Excellent company! We had a clogged storm sewer pipe. Zoom Drain tried to remove it from inside the house. Many years of tree roots clogged several sections of pipe. Needed to remove them and dig outside. Tony and Paul explained everything including the cost. They were prompt, had great equipment and cameras. Both Tony and Paul with their crew worked very hard. Accomplished the task as fast as they could. Would definitely have them again. Love the turquoise trucks! Afterwards thanks for the gift and cookies!

I’m so happy I called this company. I was having slow draining in my kitchen sink and the sewer line was backed up. The tech was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly. I had 2 other company’s out and they suggested digging up the yard but the problem was inside of the home. Going forward. Zoomdrain will be my #1 place when it comes to plumbing/ sewer issues. Paul did a great job!!👏 We’re very happy with the work he did for us! we have had a sink that ran so slow that we dredged washing dishes or even cooking! When I say I have had 3 so called plumbers come and say they had to do an expensive amount of work. Paul fixed it for just a service call price! amazing! I can’t say enough about how much we appreciate what he did! Years of the same problem! When you live in the city, most contractors think we’re less than! We were so happy to get a referral from our personal plumber who told us to call Zoom Drain. We have had back up issues with our main sewer line for a few years now. Phillip came and was able to drain our pipes after 4 long hours! He was efficient and informative and did his best to keep things neat and clean. We definitely appreciated the booties he would take off and on as he had to work from basement to his truck. He explained all of the necessary work we would need in the future and based on his analysis, we have a crew coming tomorrow to finish the job and install a Lot Line Clean Out. The camera that was used to view the pipes, also helped us to visually see why things were so blocked and deteriorated. Hopefully, this will do the trick and help us to avoid more problems in the future. We are thankful things are in motion, and will give updates after the job is completed tomorrow.

Called in after hours a friendly voice helped set up my service call . I got a text my tech Matt was on his way. Matt was professional and very helpful explaining what he assessed and gave the rundown of what he recommended with an estimate . We got to watch the process he explained the type of drain , pipe and drain tray trap. It was like watching HGTV. After snaking and he used a camera how cool and explained what we were looking at . He gave us recommendations for preventative service and I have a good understanding of why now. The relief of getting this taken care of within a hour or less of calling with out having to wait till the next day and missing work is priceless! He wore shoe coverings even the wheels on the machine had covers and he cleaned the floor . Awesome service .

The amazing experience began with Stephanie (sp?). Immediately there was an energy that cannot be explained but it empathetic and welcoming. She spoke to us in a manner that was genuine and conversational vs transactional. After walking us through the process she educated us adequately on next steps. Then comes Phillip the technician. The experience continued with him while he educated us on what the situation, was, possible root causes, and ways to mitigate it going forward. He was patient with our questions and again genuine. He was not bothered by questions nor was he in a rush to move us off the line and on to the next thing, very much personable vs transactional again.This was our first time working with Zoom Drain but it will DEFINITELY not be our last. They have set a new bar for plumbing services we use in other regions to meet.

First my call was answered by a human, a big plus for me. Someone was dispatched right away at 4 oclock in the afternoon, when Paul arrived he was courteous and urgently got about his business. The pricing was Menu pricing, not by the hour so I knew the amount that I would pay upfront, it took a lot of stress out of the situation for me. He was there for several hours and something that I found interesting was that when I asked him if he was done for the day, he said that he was not sure because he could not see his next job until he posted that mine was finished. I mean you never enjoy this kind of experience in your life, but if you gotta have it, have it with these guys and especially Paul. Thanks guys.

They got right to digging to get to my plumbing, then tony got down and started cutting my pipe open, left to get the right parts needed to fix and , fixed my drain line. Also Phil and tony used their high pressure hose to clear the lines.The next day they were back to clear my drain lines with the snake, then telling me I had another break, they told me a few days then tony and his guys went to my house to replace 14 feet of plumbing in my main drain, leaving me with new plumbing.Tony and Phil are unbelievably respectful and smart. On Thursday February 24th I came home from work late and heard a loud noise coming from my basement. I ran downstairs to find both of my sink basins were full and overflowing and my basement starting to flood. I called Roto Rooter and they could not get someone to my house until the next afternoon and by then with the flooding we had going on in the area I would have been swimming in it. I called Zoom Drain and spoke to a very nice young lady (I cant remember her name) and explained that I had an emergency and not alot of money and needed someone to help me with the flooding in my basement. After a very short amount of time Matt came over and jumped right in to help. Matt found out that my drain was clogged and immediately diagnosed the problem and started to snake the 75 foot long pipe to clear up the line. He checked my sub pump, helped clean out my sink basin and cleared my line very quickly so that nothing in my basement was ruined. I cannot say enough great things about my service from Matt!!! That being said, they got in and cleared out a bunch of debris from the perimeter drain, installed a new condensate pump, and used some sanitizer/disinfectant in the perimeter drain to kill any additional bacteria/mold that might have come up due to the standing water. To make an attempt at snaking the drain came out to $450.36 after tax whether it was successful or not.
