We had Wesley and his crew at Preserve Services paint our home and rebuild our deck and undercarriage lattice work. We could not be more pleased with the final product. The painting team paid such attention to detail and really respected this old home by replacing woodwork where needed and seamlessly blending it in. The new deck is 100% better. Wesley was brilliant in reimagining the project and provided options which gave us so much more square footage on the deck while keeping the existing footprint. It also made so much more sense in the way it fits in our yard and outside layout. The crew was very skilled and executed the work beautifully. The entire project was performed on time and within our tight budget. We are so appreciative of the excellent work and will enjoy it for years to come.

We hired Preserve Services to paint the exterior of our home after receiving an advertisement from them in the mail. Aldemir and his crew were fantastic, not just with the painting but also helping us with small carpentry projects as well. They were friendly, affordable, and skilled. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in Lynnfield or the surrounding area.

Can’t recommend Sean and his team more highly. We’ve been using Preserve for years, both in a 1790s antique house and Salem and a newer place in Hamilton. Whether it’s painting (my man Sebastian), exterior trim reconstruction (thanks Brayan and Joseph) or anywhere in between, these guys are great. Fair pricing but more than that, they are really savvy about finding the best, most cost effective way to keep the house tip top. Sean’s a neighbor out of Salem who always stands behind his work, is a genuinely caring guy and always a pleasure to work with.

We live in an historic district in Salem and are very pleased with the excellent repair and full exterior painting work PS did. Good care was taken to protect our plantings and the abutter’s yard. They checked in often and responded quickly to our input. They also repaired our back deck!

These guys were GREAT! Cant recommend them enough!Scope was; full house paint, new gutters, and some various misc. carpentry work including replacing about 30 of ant destroyed sill plate. Bid out to three companies who were all very close in price so I chose these guys based on their size and other reviews here. (smaller company than the other two). These guys were top notch! Great communication from Aldemir throughout the entire job. The painters hand painted everything (in the middle of our lovely heat wave...) vs. spraying, which was great! I had a couple of minor comments as the project was going which they addressed immediately. They took their time with everything and the place looks amazing.Thank you guys!!!!Steve

Wesley and his crew are fantastic. One of the best contractors we have ever worked with. They replaced rotting trim boards with Azek, installed a new roof, and painted 2 coats on our home’s exterior. They arrived on time, were neat, did highly skilled work, and their price was fair. I HIGHLY recommend this company…we have used them multiple times & we will use them again.

We hired Preserve to do a complete exterior renovation for us, including installing and painting new clapboard, restoring some original details to our 1869 house, and making several repairs. Preserve replaced some rotten carpentry on the outside of our home & repaired our shed. Amazing experience throughout. Once we contacted them we got an immediate response and got scheduled for an estimate. We got the quote later the same day! They gave us some great options at different price points and again were very responsive any time we wanted to change things or had a question. We ended up going with PVC replacement board and are thrilled with the results. It looks great and well never have to replace it.When our project was schedule we were notified of the day and time and they showed up every day on time until the work was complete. Very professional, always cleaned up any debris at the end of the day and did not leave materials around, etc. I honestly I couldnt believe it. We will definitely be using them again. A contractor that calls you back & does great work

We have used Preserve Services to paint/stain our home 3 times to paint the house and deck since 2009 and a couple of other times to simply stain the deck separately. They also do the power washing and repairs as needed. They are very reliable, do excellent work, and are reasonably priced. We highly recommend them.

The owner provides excellent communications before and through the projects completion. Work crews are very professional and skilled and the assigned project manager attends to all details and answers your questions as they arise. As an Architect and former property developer/manager I can highly recommend Preserve Services for all your exterior needs from roofs, skylights, painting, decks and other carpentry requirements. I continue to be a client of Preserve Services.

Preserve did an incredible job delivering on a custom exterior awning project. They removed the old architectural structure made from wood (that was falling apart after 4 years) and converted to solid PVC for a lasting finish. The color and design match were spot on. Would use them again in a heart beat and recommend for any exterior project.

We received a Preserve Services flyer in the mail, and after struggling to get other contractors out for a quote, we reached out to Preserve Services.Aldemir from Preserve Services showed up as promised and on time. The quote was very reasonable and the rest of the project was completely uneventful.Aldemir clearly communicated when his guys would show up, what would be done, and how he expected to be paid. They showed up on time, worked all day, kept the worksite very clean and got the work done. Excellent company. We have a +100 year old cottage in Essex MA. Over the past 4 years we retained Preserve Services to repair & replace a roof, reframe and install new windows, remove an old chimney, install new shingle siding, sand and repaint our front porch, and reframe and install three new custom-sized storm doors. At our Condo in Salem, they rebuilt a 1000 sft roof deck. Time and again, Preserve Svcs has provided professional service, good oversight and outstanding results..... we routinely recommend them to our friends and neighbors and they have never disappointed.

We engaged three well known local contractors seeking estimates for a major exterior restoration project on a 200+ year old in one of Salems Historic Districts. Of those three, only one responded with timeliness and professionalism. Sean OConnor of Preserve Services was thorough, knowledgeable and met all of our expectations as we entered into a contract. Once the work began, Project Manager, Joe, and his hard working, skillful and always cheerful crew stripped three layers of siding, installed new 3/4 inch plywood sheathing, wrapped the house in tyvek and nailed up pre-primed clear cedar clapboards and, added another primer coat and a final coat of premium paint. Additionally, they replaced a lot of rotted fascia and soffit boards. Oh yeah, they also carefully removed and reinstalled all the storm windows (30). This was a $125,000+ project that took the better part of two months of almost constant work to complete. Communication was flawless along the way and the final product was a testament to Preserve Services level of skill and a attention to detail.Fred SmithSalem, MA

Im the type of person who doesnt hire anyone to do anything around my house, but I just didnt have it in me to paint. Aldemir gave me a fair price to paint my entire colonial house, the team was friendly, Aldemir communicated clearly any changes in scope that he recommended (some rotted molding) and the job was done on time and with excellent quality. They certainly have my business going forward!
