My family appreciated all the work Jon, Rob and team did for our family. My family had a bad fire and loss everything. JLP was able to work with us swiftly to rebuild and restore our home. They kept in communication with us when we reached out and asked our feedback on certain suggestions. One of the biggest parts for my family was that they finished the our home on time. This allowed us to transition from our temporary home to our new place. Thank you so much JLP Construction. I would recommend people reach out to work with them.

These guys basically rebuilt my house after a severe fire forced the interior to be completely gutted. Since then, I have worked with them on another project and will continue to work with them for general contracting needs. High quality craftsmanship.

We had a house that was extensively damaged by fire and we were impressed with how Jon and his team were able to get us back into our house so quickly but also how Jon was so diligent and helpful in helping us make the design changes we needed to make. In November of 2021, my 110 year old home sustained major and minor damage due to a tree crashing through the roof during a windstorm. The hole in the back of the house, the partially missing chimney, and the gaping area along the window were obvious. The cracks that spidered the walls throughout the house were not. JLP construction was fantastic. We needed to be out of the house for safety and the work to be done. We decided that as the kitchen was damaged by the falling tree and after living for 30 yrs with an archaic set up, to have the kitchen completely redone, down to the studs and opening it up. We also went all in on new windows , a new heating system, fresh paint throughout, and the hardwood floors refinished. John designed an amazing new kitchen! JLP coordinated every aspect of a complete renovation of the house. John and his father, Rob, kept us updated during each phase. JLP Construction is a rare breed in the world of contractors. They promised to do their best to have the work done within 6 months, and it was. We really couldnt have been happier with the finished product and that we chose JLP!
