Dale assigned a manager who helped coordinate and arrange labor schedules, all while keeping us in the loop at every step along the way. All the permits were satisfied and inspections completed to county specifications. When we asked for changes in the plans, Dale got them done. The provisional time line for the project came out just as projected. And throughout the building and remodel steps, Dale made sure everything had our approval and prior knowledge. Outstanding Company!!We absolutely love our Dales home! Working with the company has been a pleasure. They put quality in front of all else. When they were building our home, they were pushed behind schedule by inspectors not coming when they were supposed to. So now with our personal deadline looming and them behind at no fault of theirs, Dale personally called me to assure me that while putting quality first, they would do everything possible to make up time.They worked hard through the weather and all obstacles, they had a lot of people working overtime to meet this deadline of ours, and they succeeded!! On the day that they said it would be done, we got to do our walk through and received our keys.We could not be more pleased with our home! It is beautiful and well built. They use top of the line quality products. All of the soft touch drawers are assembled using dovetail joints, the details of everything is what you would want and expect. Dales did a small remodel project for us 1.5 years ago. Just now taking time to write a review. All work was done completely to our satisfaction and done on time and under budget. I only was annoyed by the lead carpenter who was not good at communicating with me during the project but Jerry did respond quickly. I am still happy with the work we had done and have had no issues.

Everyone was great from Dan who helped plan the remodel to each of the subcontractors and especially Rachel who met me at various businesses and helped me pick out everything I needed from flooring to counters. Dales remodeled our bathroom. The original layout of our bathroom was outdated and awkward. It had two sinks on two vanities that were on separate walls facing each other. Dales removed one of the sinks and installed a free standing bathtub. The remodel included installing new flooring that was a luxury vinyl that looks like wood but is water resistant.They also did patching, texturing and painting of the wall behind where the sink that was removed had been. A new countertop for the remaining vanity was installed that matched the vanity front and the new flooring. The beautiful white free standing tub sitting on the wood looking vinyl and the vanity with an updated and matching countertop makes the room a real showplace.

I am a subcontractor that often does work for Dales. I see things that usually get covered up and homeowner doesnt see as I lay floorcoverings. Dales work is top notch! I never have to add fasteners in subfloor due to inadequate quantity for type of floor. They take pride in what they do and it shows!
