Wow! A 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 experience!!!Robert and his team —Brianna, Adrian, and William— are A+mazing!! They just finished a whole house mini split installation and my husband and I are extremely happy with the experience and the quality of their workmanship. From beginning to end the experience with LoboTech is what everyone hopes for - professional, responsive, dependable, respectable, thoughtful, and so on. Despite cutting holes and working in every room, they made sure our house never got dirty and and they finished in a very timely manner. Amazing Professional team!!

These people were amazing, very professional, efficient and did incredibly clean work. I used LoboTech twice and they delivered every tine. The last job required also a very fast response as my water heater was leaking severely and was on its way to cause a big mess, but they arrived in 1 hour and replaced it properly and very fairly.Highly highly recommended!

I have been using Lobo Tech on not only my residential projects, but at a new commercial project for almost 6 years now. They have a ‘do whatever it takes’ approach to their work. Whether it’s installing 25 mini splits or putting in a new recirculating line, they’re forward thinkers, and they get the job done on time and at a reasonable cost. Their staff is great to work with and super flexible when you need flexibility and extremely responsive when necessary. We have been using Lobo Tech and not only my residential projects, but at a new commercial project for almost 6 years now. When you need responsiveness. I’d highly recommend the team at Lobo Tech.

I arrived at my Santa Fe vacation home on a 30 degree day only to discover the boiler for the radiant heat was broken. I called several places, all who were scheduled two weeks out. Lobo had a tech at my house within 3 hours. We determined the boiler needed replacing. They were able to find a replacement unit and had it installed by 6pm that same evening. Really appreciated the fast and professional service.

The water heater started leaking on my recently purchased home that was covered by a home warranty. The warranty company told me a service provider was assigned and before that day was over, Lobo Tech contacted me to schedule the replacement. The techs showed up on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves and had the new unit operable in less than two hours. I couldnt be happier with the quality service I received.

We needed immediate attention for a problem with our toilet and septic tank plumbing and within a couple of hours, we received rapid, excellent service from Brianna. My realtor referred me to them and they were fast to respond and on time which is a huge challenge to find in Santa Fe. My home was roughed in for a swamp cooler but it was never installed. Been up and running for about an hour or so now and its much cooler in my house. Things always cost more than you think they will when you own home but given the hotter temps this was worth it and should easily be able to recoup the cost on resale.

We had a water pipe leak under concrete floor in Los Alamos. Lobo Tech responded to our request very quickly. They came the same day we called. They identified the issue and started to work on it right away. They came back next day to complete. They are reliable and polite. Highly recommend. One of my tenants hot water stopped working . of course this was over the weekend . I was personalty unavailable out of town so the tenant called Cartwrights plumbing of Santa Fe. Cartwrights gave a bid to replace the electric water-heater of over $5,000.00 and told my tenant the water heater was no good and could not be repaired and was over 21 yrs old .(impossible because property was built 10 years ago) . Upon my return to town and To the office on Monday i had LOBOTECH come out for a second opinion .The owner Robert Martinez came out himself Turns out the problem was some sort of burnt element that happens at times he said ,it just gave out but the water heater was fine and did not need replacement . He replaced the part and invoice was around $300.00 . I appreciate the honesty and integrity this company has. I give lobotect 10 stars out of five . HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! PS : Stay away from Cartwrights of Santa F THIEVES !!!!

I’ve been using Lobo tech for about 2 years now. They have replaced my water heater, fixed my leaking toilet, replaced 2 of my faucets and repaired my mini split. Surprisingly, not many people know how to fix mini splits, they always want to replace them. I really appreciate that they do their best to fix the issue instead of immediately trying to replace and up-sale. Honest and detailed work at the best price. Brianna is such a knowledgeable plumber and she breaks everything down that she does so we are in the loop. I will continue to call them and recommend them to people I know. 👍🏻

We have used Lobo Tech many times for heating, plumbing, and for our gas fireplace. Each time, they scheduled promptly, arrived on time, and quickly fixed whatever problem we were having. They are friendly, professional, affordable, and skilled. Brianna diagnosed and repaired our boiler which had been making so much banging noise we couldn’t use the heat in the house and brought it back to code so we would be safe as well as very quickly diagnosing and repairing other issues. She and William repaired a kitchen plumbing issue (which had already been worked on by three other plumbing companies with no success) and she fixed a Jotul gas fireplace which wasn’t working at all in under an hour. Her co-worker took it upon himself to remove and clean the Jotul glass for us.This company is great and I highly recommend them.
