kitchen, and installed a new septic pump alarm. Always on time and I like that they call ahead to let me know when the truck is on its way.

Saul and Dennis installed a new water heater for us and also fixed a leaky pipe. They were super friendly and did a great job getting everything in and up to code, and communicated with us throughout the process. We thought they might have to tear down a small wall or break some tile to get it in, but they managed to leave everything intact. We also really liked that they were able to come in the next day to do all of the work. Well definitely call again the next time we have plumbing needs!

Last Friday evening Santiago Martinez and Israel Chavez-Lopez responded to our call to resolve a clogged sewer line. Santiago and Israel were very responsive, efficient and professional, using the Power-Jet to clear the clog at the lines city tap and subsequently performing a camera inspection to verify the sewer-lines condition. I would highly recommend Santiago and Israel to anyone who is looking for knowledgeable and competent plumbing services while providing excellent customer service.

They were quick, on time, advised us through the whole sewer line replacement process and were very respectful of our property. They hand dug the hole to the sewer line, and then replaced every bit of dirt and landscaping just the way it was -- you wouldnt know they were even here when they finished. All done in one day and problem fixed. Great job.
