I first hired Leupitz for a kitchen remodel 25 years ago. I loved the work they did for me then, and still love the work they do for me now. Frankie and his team are efficient, knowledgeable and prompt. They really pulled through for us when we urgently needed our home made ADA compliant to care for my in-laws. I appreciate the fact that they are polite and friendly--even with my demanding dog.

This was my first experience with Leupitz Contractors. I hired them to replace an existing window and update the siding on the same wall. Additionally, some minimal dry rot repair was needed. The communication from Leeann in the office was outstanding, the workers were on time, pleasant and skilled. I am thrilled with the end result!!

Leupitz is the best contractor we have EVER used, they were also one of the best business experiences we have ever had. We just had our mid sized guest bathroom fully remodeled by them. Every aspect of the experience was perfect. Starting with the initial bid, they were prompt, friendly, courteous and gave us a bid within 24 hours of coming out to the house. The quote we received was great, not too expensive and fit right within our budget. Unlike every other contractor we had bid on this project who came up with ridiculous bid prices, Leupitz was perfect for us. The project lasted two weeks and the team that performed the work were so professional, experienced, friendly and provided explanations to every question I had in terms I could easily understand. We worked primarily with Leeann from their office and Marcus as the lead carpenter on the project who was here virtually every day of the project. Leeann actually came out to the house on a few occasions to deliver things like contracts, flooring samples and more. This saved us a lot of time. She communicated with us regularly throughout the project and is just a great person. Marcus, and the whole team, truly know what they are doing and their amazing skills transformed our horrible, old bathroom into a new, vibrant part of our house. We are soooooo happy with their work and this whole experience. We will be using them again to remodel our master bath and strongly, strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, skilled, super friendly and reasonably priced contractor for any size job.

Frankie is careful and thorough, the office is responsive and helpful, the carpentry is beautiful and they clean up when the job is finished!

Leupitz has done many jobs for us over the years, and we have always been delighted with their work. This year they did a number of projects, including removing and replacing our entire deck, and completing a seismic retrofit on the foundation of our 1911 home. As always, their work was meticulous, they were very responsive and easy to deal with, and reasonably priced. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We recently had to fix the flashing and weather barrier on all of the windows around our home, because of a construction defect issue. My husband and I wanted a knowledgeable company with someone we could trust. Luepitz came recommended by a friend, and the bid came in a lot lower than we expected – so we went with them.Our experience with Leupitz was excellent. They were professional, their job site was super clean and they came in a few hundred dollars under budget. At the end of the project, they did a final walk through with us to ensure we were completely satisfied. I would highly recommend Leupitz – Joe and Frankie especially (although the painters were awesome too).

Ive had various remodeling jobs done by Leupitz Contractors, Inc since I purchased my 45 year old home in 2016. Their teams have always been excellent no matter what job Ive contracted with them to perform. They also stand by their work. Recently I noticed a small leak around a stand pipe on my roof, which was replaced by Leupitz 3 years ago. They came out on a rainy day, found the problem and took care of it in a single visit free of charge. Leupitz are the guys I know I can count on!

We were very pleased with the work done by Leupitz on our bathroom and garage due to a water leak. While the work took awhile to complete, everyone involved in the process were very professional. We met w Frankie to finalize the bid. Leeann did a wonderful job of communicating and managing the flow of various workers coming to do the bathroom flooring and tile work, drywall and painting, and plumbing. The workers/subcontractors were prompt in their arrivals and carried out the work without any issue. The final invoice was detailed and accepted by our insurance for final payment without questions. It is never fun to deal with home repairs, but Leupitz did make the process much less painful.

Leupitz was highly recommended to me by neighbors who have used them in their home and I was glad I gave them a call. I had an immediate response and bid for a small cabinet project in the kitchen of my older home. Not only was Leupitz willing to take on the project, but they were quick in coming out to provide a bid and getting me on the their calendar. Everyone I dealt with from the company were helpful and responsive. Marcus, who came out to do the work, was on time, respectful of the space, and incredibly helpful in providing insight into the project. I was initially dreading doing this project but I am so glad that Leupitz made it easy.

We are extremely pleased with the outcome of our badly needed home repairs. Leupitz Contractors replaced the roof, gutters, part of the chimney and siding on one side, along with exterior painting and smaller items. The crews were professional and courteous in every way. Frankie explained everything and answered all our questions. Leeann was wonderful in dealing with scheduling and keeping us updated. The project was completed on time and without going over budget.

Leupitz Construction remodeled my newly purchased 50 year old manufactured home and turned it into a beautiful and comfortable home. They replaced some fencing and siding outside. Inside, I had new flooring and new paint throughout. They remodeled the kitchen and bathroom with new cabinetry, quartz countertops and tile backsplash. They installed new appliances including a garbage disposal and new lines for the fridge. The bathroom was upgraded with a beautiful marble walk-in shower.The staff is friendly, professional and timely. In the event of a hiccup ( and there always are), the issue was addressed immediately and graciously. I couldn’t be more pleased.I would recommend them for anything from a repair to a remodel.
