Cooleys did an amazing job with my shower remodel. Andy was very professional and did an amazing job! 10 out of 10 would highly recommend. It took him 2 days to completely remove everything and replace it.

These guys just came out and put a whole new Heat/Air system on our house with all new duct work. They were very pleasant to work with, they were fast, very efficient, very respectful, neat and happy to do their jobs. They even went above and beyond and fixed my laundry room door. I have OCD and the neat and clean lines of the new duct work is AMAZING!Overall a very reasonable and affordable system and an extremely satisfied customer. Fantastic customer service. Wish I could give more that 5 stars. 😊Thanks folks! I’ll send all my friends.

Ive used these guys several occasions, the most recent one was for plumbing. Sump pump went out at our shop and we couldnt operate. These guys were here within a couple hours from me calling and had me up and running. Quick, great prices and all their staff has been great and friendly

We recently had Cooley’s Heating & Air design and install the HVAC system in our new home. As a retired home inspector, Ive inspected the work of many heating and air conditioning companies over the years, but none have impressed me as much as the team at Cooley’s Heating & Air.They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs and preferences to come up with a design that perfectly met my requirements. When I texted the plumber I had used in the past, he said they now were part of Cooleys Heating and Air. So I called Cooleys and they were able to schedule me about a week out. I had a bad leak in an old faucet and wanted it repaired. I also was concerned about a possible toilet leak. The plumber they sent was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. He quickly installed the faucets and they just look wonderful. When he looked at the toilet I was concerned about, he told me that he believed that it was fine at the present time and told me what to look for rather than just replacing it whether it needed it or not. This really impressed me. I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

The after purchase service has been amazing! They had installed a new heat pump using the drain that the previous heat pump had used. Unfortunately, the new one was much more efficient and the drain couldnt handle the load. They accepted total responsibility for not doing it right the first time and came out at odd hours and with a smile on their face until the problem was resolved. Love their customer service!

In need of a heating and cooling system and in search for a Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer, I contacted Mitsubishi and was referred to Cooleys Heating & Air in Salem, IN. I requested information from Cooleys about a system and they advised a residential visit would be required to ensure the system would be properly sized.Brian Cooley arrived the next day and was very professional and thorough in explaining the options and inspecting our old system to avoid replacement, if a repair would correct our problems.The old system was beyond reasonable repair so Brian presented a proposal for the new system at the end of the day. Following a competitive process with other HVAC Dealers, Cooleys easily won the selection process because of the proposed cost, quality of installation and their search for rebates. Great Service before purchase and installation.Following the purchase Cooleys Technicians arrived a few days later as agreed and proceeded to perform a very professional installation, ensuring there was no mess left behind and that we understood how the system functioned. Cooleys completed the Rebate paperwork, and as a Diamond Dealer, entitled us to two additional years of warranty at no cost.

I am super pleased with Cooley’s. I was lucky enough that they had a cancellation so they were able to come right out. They fixed both issues I had within an hour and a half, and were great at explaining what they were doing and why. The pricing was fantastic, I thought it would be double what we paid. I got home from work at 4:45PM to find my outside unit not working. After calling several local places who said they would try to get to me the next day, I called Cooleys who said theyd be out in about an hour. An hour later they were there and had the unit fixed very fast. They even checked our other unit. The cost was well below what I had expected to pay.I highly recommend Cooleys service. In the next year or so when we have to replace our oldest unit I will be using Cooleys.
